(1) Preparation of an elastic protective coating component A: 28.65kg of mixed solvent (dimethylbenzene: butyl acetate: cyclohexanone=4:3:3), 15kg of hydroxy acrylic resin (hydroxyl value: 50mg KOH/g), 10kg of hydroxy polysiloxane liquid rubber (hydroxyl value: 48mg KOH/g), 20kg of hydroxy polybutadiene liquid rubber (hydroxyl value: 60mg KOH/g), 0.2kg of drier, 0.65kg of dispersing agent, 0.5kg of BYK-306 leveling agent and 25kg of filler (titanium dioxide 10kg, zinc oxide 10kg and talcum powder 5 kg) are sequentially added into a stirring barrel under the condition of high-speed stirring (stirring speed: 500 r/min), and after preliminary stirring and pre-dispersing, the mixture is ground and dispersed for 5 times by a sand mill until the fineness of the material is less than 40 mu m, and the mixture is filtered and canned to obtain a coating component A.

Effect of the invention
The products of the elastic protective coating of the examples 1 to 3 are prepared according to the following components A and B1: 1, preparing test samples according to the corresponding test standard requirements, curing at 80 ℃ for 6 hours, and testing main performances.

3. The elastic protective coating for flexible substrates according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the hydroxyl value of the hydroxyl liquid rubber is 25 to 60mg KOH/g.
4. A process for the preparation of an elastomeric protective coating according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
weighing raw materials according to a component A formula, adding a first solvent, hydroxy acrylic resin, hydroxy liquid rubber, a drier, a dispersing agent, a leveling agent and a filler under the condition of high-speed stirring, primarily stirring and pre-dispersing the mixed materials, grinding and dispersing until the fineness of the materials is less than 40 mu m, and filtering to obtain a component A;
weighing raw materials according to the formula of the component B, and mixing in a high-speed stirring manner to obtain the component B;
the elastic protective coating is composed of a component A and a component B.
5. Use of an elastomeric protective coating according to any of claims 1 to 3 for protecting elastomeric and/or deformable substrates.
