1. A loosening prevention mechanism, comprising:
the hoop is provided with a first hole, a second hole and a third hole, the second hole is communicated with the first hole, the second hole and the first hole are positioned on the same central axis, and the central axis of the third hole is intersected with the central axis of the first hole;
the first fastener is provided with a fixing column and a fixing cap arranged at one end of the fixing column, the fixing column can extend into the second hole so as to arrange the fixing cap in the first hole, and the side wall of the fixing cap is provided with a plurality of grooves;
and the second fastening piece can extend into and be fixed in the third hole, and one end of the second fastening piece facing the fixing cap is arranged in any one groove so as to prevent the first fastening piece from being separated from the first hole.

The anti-loosening mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the second fastening member is provided with a convex portion corresponding to any one of the grooves, and the central axis of the third hole is perpendicular to the central axis of the first hole, so that the second fastening member is perpendicular to the first fastening member, and the convex portion is clamped in the groove.
3. The anti-loosening mechanism of claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing cap is cylindrical.
4. The anti-loosening mechanism of claim 3, wherein the sidewall of the retaining cap fits over the inner sidewall of the hoop member in the first bore.

A hoop device, comprising a locking mechanism and the anti-loose mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the hoop member is provided with a trepan, one end of the hoop member is provided with a first flange, the other end of the hoop member is provided with a second flange, and a first opening communicated with the trepan is arranged between the first flange and the second flange;
the first hole, the second hole, and the third hole are disposed on the first flange;
the second flange is provided with a fourth hole;
the first fastener is detachably arranged in the first hole, the second hole and the fourth hole in a penetrating mode in sequence and is fixedly connected with the locking mechanism, the locking mechanism is used for locking the hoop piece, so that the first opening is reduced, and meanwhile the trepanning is reduced.
6. The hoop device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the locking mechanism includes a connecting shaft and a locking member rotatably connected to the connecting shaft, and an outer wall of the locking member is provided with a convex surface and a flat surface;
the first fastener is detachably arranged in the first hole, the second hole and the fourth hole in a penetrating mode in sequence and is fixedly connected with the connecting shaft;
the locking piece can rotate relative to the connecting shaft so as to enable the convex surface or the plane to abut against one surface, away from the first flange, of the second flange;
when the convex surface abuts against the second flange, the first opening is reduced, the trepan boring is reduced, and when the plane abuts against the second flange, the first opening is enlarged, and the trepan boring is enlarged.
7. The hoop device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising an elastic member, wherein the elastic member is disposed in the first opening, and one end of the elastic member abuts against the first flange and the other end abuts against the second flange;
the first fastener is detachably arranged in the first hole, the second hole, the elastic piece and the fourth hole in a penetrating mode in sequence and is fixedly connected with the connecting shaft;
when the plane abuts against the second flange, the elastic piece drives the first opening to expand, and meanwhile, the trepanning hole expands.
8. The hoop device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the hoop device further comprises a rubber layer, a fixing groove is formed in one side of the second flange, which is away from the first flange, and the rubber layer is clamped in the fixing groove;
wherein the convex surface or the plane is abutted against the rubber layer.

The hoop apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the hoop member has a third flange at one end and a fourth flange at the other end, and a second opening communicating with the trepan is provided between the third flange and the fourth flange, the hoop apparatus further comprises a third fastener and a female member;
the third fastener penetrates through the third flange and the fourth flange and is tightly connected with the female part so as to reduce the second opening, and meanwhile, the trepanning of the hoop close to the third flange or the fourth flange is reduced.
10. A foot rest, wherein the foot rest comprises a first pipe, a second pipe capable of being penetrated in the first pipe, a first sleeve capable of being sleeved on the second pipe, and the hoop device as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 8;
the outer diameter of the first sleeve is equal to the outer diameter of the first tube;
the hoop is sleeved on the first sleeve and the first pipe so as to tightly connect the first pipe and the second pipe.
