The invention relates to an adjustable fruit tree trimmer which comprises a trimming mechanism, an angle adjusting mechanism and a rack assembly, wherein the trimming mechanism comprises an upper trimming device, a middle trimming device and a lower trimming device, the relative positions of the trimming devices can be adjusted, the upper trimming device is hinged with the middle trimming device, the lower trimming device is hinged with the middle trimming device, the middle trimming device is hinged with the rack assembly, the adjustable fruit tree trimmer further comprises a general angle adjusting oil cylinder for adjusting the angle between the trimming mechanism and the rack assembly, an upper angle adjusting oil cylinder for adjusting the angle between the upper trimming device and the middle trimming device and a lower angle adjusting oil cylinder for adjusting the angle between the lower trimming device and the middle trimming device, and the trimming device can be adjusted in position relative to the rack assembly. and step 3: the trimming angle of the trimming device is adjusted through the upper angle adjusting oil cylinder and the lower angle adjusting oil cylinder;
and 4, step 4: the angle of the trimming device is adjusted by the overall angle adjusting oil cylinder to adapt to the change of the topography and the landform of the growth environment of the fruit tree;
and 5: the hydraulic motor is started to drive the reciprocating type cutting knife to do reciprocating motion and drive the circular saw blade cutting knife to do rotating motion, and trimming work is finished.
