The invention provides a function verification device (a verification device for short) of a door lock in a vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pushing mechanism includes a front case 10 capable of being fixedly mounted inside a vehicle door 26, a push plate 18 capable of abutting against an operation panel 27 of the vehicle, a link 29, and a pusher 29 and a slider 8 mounted in the front case 10. The slider 8 is slidably mounted in the front housing 10 along the front-rear direction of the vehicle door 26 and connected to the front end of the thrust device 29, the push plate 17 is hinged to the front end of the front housing 10 through a link, and the two ends of the link 29 are respectively connected with the push plate 18 and the slider 8 through a pin to form a planar rocker slider mechanism.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the unlocking mechanism includes a rear housing 3 fixedly connected to the rear end of the front housing 10 and capable of being fixedly mounted inside the vehicle door 26, a push rod 2 mounted in the rear housing 3, and a swing arm 22 rotatably mounted outside the rear housing 3 by a first vertical rotating shaft 21 fixedly connected thereto, such as the swing arm 22 being mounted on the bottom surface of the rear housing 3. The push rod 2 is slidably mounted in the rear housing 3 in the front-rear direction of the door 26 and extends into the front housing 10 to be fixed to the rear end of the pusher 28. The thrust device 28 can generate a forward force to the slide block 8 and a forward or backward force to the push rod 2, and the thrust device 28 is a device capable of providing a thrust force along a straight line, such as a hydraulic cylinder, a pneumatic cylinder, a linear motor, and the like, and can satisfy the function thereof.
Swing arm 22's one end is rotated through first vertical rotating shaft 21 and is installed in the bottom surface of back casing 3, and swing arm 22's the other end is connected with the fixture block 24 that can with the interior handle joint of door, is connected through drive assembly 30 transmission between push rod 2 and the first vertical rotating shaft 21 to make swing arm 22 drive the swing by push rod 2. In the invention, the fixture block 24 is a U-shaped block with an opening at the lower end and capable of being clamped on the inner handle of the vehicle door, or the fixture block 24 is an annular block capable of being sleeved on the inner handle of the vehicle door.
Before the whole vehicle ignition test of the new energy vehicle, the front shell 10 and the rear shell 3 of the verification device are fixedly installed on the inner side of a vehicle door 26, the clamping block 24 is clamped on a handle in the vehicle door, and the front end face of the push plate 17 is abutted against an automobile operation panel 27. When the whole vehicle is subjected to a fire test, the thrust device 28 is started, the thrust generated by the thrust device 28 acts on the sliding block 8 and the push rod 2, and then the push rod 2 drives the swing arm 22 to swing, so that the clamping block 24 drives the inner door handle of the vehicle door to open and unlock the door lock. The slide block 8 has a tendency of sliding forward due to the thrust of the thrust device 28, and if the door 26 can be opened, the slide block 8 slides forward, and the angle between the push plate 17 and the front case 10 is opened by the action force of the connecting rod 29, so that the door 26 is opened; if the door 26 cannot be opened, the slider 8 is locked and cannot slide, and the door 26 cannot be opened.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in figures 2 and 3, the thrust means 28 comprises an outer sleeve 5, an inner sleeve 7, a first spring 6, a detent 12 and a push-pull electromagnet 13. The outer sleeve 5 and the inner sleeve 7 are buckled together and are mutually matched in a sliding way to form a thrust frame, and the sliding block 8 and the push rod 2 are respectively connected with the front end and the rear end of the thrust frame. The first spring 6 is compressed in the cavity formed between the outer sleeve 5 and the inner sleeve 7 (i.e. the first spring 6 is located in the thrust frame). The side walls of the outer sleeve 5 and the inner sleeve 7 are each provided with a pin hole which are aligned after compression of the first spring 6 and locked by insertion of a bayonet 12. A push-pull electromagnet 13 is fixedly mounted on the front housing 10 and is connected to the bayonet 12 for controlling the bayonet 12 to enter or exit the pin hole of the inner sleeve 7.
As shown in fig. 2, the first spring 6 of the present embodiment is previously compressed between the outer sleeve 5 and the inner sleeve 7, and is inserted into the pin holes of the outer sleeve 5 and the inner sleeve 7 with the click pin 12 to lock both. As shown in fig. 3, in the detection process, the push-pull electromagnet 13 is controlled to act outside the vehicle, the push-pull electromagnet 13 drives the bayonet 12 to exit from the pin hole of the inner sleeve 7, so that the elastic force of the first spring 6 can be released, the inner sleeve 7 slides forwards, the outer sleeve 5 slides backwards, the inner sleeve 7 pushes the slider 8 to slide forwards, and the inner sleeve 7 pushes the push rod 2 to slide backwards. By properly setting the lengths of the outer sleeve 5 and the inner sleeve 7, the two are kept in registration without separation. After the test is finished, the pin holes of the outer sleeve 5 and the inner sleeve 7 can be clamped by pressing the push plate 17 and the push rod 2 back to the initial position (reset) and using the clamping pins 12 again.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outer sleeve 5 is located at the rear side of the inner sleeve 7, the outer sleeve 5 has a front end open cylindrical structure, the inner sleeve 7 has a rear end open cylindrical structure, and the front housing 10 is provided with slide ways 9 corresponding to the outer sleeve 5 and the inner sleeve 7, respectively.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a second spring 4 is further installed in the slide way 9 of the outer sleeve 5 and sleeved outside the push rod, the second spring 4 is a tower spring, the outer sleeve 5 of the thrust frame is elastically connected with the outer housing 10 through the second spring, and the second spring 4 is used for providing forward thrust for the outer sleeve 5. The elastic coefficient of the second spring 4 is smaller than that of the first spring 6, so that the second spring 4 can be compressed and the push rod 2 can be driven to move after the elastic force of the first spring 6 is released; meanwhile, the second spring 4 is arranged, so that the whole thrust device 29 can be pushed to the front side through the elastic force of the second spring 4 before the elastic force of the first spring 6 is released, the push rod 2 is further kept at the initial position, and the swing arm 22 is driven to generate enough swing amplitude in the subsequent test process, so that the effective unlocking of the vehicle door 26 is ensured.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the link 29 comprises a front rod 16 and a rear rod 15, the front rod 16 and the rear rod 15 being coaxially slidably fitted and fastened by a locking screw 14. The length of the link 29 can be changed by adjusting the locking screw 14, and the push plate 17 can be abutted against the automobile operation panel 27 by adjusting the length of the link 29 after the front case 10 and the rear case 3 are fixed to the inner side of the door 26 for different vehicle types.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the latch 24 is rotatably connected to the swing arm 22 through a second vertical rotating shaft 23. Because the first vertical rotating shaft 21 of the swing arm 22 has a certain distance with the rotating shaft of the vehicle door inner handle, a certain degree of relative position change is generated between the swing arm 22 and the vehicle door inner handle in the swing process, if the fixture block 24 is fixedly connected with the swing arm 22, the internal space width of the fixture block 24 (which refers to the width of the U-shaped opening of the U-shaped block or the internal space width of the annular block) needs to be increased, so that the matching precision of the fixture block 24 and the vehicle door inner handle is reduced, and the stability is poor; the fixture block 24 is mounted on the swing arm 22 through the second vertical rotating shaft 23, so that the fixture block 24 can freely rotate around the second vertical rotating shaft 23, the relative position change is further adapted, the internal space width of the fixture block 24 can be relatively reduced, and the fixture block can be effectively clamped with the inner handle of the vehicle door.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, the transmission assembly 30 includes a first gear set, for example, the first gear set is disposed at the right side of the push rod 2 shown in fig. 4. The right side of the push rod 2 is fixedly connected with a first rack extending along the length direction thereof, the first gear set comprises a driven gear 11 engaged with the first rack and a linkage gear 19 coaxially arranged with the driven gear 11 and capable of rotating therewith, for example, the driven gear 11 and the linkage gear 19 are connected through a transmission shaft or fixedly connected with both. An output gear 20 capable of being externally meshed with the linkage gear 19 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the first vertical rotating shaft 21, the output gear 20 is located right below the push rod 2, and the driven gear 11, the linkage gear 19 and the output gear 20 can be rotatably installed in the rear shell 3.
As shown in fig. 1, to explain in a backward direction of the door inner handle, as can be seen from fig. 2 to 4, the outer sleeve 5 slides backward by the elastic force released by the first spring 6, the push rod 2 slides backward by the outer sleeve 5, the driven gear 11 on the right side is rotated counterclockwise by the first rack on the push rod 2 (looking down on the driven gear), the interlocking gear 19 rotates counterclockwise with the driven gear 11, the interlocking gear 19 rotates the output gear 20 clockwise, and the output gear 20 swings the swing arm 22 backward by the first vertical rotation shaft 21 to pull the door inner handle.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, it is further preferable that the transmission assembly 30 further includes a non-circular connecting shaft 1 and a second gear set having the same structure as the first gear set, the second gear set is disposed at the left side of the push rod 2, and the two gear sets are symmetrically disposed. The non-circular connecting shaft 1 can be an elliptical shaft, a square shaft, a trapezoidal shaft, a triangular shaft and the like, and can transmit torque as long as the non-circular shaft is not used. A second rack is fixedly connected to the left side of the push rod 2, a driven gear 11 of the second gear set is meshed with the second rack, and a linkage gear 19 of the second gear set is also meshed with an output gear 20.
The centers of the driven gears 11 and the linkage gears 19 of the two sets of gear sets are both provided with non-circular holes 18 which can be matched with the non-circular connecting shafts 1 in an inserting manner, for example, the non-circular connecting shafts 1 are square shafts, and the non-circular holes 18 are square holes. The driven gear 11 and the linkage gear 19 of each gear set are respectively rotatably arranged in the rear shell 3 in a single degree of freedom, and the non-circular connecting shaft 1 can be selectively inserted into the non-circular hole 18 of the driven gear 11 and the linkage gear 19 of one gear set through a through hole in the top of the rear shell 3.
With the above technical solution, if the non-circular connecting shaft 1 is inserted into the non-circular holes 19 of the right driven gear 11 and the linkage gear 19, when the push rod 2 slides backwards, only the right linkage gear 19 rotates counterclockwise with the right driven gear 11, so that the swing arm 22 swings backwards to pull the door inner handle backwards, the left driven gear 11 and the left linkage gear 19 slip, and the left linkage gear 19 does not rotate with the left driven gear 11. On the contrary, when the non-circular connecting shaft 1 is inserted into the non-circular holes 19 of the left driven gear 11 and the interlocking gear 19, when the push rod 2 slides backward, only the left interlocking gear 19 rotates clockwise and counterclockwise with the left driven gear 11, so that the swing arm 22 swings forward to open the door inner handle in the forward direction, the right driven gear 11 and the right interlocking gear 19 slide, and the right interlocking gear 19 does not rotate with the right driven gear 11.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the front case 10 and the rear case 3 are respectively provided with engaging lugs 25 for fixedly mounting with a vehicle door 26.
