Abstract
A rust removing device for medical instruments comprises a case and a rotary barrel arranged in the case; the case is provided with an openable sealing door; the case is arranged in a cylindrical shape; a turntable is arranged in the case; a circular track is arranged on the turntable; the rotary barrel is arranged on the track of the rotary table and is rotationally connected with the rotary table; a plurality of raised pin rods are arranged on the turntable in an annular array; the inner wall of the rotary barrel is provided with an elastic lining plate; the bottom of the case is provided with a base, and the interior of the base is hollow to form an equipment cavity; the top of the case is provided with an installation platform, a driving motor is arranged on the installation platform, the output end of the driving motor is downwards inserted into the case, the output end of the driving motor is provided with a sleeve, and the bottom of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of groups of elastic ropes; the bottom of the elastic rope is provided with a hook. The invention does not need manual long-time clamping, and drives the medical apparatus to repeatedly contact with the rust remover through the rotating action of the turntable and the sleeve, thereby achieving the purpose of removing rust.

The medical apparatus refers to instruments, equipment, appliances, in-vitro diagnostic reagents and calibrators, materials and other similar or related articles which are directly or indirectly used for a human body, and comprises required computer software, the utility is mainly obtained in a physical mode and the like, but not in a pharmacological, immunological or metabolic mode, or the medical apparatus only plays an auxiliary role although the medical apparatus is participated in the pharmacological, immunological or metabolic modes, if the medical apparatus rusts, the medical apparatus can be continuously used after being derusted by a derusting device, and the medical apparatus in the prior art needs to be soaked in the derusting agent after being rusted, and needs to be manually clamped and continuously vibrated; to accelerate the derusting efficiency; the manual long-time clamping is tired.
In order to solve the above problems, a rust removing device for medical instruments is proposed in the present application.

the bottom of the case is provided with a base, and the interior of the base is hollow to form an equipment cavity; a motor for driving the turntable to rotate is arranged in the equipment cavity;
the top of the case is provided with an installation platform, a driving motor is arranged on the installation platform, the output end of the driving motor is downwards inserted into the case, the output end of the driving motor is provided with a sleeve, and the bottom of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of groups of elastic ropes; the bottom of the elastic rope is provided with a hook.
Preferably, the sealing door is provided with an elastic sealing rubber strip towards the inner side of the case; the sealing door is provided with a handle which is convenient to open.
Preferably, the output shaft of the driving motor and the cover plate at the top of the case are provided with mechanical seals.
Preferably, a plurality of leak holes are formed in the rotary barrel, and a filter screen is arranged on each leak hole.
Preferably, the case is provided with a liquid injection pipe and a water discharge pipe, and the liquid injection pipe and the water discharge pipe are both provided with independent electromagnetic valves.
Preferably, the height of the rotary barrel is one half to two thirds of the height of the machine box.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
1. hanging medical instruments to be derusted by a hook, and placing the medical instruments in a rotary barrel; under the action of gravity, the elastic rope naturally droops; the two groups of elastic ropes are matched with the hooks to play a role in double protection;
2. the filter screen is arranged on the leakage hole, and the rust remover can flow out of the rotary barrel through the leakage hole and enter a cavity between the case and the rotary barrel; the filter screen on the leak hole plays a role in filtering, so that larger particles are blocked, and the particles are prevented from entering a cavity between the case and the rotary barrel; the medical apparatus is fully contacted with the rust remover in the rotating barrel, so that the rusted part can be conveniently cleaned; the time is greatly saved; after the rust removal work is finished, the rust remover filtered by the filter screen is discharged through a drain pipe, and the discharged rust remover can be reused; after the medical apparatus is taken out, the rust removal operation can be carried out on other medical apparatus again.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the rust removing apparatus for medical devices according to the present invention includes a case 1 and a rotary barrel 5 disposed inside the case 1;
an openable sealing door 2 is arranged on the case 1; the case 1 is arranged in a cylindrical shape;
a turntable 8 is arranged in the case 1; a circular track is arranged on the turntable 8; the rotary barrel 5 is arranged on a track of the rotary disk 8 and is rotationally connected with the rotary disk 8; a plurality of raised pin rods 7 are arranged on the turntable 8 in an annular array; an elastic inner lining plate 6 is arranged on the inner wall of the rotary barrel 5; the lining plate 6 has a buffering effect in the process of contacting with medical instruments, and the lining plate 6 is arranged in a regular octagon shape without damaging the medical instruments;
the bottom of the case 1 is provided with a base, and the interior of the base is hollow to form an equipment cavity; a motor for driving the turntable 8 to rotate is arranged in the equipment cavity;
the top of the case 1 is provided with an installation platform 41, a driving motor 4 is arranged on the installation platform 41, the output end of the driving motor 4 is downwards inserted into the case 1, the output end of the driving motor 4 is provided with a sleeve 9, and the bottom of the sleeve 9 is provided with a plurality of groups of elastic ropes 10; the bottom of the elastic rope 10 is provided with a hook 11.
In an alternative embodiment, the sealing door 2 is provided with an elastic sealing rubber strip towards the inner side of the case 1; the sealing door 2 is provided with a handle 3 which is convenient to open.
It should be noted that the sealing rubber strip can improve the sealing performance of the joint between the sealing door 2 and the case 1, and prevent the inside rust remover from leaking out of the sealing door 2.
In an alternative embodiment, the output shaft of the driving motor 4 is mechanically sealed with the cover plate on the top of the case 1.
It should be noted that the output shaft of the driving motor 4 and the cover plate on the top of the case 1 are sealed by a mechanical seal, so that the rust remover is prevented from leaking from the output shaft and the cover plate on the top of the case 1 in the rust removing process.
In an alternative embodiment, the rotary barrel 5 is provided with a plurality of leak holes, and the leak holes are provided with filter screens.
It should be noted that the rust remover can flow out of the rotary barrel 5 through the leakage hole and enter the cavity between the case 1 and the rotary barrel 5; and the filter screen on the small opening plays a filtering role, and blocks the larger broken pieces of particles, thereby preventing the particles from entering the cavity between the case 1 and the rotary barrel 5.
In an alternative embodiment, the chassis 1 is provided with a liquid injection pipe and a water discharge pipe, and the liquid injection pipe and the water discharge pipe are both provided with separate electromagnetic valves.
