when the first delivery power system rotates, the medicament delivery connecting rod drives the first screw rod to rotate, further the rotary motion is converted into axial linear reciprocating motion through the nut, the medicament delivery connecting rod is pushed to expand, and therefore the medicament which is detachably coupled to the medicament delivery connecting rod is delivered into the intestinal tract arm through the medicament delivery window.
2. The drug delivery apparatus of claim 1, wherein the drug delivery windows are disposed on a surface of a housing of the drug-releasing capsule, and wherein the number of the drug delivery windows is at least two.
3. The drug delivery apparatus of claim 1, wherein the drug delivery linkage is made of any one of polyglycolic acid, polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer, or maltose.
4. The drug delivery device of claim 1, wherein the first delivery power system drives the threads with positive and negative bi-directional rotation disposed at both ends of the first lead screw to start to rotate in reverse after 1-2s after the drug delivery is completed, so that the first drug delivery device performs retraction and closing.
5. The drug delivery device of claim 1, wherein said drug delivery window is covered by a degradable coating comprised of one or more of gelatin, cellulose or polysaccharide.
6. The drug delivery apparatus of claim 1, wherein the drug further comprises a needle-like head for penetrating the intestinal wall and a barb for hooking the drug to the intestinal wall for facilitating disengagement from the drug delivery linkage.
7. The medicament delivery device is characterized by comprising a second delivery power system, a first base, a first connecting rod, a rivet, a second connecting rod, a second base and a second screw rod, wherein the second delivery power system is connected with the second screw rod and transmits power through the second screw rod; first base and second base are connected respectively to the both ends of second lead screw, first base and second base can be linear motion on the second lead screw respectively, first connecting rod and second connecting rod are connected respectively to first base and second base, and first connecting rod can rotate around first base, and the second connecting rod can rotate around the second base, and first connecting rod passes through rivet riveting with the second connecting rod, first connecting rod and second connecting rod swing around rivet center each other.
8. The drug delivery apparatus of claim 7, wherein the first link, the second link and the rivet are made of any one of polyglycolic acid, polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer or maltose.
9. The drug delivery apparatus of claim 7, wherein the second delivery power system drives the screw threads with forward and reverse rotation provided at both ends of the second screw rod to start to rotate reversely 1-2s after the drug delivery is completed, so that the drug delivery apparatus performs retraction and closure.
10. A medicament release capsule comprising a shell, a degradable coating, a medicament and a medicament delivery device according to any of claims 1 to 9, wherein the degradable coating is applied to the outer surface of the shell and the medicament delivery device and the medicament are both contained within the shell.
11. A medicament release capsule according to claim 10, wherein at least two medicament delivery windows are provided in the surface of said shell, said medicament delivery windows being covered by a degradable coating consisting of one or more of gelatin, cellulose or polysaccharide.
12. A drug release method comprises a drug release capsule and is characterized in that after a degradable coating of the drug release capsule is degraded, the internal environment of the drug release capsule is communicated with the intestinal environment, the change of pressure or PH value triggers a sensor and gives a signal to a control module, and a motor rotates and provides power to open a drug delivery device so as to deliver and inject the drug into the intestinal wall.
