- The flexible elastic coiled material processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a double-groove belt pulley is arranged at the output end of the motor (6), single-groove belt pulleys are arranged on the output shafts of the lower coiling roller (4) and the upper coiling roller (5), and the single-groove belt pulleys are in transmission connection with the double-groove belt pulleys through a belt.
- A flexible elastic web processing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a buckle assembly (8), the buckle assembly (8) comprising a buckle and a latch hook; the side surface of the box body (2) is hinged with a box door (7), a hasp is arranged on the box door (7), a lock hook corresponding to the box body is arranged on the box body (2), and the hasp is buckled with the lock hook.
- The flexible elastic coiled material processing equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that a partition (9) is vertically arranged inside the box body (2), and the partition (9) is positioned between the mountain coiling roller and the rubber roller (11).
- The flexible elastic coiled material processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a slide block is arranged on an output shaft of the rubber roll (11), a sliding groove is arranged inside the first support frame (10), and the rubber roll (11) is connected with the first support frame (10) in a sliding and rotating manner inside the sliding groove of the slide block; a spring is arranged in the sliding chute, the upper end of the spring is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the sliding block, and the lower end of the spring is fixedly connected with the first support frame (10); the connection structure of the extrusion roller (16) and the second support frame (15) is the same as that of the extrusion roller.
- The flexible elastic coiled material processing equipment according to claim 1, wherein a motor is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the coating bucket (18), a stirring shaft is vertically arranged inside the coating bucket (18), the output end of the motor is fixedly connected with the upper end of the stirring shaft, stirring paddles are fixedly arranged at two sides of the stirring shaft, heating wires are arranged inside the stirring paddles, and a feeding pipe is further arranged at the top of the coating bucket (18).
- The flexible elastic coiled material processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the box body (2) is further provided with an exhaust hole, an exhaust fan is arranged inside the exhaust hole, and a dust screen is further arranged inside the exhaust hole.
