Abstract

本发明提供了一种屏下光学指纹识别装置及指纹识别方法,所述屏下光学指纹识别装置包括光检测阵列,具有感光区,其上设有感光像素阵列,感光像素阵列至少包括三类像素点,三类像素点表面或上方对应设置至少三种不同滤光层;位于光检测阵列上方的指纹接触识别区,包括发光层和覆盖层;覆盖层具有接触区,发光层具有对应接触区的识别区,识别区包含多个发光单元,发光单元包括透光区、位于透光区周围的至少三个用于发射对应波段探测光的发光区,探测光被待识别物体反射形成信号光,通过滤光层的信号光达到对应的三类像素点。本发明实施例的屏下光学指纹识别装置可采集彩色指纹图像,并还原三维或立体的指纹特征,防伪效果较佳。
