When the device works, the speed reduction motor 1-6 is driven to drive the main driving wheel 1-4 to rotate, so that the whole device can advance forwards and backwards on the advancing guide rail 1-5, and the monitoring camera 4 can collect information in the advancing process, detect alarms and other operations; in the advancing process, the ash cleaning brushes 6-6 are arranged in front and at the back and are used for quickly cleaning the lower parts of the right-half I-shaped hanging rails 1-3 to prevent derailment or blockage caused by excessive sundries in the advancing process; when the whole device advances, the rolling brush 5-9 at the front side of the advancing, the rotating direction of the belt wheel is the rotating direction for removing the sundries outwards; the backward moving direction is the same, and the rolling brushes 5-9 at the front side of the backward moving direction can also remove impurities outwards under the meshing transmission of the gears so as to achieve the purpose of removing impurities on the moving track; the rotation of the clamping balance wheels 1-7 drives the convex wheel to rotate, and then the elastic air bag is extruded, so that the dust at the lens is cleaned by air injection.

Claims (10)

1. A mine roadway single hanger rail monitoring device comprises:
the hanging bracket main body device (1) comprises a left hanging bracket (1-1) and a right hanging bracket (1-2), the left hanging bracket (1-1) and the right hanging bracket (1-2) are L-shaped plates symmetrically distributed along a longitudinal axis, and the lower end of the left hanging bracket (1-1) and the lower end of the right hanging bracket (1-2) are fixed through a locking device (2);
the lifting device is characterized by further comprising a guide device (3), wherein the guide device (3) is respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the tops of the left hanger frame (1-1) and the right hanger frame (1-2) and used for clamping two sides of the I-shaped hanger rail (1-3);
a main driving wheel (1-4) is arranged on one side, close to the left hanger frame (1-1), of the right hanger frame (1-2), a traveling guide rail (1-5) matched and connected with the main driving wheel (1-4) is arranged on the right side of the I-shaped hanger rail (1-3), and a driving speed reduction motor (1-6) for driving and controlling the main driving wheel (1-4) is arranged on the other side of the right hanger frame (1-2);
a monitoring camera (4) is arranged on one side of the left hanger (1-1) along the advancing direction of the left hanger, a guide rail cleaning device (5) is arranged on the right hanger (1-2), and the guide rail cleaning device (5) provides power through an output shaft of a driving speed reduction motor (1-6) to clean the advancing guide rail (1-5).

The mine roadway single hanger rail monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail cleaning device (5) comprises a first outer shell (5-2) and a driving bevel gear (5-1) coaxially arranged with the main driving wheel (1-4), the driving bevel gear (5-1) is engaged with a driven bevel gear (5-3), a central shaft of the driven bevel gear (5-3) is rotatably connected in the first outer shell (5-2), two ends of the central shaft of the driven bevel gear (5-3) are respectively provided with a driving gear (5-4) and a driving pulley (5-5), a right side of the driving gear (5-4) is provided with a matched driven gear (5-6), a right side of the driving pulley (5-5) is connected with a driven pulley (5-7) through a belt, a center of the driven gear (5-6) and the driven pulley (5-7) is provided with a rolling brush shaft (5-8) rotatably connected with the first outer shell (5-2), and the other end of the rolling brush shaft (5-8) is provided with a rolling brush (5-9).

The mine roadway single hanger rail monitoring device according to claim 2, wherein bristles are uniformly distributed on the outer peripheral surface of the rolling brush (5-9), the rolling brush (5-9) is arranged right above the traveling guide rail (1-5) and cleans the traveling guide rail (1-5) through the bristles, a cleaning landslide (5-10) is arranged on the right side of the rolling brush (5-9), and the cleaning landslide (5-10) is fixedly arranged on two sides of the right hanger (1-2).
