Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种配置信息的确定方法及装置、终端设备，该方法包括：终端设备接收第一配置信息，所述第一配置信息用于确定第一配置和第一定时器的时长；其中，所述第一配置信息被所述终端设备接收到后，启动所述第一定时器，所述第一定时器运行期间所述第一配置有效；所述终端设备接收到目标小区发送的第二配置信息的情况下，所述第二配置信息用于确定第二配置，所述终端设备停止所述第一定时器，并使用所述第二配置。
