If the traffic light control message is a green light release, the intelligent road side system adjusts the red light signal of the traffic light into a green light signal according to the traffic light control message. In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle-mounted communication device sends the traffic light control message to the intelligent road side equipment, so that the emergency in the emergency scene can be conveniently processed.
After the emergency vehicle authority is obtained, if the emergency scene is an emergency medical scene, the verification authorization platform pushes a contact telephone of the hospital corresponding to the destination address to the vehicle, so that communication with a doctor and emergency measures can be conveniently taken.
After the emergency vehicle authority is obtained, the vehicle simultaneously turns on the sound effect and the double flashes of the emergency vehicle so as to remind other vehicles of avoiding. Meanwhile, the traffic violation records generated by the vehicle in the driving period are uploaded to a verification authorization platform, the verification authorization platform judges and screens the traffic violation records according to the emergency vehicle authority corresponding to the vehicle, and only the traffic violation records except the emergency vehicle authority are reserved.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle-mounted communication device determines an emergency scene where a vehicle is located and a request authorization authority required by the emergency scene, generates an authorization request based on a vehicle identification of the vehicle and the request authorization authority, and sends the authorization request to the verification authorization platform. And the verification authorization platform generates a verification request aiming at the authorization request and sends the verification request to the vehicle-mounted communication device. And the vehicle-mounted communication device generates a verification response based on the verification request and sends the verification response to the verification authorization platform. And the verification authorization platform verifies the emergency scene according to the verification response, if the verification is passed, an authorization response is generated based on the authorization request and is sent to the vehicle-mounted communication device, and the vehicle-mounted communication device determines the emergency vehicle permission corresponding to the vehicle according to the authorization response. Because the vehicle acquires the emergency vehicle authority, even if the vehicle has a traffic violation problem due to an emergency scene, the traffic violation record in the emergency vehicle authority cannot be generated on the verification and authorization platform, and the efficiency of the verification and authorization platform for processing the traffic violation is improved.
In order to better explain the embodiment of the present application, a specific implementation scenario is taken as an example to describe a flow of an emergency vehicle permission obtaining method provided by the embodiment of the present application, where the method is interactively executed by the vehicle-mounted communication device 101 and the verification authorization platform 102 in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
step S601, the vehicle-mounted communication device determines an emergency scene where the vehicle is located, and a request authorization authority, a request authorization duration, and a request authorization sound effect corresponding to the emergency scene, which are required by the emergency scene.
In step S602, the in-vehicle communication device generates an authorization request based on the vehicle identifier of the vehicle, the authorization request permission, the authorization request duration, and the authorization request sound effect.
Step S603, the vehicle-mounted communication device sends an authorization request to the verification authorization platform.
In step S604, the verification authorization platform generates a video verification request for the authorization request.
Step S605, the verification authorization platform sends a video verification request to the vehicle-mounted communication device.
In step S606, the vehicle-mounted communication device obtains the video content according to the video verification request, and generates a video verification response based on the video content.
In step S607, the vehicle-mounted communication device sends a video authentication response to the authentication authorization platform.

In the embodiment of the application, the verification platform performs verification according to the video content and the identity information, so that the verification accuracy is improved. Because the vehicle acquires the emergency vehicle authority, even if the vehicle has a traffic violation problem due to an emergency scene, the traffic violation record in the emergency vehicle authority cannot appear on the verification and authorization platform, so that the efficiency of the verification and authorization platform for processing the traffic violation is improved.
For better explaining the embodiment of the present application, an emergency vehicle authority acquiring method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to a specific implementation scenario, where the method is performed by the vehicle-mounted communication device 101 and the verification authorization platform 102 in fig. 1 interactively. As shown in fig. 7, the system architecture diagram of the in-vehicle communication device 101 includes a touch screen module 701, a System On Chip (SOC) module 702, a 5G communication module 703, a video module 704, a storage module 705, a positioning module 706, an in-vehicle communication technology module 707, and an audio module 708.
In step 801, the touch screen module 701 determines an emergency scene where the vehicle is located, and a request authorization authority, a request authorization duration, and a request authorization sound effect corresponding to the emergency scene, which are required by the emergency scene, and sends the request authorization authority, the request authorization duration, and the request authorization sound effect to the system on chip module 702.
In step 802, the soc module 702 generates an authorization request based on the vehicle identifier of the vehicle, the authorization request authority, the authorization request duration, and the authorization request sound effect, and sends the authorization request to the 5G communication module 703.

Step 804, the verification authorization platform generates a video verification request for the authorization request, and sends the video verification request to the 5G communication module 703.

the generating module 902 is further configured to receive a verification request of the verification and authorization platform for the emergency scenario, generate a verification response based on the verification request, and send the verification response to the verification and authorization platform;
an authority determining module 903, configured to determine an emergency vehicle authority corresponding to the vehicle according to an authorization response sent by the verification authorization platform, where the emergency vehicle authority is determined according to the request authorization authority, and the authorization response is sent by the verification authorization platform after the verification of the emergency scene according to the verification response is passed.
Optionally, the generating module 902 is specifically configured to:
receiving a video verification request of the verification authorization platform for the authorization request; video content is obtained according to the video verification request, and a video verification response is generated based on the video content;
and sending the video verification response to the verification authorization platform.
Optionally, the generating module 902 is specifically configured to:
receiving an identity authentication request of the authentication and authorization platform aiming at the authorization request, acquiring corresponding identity information according to the identity authentication request, and generating an identity authentication response based on the identity information;
and sending the identity authentication response to the authentication authorization platform.

the request authorization authority includes at least one of: requesting to run a red light, requesting to go backwards, requesting to occupy an emergency lane, requesting to press a line for running and requesting to pass preferentially;
the emergency vehicle permission includes at least one of: the method comprises the following steps of running a red light, running in the wrong direction, occupying an emergency lane, pressing a line to run and preferentially passing.
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present application provides a verification and authorization platform, as shown in fig. 9, the verification and authorization platform 1000 includes:
a receiving module 1001, configured to receive an authorization request sent by an onboard communication device of a vehicle, where the authorization request is generated based on a vehicle identifier of the vehicle and a request authorization authority after the onboard communication device determines an emergency scenario in which the vehicle is located and the request authorization authority required by the emergency scenario;
a request sending module 1002, configured to send a verification request for the authorization request, where the verification request is used for the vehicle-mounted communication device to generate a verification response;
the verification module 1003 is configured to receive the verification response sent by the vehicle-mounted communication device, verify the emergency scenario according to the verification response, generate an authorization response based on the authorization request after the verification is passed, and send the authorization response to the vehicle-mounted communication device, where the authorization response is used by the vehicle-mounted communication device to determine an emergency vehicle permission corresponding to the vehicle, and the emergency vehicle permission is determined according to the request authorization permission.
Based on the same technical concept, the embodiment of the present application provides a computer device, which may be a terminal or a server, as shown in fig. 10, including at least one processor 1101 and a memory 1102 connected to the at least one processor, where a specific connection medium between the processor 1101 and the memory 1102 is not limited in this embodiment of the present application, and a bus connection is taken as an example between the processor 1101 and the memory 1102 in fig. 10. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc.
In the embodiment of the present application, the memory 1102 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 1101, and the at least one processor 1101 may execute the steps included in the emergency vehicle right acquiring method by executing the instructions stored in the memory 1102.
The processor 1101 is a control center of the computer device, and may connect various portions of the computer device by using various interfaces and lines, and perform emergency vehicle authority acquisition by operating or executing instructions stored in the memory 1102 and calling data stored in the memory 1102. Optionally, the processor 1101 may include one or more processing units, and the processor 1101 may integrate an application processor and a modem processor, wherein the application processor mainly handles an operating system, a user interface, application programs, and the like, and the modem processor mainly handles wireless communication. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 1101. In some embodiments, the processor 1101 and the memory 1102 may be implemented on the same chip, or in some embodiments, they may be implemented separately on separate chips.
The processor 1101 may be a general purpose processor such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a digital signal processor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a field programmable gate array or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any combination thereof, configured to implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present Application. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware processor, or may be implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in a processor.
Memory 1102, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. The Memory 1102 may include at least one type of storage medium, and may include, for example, a flash Memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card-type Memory, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a charged Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic Memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and so on. The memory 1102 is any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. The memory 1102 in the embodiments of the present application may also be circuitry or any other device capable of performing a storage function to store program instructions and/or data.
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program executable by a computer device, which, when the program runs on the computer device, causes the computer device to execute the steps of the above-mentioned emergency vehicle right acquiring method.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Claims (10)

1. An emergency vehicle authority acquisition method, which is applied to a vehicle-mounted communication device of a vehicle, includes:
determining an emergency scene where the vehicle is located and a request authorization authority required by the emergency scene;
generating an authorization request based on the vehicle identification of the vehicle and the request authorization authority, and sending the authorization request to a verification authorization platform;
receiving a verification request of the verification authorization platform for the authorization request, generating a verification response based on the verification request, and sending the verification response to the verification authorization platform;
determining an emergency vehicle authority corresponding to the vehicle according to an authorization response sent by the verification authorization platform, wherein the authorization response is generated by the verification authorization platform based on the authorization request, the emergency vehicle authority is determined according to the request authorization authority, and the authorization response is sent by the verification authorization platform after the verification of the emergency scene according to the verification response is passed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving a validation request from the validation authority platform for the authorization request, and generating a validation response based on the validation request, the sending the validation response to the validation authority platform, comprises:
receiving a video verification request of the verification authorization platform for the authorization request; video content is obtained according to the video verification request, and a video verification response is generated based on the video content;
and sending the video verification response to the verification authorization platform.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving a validation request from the validation authority platform for the authorization request, and generating a validation response based on the validation request, the sending the validation response to the validation authority platform, comprises:
receiving an identity authentication request of the authentication and authorization platform aiming at the authorization request, acquiring corresponding identity information according to the identity authentication request, and generating an identity authentication response based on the identity information;
and sending the identity authentication response to the authentication and authorization platform.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the receiving an authentication request of the authentication and authorization platform for the emergency scenario and obtaining corresponding identity information according to the authentication request comprises:
receiving an identity authentication request of the authentication authorization platform for the emergency scene, wherein the identity authentication request comprises information of requesting personnel and a picture of requesting field conditions;
and acquiring personnel information and field condition pictures corresponding to the identity authentication request as the identity information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein if the emergency scene is an emergency medical scene, the personnel information comprises a requester name and a requester number;
and if the emergency scene is an emergency case handling scene, the personnel information comprises the name and the number of the case handling person.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the emergency vehicle authority corresponding to the vehicle, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps of sending an emergency avoidance message to other vehicles in a radiation range through a vehicle-mounted communication technology;
and if the emergency vehicle permission comprises priority passing, sending a traffic light control message to intelligent road side equipment in a radiation range through the vehicle-mounted communication technology, so that the intelligent road side equipment adjusts signals of traffic lights according to the traffic light control message.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the authorization request comprises the request authorization authority, a request authorization duration, a request authorization sound effect corresponding to the emergency scenario;
the request authorization authority includes at least one of: requesting to run red light, request to reverse, request to occupy an emergency lane, request to press line for running and request to pass preferentially;
the emergency vehicle permission includes at least one of: the method comprises the following steps of running a red light, running in the wrong direction, occupying an emergency lane, pressing a line to run and preferentially passing.
8. An emergency vehicle permission obtaining method is applied to a verification authorization platform and comprises the following steps:
receiving an authorization request sent by an on-board communication device of a vehicle, wherein the authorization request is generated based on a vehicle identification of the vehicle and a request authorization authority after the on-board communication device determines an emergency scene where the vehicle is located and the request authorization authority required by the emergency scene;
transmitting an authentication request for the emergency scene, wherein the authentication request is used for generating an authentication response by the vehicle-mounted communication device;
and receiving the verification response sent by the vehicle-mounted communication device, verifying the emergency scene according to the verification response, and sending the authorization response to the vehicle-mounted communication device after the verification is passed, wherein the authorization response is used for the vehicle-mounted communication device to determine the emergency vehicle permission corresponding to the vehicle, and the emergency vehicle permission is determined according to the request authorization permission.
9. An on-vehicle communication device of a vehicle, characterized by comprising:
the scene determining module is used for determining an emergency scene where the vehicle is located and a request authorization authority required by the emergency scene;
the generating module is used for generating an authorization request based on the vehicle identification of the vehicle and the request authorization authority and sending the authorization request to a verification authorization platform;
the generation module is further configured to receive a verification request of the verification and authorization platform for the emergency scenario, generate a verification response based on the verification request, and send the verification response to the verification and authorization platform;
and the authority determining module is used for determining the emergency vehicle authority corresponding to the vehicle according to the authorization response sent by the verification authorization platform, wherein the emergency vehicle authority is determined according to the request authorization authority, and the authorization response is sent by the verification authorization platform after the verification of the emergency scene according to the verification response is passed.
10. A verification authorization platform, comprising:
the vehicle-mounted communication device is used for determining an emergency scene where the vehicle is located and a request authorization authority required by the emergency scene, and then generating the authorization request based on a vehicle identifier of the vehicle and the request authorization authority;
a request sending module, configured to send a verification request for the authorization request, where the verification request is used for the vehicle-mounted communication device to generate a verification response;
and the verification module is used for receiving the verification response sent by the vehicle-mounted communication device, verifying the emergency scene according to the verification response, generating an authorization response based on the authorization request after the verification is passed, and sending the authorization response to the vehicle-mounted communication device, wherein the authorization response is used for the vehicle-mounted communication device to determine the emergency vehicle permission corresponding to the vehicle, and the emergency vehicle permission is determined according to the request authorization permission.
