Abstract
The invention provides a polycarbonate sheet material with a self-cleaning surface and a preparation method thereof, and the polycarbonate sheet material with the self-cleaning surface comprises a body layer and a functional layer; and a surface self-cleaning material is arranged on the functional layer. According to the invention, the self-cleaning coating is arranged on the plate body, so that the polycarbonate plate has self-cleaning capability, and the application field of the polycarbonate plate is greatly expanded.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of functional polycarbonate sheet manufacturing, in particular to a surface self-cleaning polycarbonate sheet and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The polycarbonate material has good impact resistance, high refractive index and good processability, can reach UL 94V-0 without adding a flame retardant, and is widely applied to various occasions.
In view of the good properties of polycarbonate, various sheets processed from polycarbonate possess good properties: 1. good light transmission; 2. good impact resistance; 3. the weight is light; 4. flexible processability; 5. sound insulation properties, and the like. The composite material can be used as a ceiling, a sound barrier and the like in the industries of buildings, gardens, agriculture, road administration and the like.
Many occasions using polycarbonate plates are exposed all year round, dust is seriously deposited, and a layer like mud is formed after a long time due to accumulation of rainwater. The pollution layer not only influences the transmittance, but also accelerates the aging of the polycarbonate surface layer under the action of ultraviolet rays due to the moisture contained in the accumulated mud layer. Therefore, there is a need for a functional layer that is effective in reducing dust and rain deposition in polycarbonate sheets.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a polycarbonate sheet with a self-cleaning surface, and the technical scheme of the invention is implemented as follows:
a surface self-cleaning polycarbonate sheet comprises a body layer and a functional layer; and a surface self-cleaning material is arranged on the functional layer.
Preferably, the sheet material is a solid sheet.
Preferably, the solid plate has a thickness of 4mm.
Preferably, the plate is a patch panel.
Preferably, the thickness of the plug board is 10mm.
Preferably, the sheet material is a hollow sheet.
Preferably, the hollow plate is 4mm or 8mm thick.
A preparation method of a polycarbonate plate with a self-cleaning surface comprises the following steps,
a. melting polycarbonate raw materials at 260-290 ℃ through an extruder, extruding the molten polycarbonate raw materials into a die for molding;
b. cooling and shaping at 50-100 ℃ by a shaping table;
c. removing impurities on the surface through a clean channel, and eliminating static electricity;
d. coating a self-cleaning material on the functional surface of the plate by using a coating device;
e. annealing and drying treatment is carried out at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ through a hot channel.
By implementing the technical scheme of the invention, the technical problem that the surface of the plate is easy to damage and age due to the fact that rainwater and dust are easy to accumulate on the surface of the plate in the prior art can be solved; by implementing the technical scheme of the invention, the self-cleaning coating is added on the surface of the plate, so that the technical effect of effectively reducing dust and rainwater deposition to influence the service life of the plate can be realized.

Example 1
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a surface self-cleaning polycarbonate sheet material comprises a body layer 1 and a functional layer 2; and a surface self-cleaning material is arranged on the functional layer 2.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
a. melting polycarbonate raw materials at 260-290 ℃ through an extruder, extruding the molten polycarbonate raw materials into a die for molding;
b. cooling and shaping at 50-100 ℃ by a shaping table;
c. removing impurities on the surface through a clean channel, and eliminating static electricity;
d. coating a self-cleaning material on the functional surface 2 of the plate by using a coating device;
e. annealing and drying treatment is carried out at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ through a hot channel.
The surface of the polycarbonate body of the embodiment is coated with a coating (available on the market) with a self-cleaning function, so that the polycarbonate sheet has the self-cleaning capability, and the application field of the polycarbonate sheet is greatly expanded. The following is developed for different sheet applications, but the application of the present invention is not limited to the following.
Application example 1
A 4mm thick self-cleaning solid sheet:
a. melting polycarbonate raw materials at 260-290 ℃ through an extruder, extruding the molten polycarbonate raw materials into a die for molding;
b. cooling and shaping at 50-100 ℃ by a shaping table;
c. removing impurities on the surface through a clean channel, and eliminating static electricity;
d. coating self-cleaning functional paint on the functional surface by using a coating device;
e. annealing and drying treatment is carried out at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ through a hot channel. A self-cleaning solid plate of 4mm thickness was obtained.
Application example 2
A 4mm thick self-cleaning hollow board:
a. melting polycarbonate raw materials at 260-290 ℃ through an extruder, extruding the molten polycarbonate raw materials into a die for molding;
b. cooling and shaping at 50-100 ℃ by a shaping table;
c. removing impurities on the surface through a clean channel, and eliminating static electricity;
d. coating a self-cleaning functional coating on the functional surface by using a coating device;
e. annealing and drying treatment is carried out at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ through a hot channel. A self-cleaning hollow plate with a thickness of 4mm was obtained.
Application example 3
An 8mm thick self-cleaning hollow sheet:
a. melting polycarbonate raw materials through an extruder at 260-290 ℃, extruding and entering a die for molding;
b. cooling and shaping at 50-100 ℃ by a shaping table;
c. removing impurities on the surface through a clean channel, and eliminating static electricity;
d. coating self-cleaning functional paint on the functional surface by using a coating device;
e. annealing and drying treatment is carried out at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ through a hot channel. Obtaining the self-cleaning hollow plate with the thickness of 8mm.
Application example 4
A10 mm thick self-cleaning plugboard:
a. melting polycarbonate raw materials through an extruder at 260-290 ℃, extruding and entering a die for molding;
b. cooling and shaping at 50-100 ℃ by a shaping table;
c. removing impurities on the surface through a clean channel, and eliminating static electricity;
d. coating self-cleaning functional paint on the functional surface by using a coating device;
e. annealing and drying treatment is carried out at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ through a hot channel. Obtaining the self-cleaning plugboard with the thickness of 10mm.
The polycarbonate sheet material has the self-cleaning function, solves the problems of the polycarbonate sheet material in use, has simple process and simple and convenient operation, and enlarges the application range of the polycarbonate sheet material.

2. A surface self-cleaning polycarbonate sheet material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sheet material is a solid sheet of 4mm thickness.
3. The self-cleaning surface polycarbonate sheet material of claim 2, wherein the solid sheet has a thickness of 4mm.
4. The self-cleaning surface polycarbonate sheet material of claim 1, wherein the sheet material is a pinboard.
5. The polycarbonate sheet material of claim 4, wherein the thickness of the insert sheet is 10mm.
6. The surface self-cleaning polycarbonate sheet material of claim 1, wherein the sheet material is a hollow sheet.
7. A surface self-cleaning polycarbonate sheet material as claimed in claim 6, wherein the hollow sheet is 4mm or 8mm thick.
8. A method for preparing a polycarbonate sheet with a self-cleaning surface, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of preparing the polycarbonate sheet with the self-cleaning surface as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6,
a. melting polycarbonate raw materials at 260-290 ℃ through an extruder, extruding the molten polycarbonate raw materials into a die for molding;
b. cooling and shaping at 50-100 ℃ by a shaping table;
c. removing impurities on the surface through a clean channel, and eliminating static electricity;
d. coating a self-cleaning material on the functional surface of the plate by using a coating device;
e. annealing and drying treatment is carried out at the temperature of 110-150 ℃ through a hot channel.
