The historical mail count of the account A is 400, the historical mail count of the server inquiry target account is located in a count interval 4, the cardinality corresponding to the count interval 4 is 0.75, and therefore, the third cardinality of the account A is 0.75.
207. Calculating the first base number, the second base number and the third base number according to a preset formula to obtain a target sending coefficient;

For example, 3 user figures are preset: the user portrait 1 is a scattered family, and the sending frequency is less than or equal to 1 piece per day; the user portrait 2 is a small seller, 1 piece/day < sending frequency < 10 pieces/day; the user portrait 3 is a large seller, the mail sending frequency is more than or equal to 10 mails/day, and the calculation time period of the mail sending frequency is set according to the actual situation. In the user portrait 1, the priority ranking of the three factors is sequentially account balance, starting duration and historical mail total number from high to low, and corresponding priority coefficients are 0.7, 0.2 and 0.1 respectively; in the user portrait 2, the priority ranking of the three factors is from high to low, namely the starting duration, the account balance and the total number of the historical mails, and the corresponding priority coefficients are 0.45, 0.3 and 0.25 respectively; in the user representation 3, the priority ranking of the three factors is from high to low, namely the total number of the mailings in the history, the account balance and the starting duration, and the corresponding priority coefficients are 0.7, 0.2 and 0.1 respectively. Because the account balance is displayed in real time and is associated with the mail sending coefficient, in order to avoid the speculative behavior, the server does not execute the roll-out operation within the first time period after the amount transferred by the third-party resource is stored in the account balance. The speculative behavior refers to the behavior that the user transfers a certain amount of money to obtain a smaller mailing coefficient within a second time length before the current mailing time point, and then pays less mailing cost, and transfers the money transferred to an account before the mailing is finished soon.
For example, the first time length is set to 7 days, the second time length is set to 15 days, the account balance of the sending client a is 1000 yuan, the starting time length of the account is 1 year, the total number of historical sending pieces is 50 pieces, the corresponding target sending coefficient is 0.86, in order to obtain a smaller sending coefficient, the client transfers 1000 yuan to the account balance of the sending client a on the day before the sending time point, the target sending coefficient is 0.8, on the day after the sending is finished, the client applies for transferring out the 1000 yuan transferred on the day before the sending time point, the client behavior belongs to the posting behavior judged by the server, and the transferring-out operation is not executed.
The third party resource for transferring money to the account can be not only the resource bound with the account, but also the resource unbound with the account. When the third-party resource is a resource which is not bound with the account, the third-party resource transfers to the account in the following steps:
1. the application client side where the target account is located sends a transfer request to the third-party resource, and the transfer request is used for requesting the third-party resource to transfer the preset amount of money to the target account;
2. the third-party resource responds to a transfer request of the application client and sends a transfer notification message to the application client, wherein the transfer notification message comprises a first verification identifier, and the transfer notification message indicates that a preset amount of money is transferred to a target account of the application client based on the verification identifier;
3. the application client detects whether transfer operation aiming at the target account exists, if yes, a second verification identifier carried by the transfer operation is obtained, and a target resource transfer record is generated and comprises the second verification identifier, the account and the transfer-in amount;
4. and the application client judges whether the second verification identifier, the account and the transfer amount in the target resource transfer record correspond to the first verification identifier, the target account and the preset amount of money, and if so, the account balance in the target account is increased by the preset amount of money.
208. Calculating the mail sending cost of the target mail sending client according to the target mail sending coefficient and the target basic cost, wherein the target basic cost is the cost published by the own logistics platform or the cost agreed by the own logistics platform and the target mail sending client;

For example, the mail client corresponding to the account a does not sign a basic cost contract with the own logistics platform, the basic cost for transporting the goods B from the starting point C to the end point D is 15 yuan according to the rules published by the own logistics platform, and the mail coefficient of the account a obtained in step 207 is 0.85, so that when the client issues an order for transporting the goods B from the starting point C to the end point D by using the account a, the mail cost is 0.85 × 15=12.75 yuan.
209. And periodically calculating the income of the account balance in the target account according to a preset rule, and storing the income to the account balance.
In order to enable the account balance of the customer to become active funds and provide additional services with higher quality for the customer, the free logistics platform issues interest to the funds periodically stored in the account balance, the generated interest is continuously stored in the account balance, and the increase of the account balance can further reduce the mail sending coefficient. the query module 302 is configured to read an account balance of the target account, and query a historical mail sending record of the target mail sending client to obtain a historical mail sending total number;
the determining module 303 is configured to determine a target mail sending coefficient according to the account balance, the enabling duration, and the historical mail sending total number;
the calculating module 304 is configured to calculate a mailing cost of the target mailing client according to the target mailing coefficient and a target basic cost, where the target basic cost is a cost published by the owned logistics platform or a cost agreed by the owned logistics platform and the target mailing client.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mail sending cost is calculated according to three factors of intimacy between the client and the own logistics platform, namely account balance, starting time and historical mail sending total number, so that the purpose of measuring and pricing the body of the client is realized, the flexibility of calculating the mail sending cost is improved, higher-quality business service is provided for the client, and the loyalty of the client to the brand is stimulated.
Referring to fig. 4, another embodiment of the mail expense calculating device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
the obtaining module 301 is configured to obtain a target account and a starting duration of the target account, where the target account is an account registered by a target mail client on a self-owned logistics platform;
the query module 302 is configured to read an account balance of the target account, and query a historical mail sending record of the target mail sending client to obtain a historical mail sending total number;
the determining module 303 is configured to determine a target mail sending coefficient according to the account balance, the enabling duration, and the historical mail sending total number;
the calculating module 304 is configured to calculate a mailing cost of the target mailing client according to the target mailing coefficient and a target basic cost, where the target basic cost is a cost published by the owned logistics platform or a cost agreed by the owned logistics platform and the target mailing client.
Optionally, the determining module 303 includes:
a first determining unit 3031, configured to obtain a minimum value of the account balance within a preset time period based on the current time, query a preset balance step distribution interval, and determine a first base number according to the minimum value of the account balance, where the first base number is a positive number smaller than 1;
the second determining unit 3032 is configured to query a preset age step distribution interval, and determine a second base number according to the enabled duration, where the second base number is a positive number smaller than 1;
a third determining unit 3033, configured to query a preset total number step distribution interval, and determine a third base number according to the historical total number of the mailpieces, where the third base number is a positive number smaller than 1;
the calculating unit 3034 is configured to calculate the first base number, the second base number, and the third base number according to a preset formula to obtain a target sending coefficient.
Optionally, the calculating unit 3034 is specifically configured to:
querying a target user portrait matched with a target mail client in a preset user portrait database, determining priority coefficients corresponding to a first base number, a second base number and a third base number respectively according to the target user portrait, and obtaining a first priority coefficient, a second priority coefficient and a third priority coefficient, wherein the first priority coefficient, the second priority coefficient and the third priority coefficient are positive numbers, and the sum of the first priority coefficient, the second priority coefficient and the third priority coefficient is 1; and multiplying the first base number by the first priority coefficient, multiplying the second base number by the second priority coefficient, multiplying the third base number by the third priority coefficient, and superposing the three product results to obtain the target mail coefficient.
Optionally, the calculating module 304 is specifically configured to:
judging whether the own logistics platform signs a basic cost contract with the target mail sending client or not; if yes, reading a first basic cost appointed in the basic cost contract, and determining the first basic cost as a target basic cost; if not, reading second basic cost published by the own logistics platform, and determining the second basic cost as target basic cost; and performing product operation on the target sending coefficient and the target basic cost to obtain the sending cost of the target sending client.
Optionally, the sending expense calculating device further includes a determining module 305, and the determining module 305 is specifically configured to:
judging whether the target sending client is the first sending; if yes, the telephone number of the target sending client is set as a target account, and the ordering time point of the target sending client is determined as an enabling time point.
Optionally, the mail expense calculating device further includes a storage module 306, configured to periodically calculate revenue of the account balance in the target account according to a preset rule, and store the revenue to the account balance.
Optionally, the storage module 306 is specifically configured to:
inquiring the transfer amount of the target account in a preset period; subtracting the transfer amount from the account balance to obtain a regular balance; calculating according to the regular balance and the interest rate specified in the preset rule to obtain the income of the account balance; and reading the value of the income and the value of the account balance, and accumulating the value of the income on the value of the account balance to obtain the updated account balance.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a mail expense calculating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the mail expense calculating apparatus 500 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 510 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 520, one or more storage media 530 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing applications 533 or data 532. Memory 520 and storage media 530 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 530 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations for the mail expense calculation apparatus 500. Further, the processor 510 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 530, and execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 530 on the mail expense calculation apparatus 500.

The present invention also provides a mail expense calculating device, which includes a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores computer readable instructions, and the computer readable instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to execute the steps of the mail expense calculating method in the above embodiments.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, or a volatile computer-readable storage medium, having stored therein instructions, which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of the mail expense calculation method.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)

1. A method for calculating a mailing cost, the method comprising:
acquiring a target account and the starting duration of the target account, wherein the target account is an account registered by a target mail client on a self logistics platform;
reading the account balance of the target account, and inquiring a historical mail sending record of the target mail sending client to obtain the total number of the historical mail sending;
determining a target mail sending coefficient according to the account balance, the enabling duration and the historical mail sending total number;
and calculating the mail sending cost of the target mail sending client according to the target mail sending coefficient and a target basic cost, wherein the target basic cost is the cost published by the self-owned logistics platform or the cost agreed by the self-owned logistics platform and the target mail sending client.
2. A mail charge calculation method as in claim 1 wherein said determining a target mail element coefficient based on said account balance, said activation duration, and said historical mail element count comprises:
acquiring the minimum value of the account balance within a preset time length by taking the current time as a reference, inquiring a preset balance step distribution interval, and determining a first base number according to the minimum value of the account balance, wherein the first base number is a positive number smaller than 1;
inquiring a preset age limit step distribution interval, and determining a second base number according to the starting duration, wherein the second base number is a positive number smaller than 1;
inquiring a preset total number step distribution interval, and determining a third base number according to the historical mail total number, wherein the third base number is a positive number smaller than 1;
and calculating the first base number, the second base number and the third base number according to a preset formula to obtain a target mail sending coefficient.
3. A mail expense calculation method according to claim 2, wherein the calculating the first base, the second base, and the third base according to a preset formula to obtain a target mail coefficient comprises:
querying a target user portrait matched with the target mail client in a preset user portrait database, and determining priority coefficients corresponding to the first base, the second base and the third base according to the target user portrait to obtain a first priority coefficient, a second priority coefficient and a third priority coefficient, wherein the first priority coefficient, the second priority coefficient and the third priority coefficient are positive numbers and the sum of the first priority coefficient, the second priority coefficient and the third priority coefficient is 1;
and multiplying the first base number by the first priority coefficient, multiplying the second base number by the second priority coefficient, multiplying the third base number by the third priority coefficient, and overlapping the three product results to obtain a target mail coefficient.
4. A method of calculating a mail cost according to claim 1, wherein said calculating a mail cost for said target mail client based on said target mail factor and a target base cost comprises:
judging whether the own logistics platform signs a basic expense contract with the target mail client or not;
if yes, reading a first basic expense agreed in the basic expense contract, and determining the first basic expense as a target basic expense;
if not, reading second basic cost published by the own logistics platform, and determining the second basic cost as target basic cost;
and performing product operation on the target sending coefficient and the target basic cost to obtain the sending cost of the target sending client.
5. A mail charge calculation method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein prior to acquiring a target account and an enabled duration for the target account, the target account being an account registered by a target mail client on an own logistics platform, further comprising:
judging whether the target sending client is the first sending;
if yes, setting the telephone number of the target sending client as a target account, and determining the ordering time point of the target sending client as an enabling time point.
6. A method of calculating a mail expense according to claim 1, further comprising, after calculating a mail expense for the target mail client based on the target mail factor and a target base expense:
and periodically calculating the income of the account balance in the target account according to a preset rule, and storing the income to the account balance.
7. A mail charge calculation method according to claim 6, wherein said periodically calculating a profit for an account balance in a target account according to a preset rule and storing the profit to the account balance comprises:
inquiring the transfer amount of the target account in a preset period;
subtracting the transferred amount from the account balance to obtain a regular balance;
calculating according to the regular balance and the interest rate specified in a preset rule to obtain the income of the account balance;
and reading the value of the profit and the value of the account balance, and accumulating the value of the profit on the value of the account balance to obtain the updated account balance.
