Description of the embodiments
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The application discloses a device for reinforcing the inner wall of a bowl head hanging plate by laser, which is mainly used for reinforcing an easily worn part in an inner cavity of a bowl head 81 of the bowl head hanging plate 8, as shown in fig. 1-5, because the space of the position is relatively narrow and cannot be reinforced by adopting a normal means, the device comprises a fixing component, a vibrating mirror laser head 7 and a total reflection lens 6, wherein the fixing component is used for fixing the bowl head hanging plate 8, the structure of the bowl head hanging plate 8 is shown in fig. 4, the device comprises the bowl head 81 and a scraping plate part, the bowl head hanging plate 8 is fixed into a vertical posture when in work, the bowl head 81 faces upwards, and the scraping plate part faces downwards. The fixing component comprises a fixing frame 1 and a fixing bolt; the fixing frame 1 comprises a bottom plate 11, a left side plate 12, a right side plate 13 and a rear side plate 14, wherein the left side plate 12, the right side plate 13 and the rear side plate 14 are all fixed on one end face of the bottom plate 11 to form a cavity with a front side and a top opening, the bowl head hanging plate 8 is fixed in the cavity when being reinforced, two fixing grooves 3 for supporting the bottom of the hanging plate of the bowl head hanging plate 8 are formed in the bottom plate 11, pin holes 4 are formed in the left side plate 12 and the right side plate 13, fixing bolts are installed in the pin holes 4, the fixing bolts can penetrate through holes in the bowl head hanging plate 8 and form limit and fixing on the bowl head hanging plate 8, the upper end of the rear side plate 14 is provided with a full-reflecting mirror supporting table 5, an opening is formed in the side wall of the bowl head part 81 of the bowl head hanging plate 8, when being fixed, the opening of the bowl head part 81 is arranged on one side of the full-reflecting mirror supporting table 5, the bowl head hanging plate 8 can be fixed on a fixing assembly, the full-reflecting mirror head 8 can be supported on the full-reflecting mirror table 6 through the full-reflecting mirror table 6, the full-reflecting mirror head can be arranged on the side of the laser head part 81, and the laser beam can be positioned on the full-reflecting table 6 in the full-reflecting table 6 to the full-reflecting mirror head surface of the laser head 81, and the full-reflecting mirror head can be positioned on the full-reflecting mirror head surface of the laser head 81, and the laser head can be positioned on the full-reflecting mirror head surface 6 and the full-reflecting mirror head surface of the laser head surface 6.
The total reflection lens 6 in the application comprises a middle curved lens 61 and two end curved lenses 62 positioned at two ends of the middle curved lens 61, see fig. 3, and the structural design can lead the light rays reflected by the total reflection lens 6 to cover the part needing to be reinforced in the inner cavity of the bowl head 81 in an all-round way, wherein the middle curved lens 61 can reflect laser to the left side and the right side; the inner cavity side walls on the left side and the right side of the bowl head 81 are reinforced, the end curved lens 62 can reflect laser to the outer sides of the end of the bowl head, the inner cavity side walls on the left side and the right side are reinforced, and when the bowl head is used specifically, the laser reflected by the total reflection lens 6 can completely cover the area to be reinforced of the inner cavity of the bowl head 81, so that the effect of complete reinforcement is achieved.
In order to fix the bowl head hanging plate 8 more firmly, the fixing bolt comprises a first pin rod 21 and a second pin rod 22, one end of the first pin rod 21 and one end of the second pin rod 22 are connected together through a connecting plate 23, the pin holes 4 comprise a first pin hole 4 and a second pin hole 4 corresponding to the first pin rod 21 and the second pin rod 22, and therefore through the design of double pin rods, the fixing bolt can penetrate through the through holes and the lightening holes of the hanging plate portion 82 at the same time, multi-point limiting is achieved, and a better limiting effect is achieved, and the bowl head hanging plate is shown in fig. 2.
The scanning speed of the galvanometer laser head adopted in the application is 200-2000 mm/s, the diameter of the emitted laser spot is 200-1000 mu m, and the difference of the reflection angle of the total reflection lens 6 is 30-90 degrees because of the difference of the laser beam irradiation on the total reflection lens position.
The application also discloses a method for laser strengthening of the inner wall of the bowl head hanging plate, which adopts the device for laser strengthening of the inner wall of the bowl head hanging plate and comprises the following steps of;
step one, respectively placing the bottoms of two hanging plates of a hanging plate part of a bowl head hanging plate in a fixed groove for positioning;
step two, the fixing bolt sequentially passes through the pin hole of the left side plate, the through hole on the hanging plate and the pin hole on the right side plate to realize limit support on the bowl head hanging plate;
step three, adjusting the position of the bowl head hanging plate to enable the total reflection mirror supporting table to be positioned at the middle position of the bowl head hanging plate, and placing a total reflection mirror on the total reflection mirror supporting table;
step four, starting a galvanometer laser head above the total reflection lens and emitting laser beams to the total reflection lens, wherein the laser beams are emitted to the inner cavity side wall of the bowl head under the action of the total reflection lens to realize laser strengthening on the inner cavity side wall of the bowl head;
and fifthly, adjusting the position and deflection angle of the reflecting lens in the vibrating mirror laser head to realize the radiation of the total reflecting mirror selected area, thereby realizing the full coverage of the area to be reinforced on the side wall of the inner cavity of the bowl head.
The reflection principle of the total reflection mirror in the present application is shown in fig. 5, wherein 63 is the radiation total reflection mirror region; 64 is a laser reflection trace; 35 is the area to be strengthened of the bowl head hanging plate; after the laser acts on the radiation total reflection mirror area 63, the laser is emitted along the laser reflection track 64 and is reflected to the area 65 to be reinforced of the hardware to strengthen the surface of the hardware.
