Description

Self-cleaning brick with purification function and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a self-cleaning brick with a purifying function, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The conventional concrete self-cleaning brick technology is beneficial to protecting surface runoff water and soil from loss, but is unfavorable for energy communication between water in a farmland ditch and a slope protection, and the corresponding water quality purification effect cannot be carried out through the slope protection, so that the self-cleaning capability of the water is reduced; in addition, the cement mixing ratio is usually not lower than 20% in the preparation of traditional building materials such as concrete self-cleaning bricks, and cement production is a process with high energy consumption and high carbon emission, which has a great influence on the environment, so that the fumbling attempt on cement substitute materials is urgent.
The ecological channel purification technology used for farmland standardized construction is a pollutant in-situ interception technology, and is mainly divided into two types, namely ecological grading interception and control. However, the distribution route is long and dispersed, so that maintenance is difficult, and sometimes pollutants are released into the water again after the plants are putrefactive due to untimely maintenance, so that secondary pollution is caused. Another method is to arrange a concentrated ecological purifying pool in the farmland drainage ditch, and the maintenance is simple and convenient and is easy to implement. However, in practice, it has been found that the volume of the purification tank directly determines the purification effect, and it is not suitable to occupy a large amount of cultivated land to construct a large-capacity purification tank.
In the agricultural production process, the nitrogen and phosphorus content of the farmland tail water is high due to the large application amount of the nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer. And pollutants such as nitrogen, phosphorus and the like bring eutrophication hidden trouble to the subsequent receiving water body through farmland irrigation and erosion of rainfall runoff. The sewage treatment technology with limited running cost budget, flexible arrangement, convenient maintenance and the like for agricultural wastewater treatment is a great bottleneck. Therefore, the prior art has the defect that the eutrophication hidden trouble is brought to the subsequent receiving water body in the running process.
In view of this, the present invention has been made.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-cleaning brick with a purifying function, and a preparation method and application thereof.
In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the following technical solutions are specifically adopted:
the invention provides a self-cleaning brick with a purifying function, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10 to 20 parts of cementing material, 60 to 80 parts of slag, 0.15 to 0.25 part of special binder for alkaline permeable concrete, 0.15 to 0.25 part of alkali excitant, 0.15 to 0.25 part of fly ash, 10 to 20 parts of zeolite powder, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of reinforcing agent, 50 to 70 parts of aluminum sludge, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of purifying agent and 10 to 20 parts of water.
In the present invention, the aluminium sludge from waterworks is both a pollutant and a resource. The aluminum sludge contains amorphous aluminum compounds and has a developed micropore structure and a larger specific surface area, so that the aluminum sludge has a larger adsorption rate, more adsorption sites and strong affinity adsorption capacity for phosphorus and other anions in water.
Slag is waste residue discharged from household garbage incineration treatment, power plants and the like, has a developed microporous structure and has high porosity; the larger specific surface area can provide good space for the growth of microorganisms; the surface of the catalyst is rich in a plurality of functional groups, so that the catalyst has high adsorption rate, more adsorption points and strong affinity adsorption capacity, the adsorption capacity reaches 107.53mg/g, and heavy metals and organic pollutants can be effectively adsorbed. The slag contains a large amount of aluminosilicate, has remarkable advantages in the aspect of dephosphorization, mainly adopts two methods of chemical conversion and physical adsorption, has smaller particle size and better dephosphorization effect, and on one hand, the adsorption active center of inorganic mineral substances in particles is increased and the surface adsorption effect on phosphorus is enhanced because the slag with small particle size has larger specific surface area; on the other hand, the slag with small grain size contains more heavy metals, and leaching is increased, and the heavy metals can react with phosphate in the wastewater to generate precipitation, so that phosphorus element in the wastewater is removed.
According to the self-cleaning brick, a neutral hydration environment is created by the cooperation of slag, aluminum sludge, cementing material and fly ash in raw materials for preparing the self-cleaning brick, gel substances such as hydrated calcium silicate and the like are generated, and a structure with higher porosity is further formed. When water is evaporated by hydration and other reasons, voids remain in the internal cement hydrate, i.e. voids are the spaces left after evaporation of the water present between the cement hydration particles. The part belongs to capillary holes, is in a net shape with distributed communication, can generate capillary action, and has the pore diameter ranging from 16 nm to 2.5 nm; the other part is to generate about 50% of C-S-H, which is known as gel, through chemical and physical action with water. The electron microscope can not distinguish the large number of micro-pores, the aperture is about 2.5-0.5 nm, even less than 0.5nm, and 1/4 of the volume of the C-S-H is the pore. And C-S-H is a determining factor for determining the property of concrete (cement stone), and the porosity is calculated by a formula of T.C.powers.
The self-cleaning brick is prepared from the waste aluminum sludge, slag and fly ash, realizes the utilization of waste resources, simultaneously utilizes slag with high specific surface area and high film forming property, contains carbon source and strong adsorption property, and aluminum sludge with high specific surface area and strong adsorption property on phosphorus as main materials, can provide good space for the growth of microorganisms, and can effectively adsorb phosphorus, heavy metals and organic pollutants. The self-cleaning brick achieves the effect of purifying water quality through microorganisms planted on the surface and super-strong adsorption performance on the premise of no power and convenient management and maintenance, and particularly achieves the removal rate of 16.6% of total nitrogen and 25.3% of total phosphorus, so that the water quality of a water outlet achieves the standard of five water classes, and the problem of secondary pollution of a river channel is solved.
