The implementation principle of the integrated modularized water purification plant in the embodiment of the application is as follows: through the prefabricated sedimentation tank 1 and the collection component 2, when a water purification plant is built, the sedimentation tank 1, the filtering component in the sedimentation tank 1 and the collection component 2 are conveyed into a construction site, and the water purification plant can be conveniently built after being installed, so that the construction period of the water purification plant is shortened; and then adding a flocculating agent into raw water in the sedimentation tank 1, and collecting and filtering sediment in the sedimentation tank 1 through the first filtering component 3 and the second filtering component 4, so that sundries in the sedimentation tank 1 can be cleaned conveniently, and the sedimentation efficiency in primary treatment of a water source is improved.

Claims (6)

1. An integrated modular water purification plant comprising:
a water outlet (11) is formed in one side wall of the sedimentation tank (1), the water outlet (11) is connected with a collecting assembly (2), the collecting assembly (2) is used for collecting filtered water, a driving pump (23) is arranged between the water outlet (11) and the collecting assembly (2), and the driving pump (23) is used for pumping out the water treated in the sedimentation tank (1) from the water outlet (11);
the flocculant is used for precipitating sundries contained in raw water in the sedimentation tank (1);
the first filter component (3), first filter component (3) are located sedimentation tank (1) below, and first filter component (3) include:
a first filter plate (31);
the first driving component (33), the first driving component (33) is connected with the first filter plate (31) and is used for driving the first filter plate (31) to lift along the height direction of the sedimentation tank (1);
the sewage collecting box (32), one end of the sewage collecting box (32) far away from the bottom of the sedimentation tank (1) is connected with the first filter plate (31), one end of the sewage collecting box (32) near the bottom of the sedimentation tank (1) is provided with an opening, and the sewage collecting box (32) is provided with a plurality of filter holes (321);
the dirt collecting mechanism (34) is connected with one end of the first filter plate (31) close to the dirt collecting box (32), and the dirt collecting mechanism (34) is used for collecting sundries with low sedimentation tank (1) in the dirt collecting box (32);
the second filter assembly (4) is positioned on the side wall of the sedimentation tank (1) provided with the water outlet (11) and is used for filtering water at the water outlet (11);
the second filter assembly (4) comprises:
the second filter plate (41), offer the mounting port (411) on the second filter plate (41), the mounting port (411) department has filter screens (42);
the second driving component (43) is connected with the second filter plate (41) and is positioned at the top end of the sedimentation tank (1), and the second driving component (43) is used for driving the second filter plate (41) to rotate;
one end that second filter (41) is close to delivery port (11) all is provided with fastener (5), and fastening mouth (13) have been seted up to sedimentation tank (1) in delivery port (11) below, and fastener (5) keep away from second drive part (43), and fastener (5) include:
the first installation rod (51) is rotationally connected with one end, close to the water outlet (11), of the second filter plate (41), and a stud (52) is arranged at one end, far away from the sedimentation tank (1), of the first installation rod (51);
one end of the second mounting rod (53) is positioned in the fastening port (13) and is in threaded connection with the stud (52), and an external thread is arranged at one end close to the stud (52);
the fastening nut (6) is in threaded connection with one end, close to the stud (52), of the second mounting rod (53); a positioning rod (61) is arranged on the fastening nut (6), the positioning rod (61) is a telescopic rod, and a positioning opening (62) is formed in one end, far away from the fastening nut (6), of the positioning rod (61); one side of the sedimentation tank (1) close to the fastening nut (6) is provided with a positioning column (63), and the positioning column (63) is clamped with the positioning opening (62).

at least two dirt collecting plates (341), wherein the at least two dirt collecting plates (341) are symmetrically arranged below the first filter plate (31);

and an organ cover (342) is arranged on each dirt collecting plate (341), one end of the organ cover (342) is connected with one end of the first filter plate (31) close to the dirt collecting plate (341), and the other end is connected with the dirt collecting plate (341) close to the first filter plate.

and the third drive (353) is connected with the bidirectional screw (352) and is used for driving the bidirectional screw (352) to rotate.
