Abstract
The invention discloses a resistance uniformity processing structure and a processing method for an air distribution plate of a circulating fluidized bed boiler, and relates to the field of primary air distribution of the circulating fluidized bed boiler; the structure mainly comprises a circulating fluidized bed primary air distribution system, an on-line pressure monitoring system below an air distribution plate and an umbrella-shaped air curtain pressure flow regulation control system; after primary air enters the air chamber, bed materials above the air distribution plate enter a fluidized state through the air distribution plate and the air cap; the pressure online monitoring system divides the lower part of the air distribution plate into areas with uniform size in a honeycomb shape, and pressure values of the areas of the measuring points below the air distribution plate are monitored in real time; when the pressure deviation of each area below the air distribution plate reaches a set threshold value, the control system automatically adjusts the pressure flow of the umbrella-shaped air curtain according to the unbalanced pressure measurement result, and the blowing amount of the air curtain is increased in the area with larger pressure below the air distribution plate.

At present, with the continuous increase of the capacity of a circulating fluidized bed boiler, the area of an air distribution plate is greatly increased, the pressure fluctuation in an air chamber is large, and the pressure distribution below the air distribution plate is large, so that the flow distribution among air hoods is uneven, a series of hidden trouble problems are brought to the long-term stable operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, such as serious abrasion of the air hoods, coking, high carbon content of ash residues and the like, and even the boiler is stopped.
