Abstract
The invention provides a dry powder mortar additive containing industrial protein powder and dry powder mortar, belonging to the technical field of dry powder mortar additives. The dry powder mortar admixture comprises 5-10% of air entraining agent, 0-3% of thixotropic agent, 2-6% of thickening agent, 6-14% of water-retaining agent, 10-20% of modified industrial protein powder, 5-16% of retarder and the balance filler. According to the invention, the modified industrial protein powder is introduced into the common dry-mixed mortar admixture, and is mixed with a small amount of water-retaining agent according to a certain proportion to prepare the dry-mixed mortar admixture, so that the requirement of the dry-mixed mortar on water retention can be met, the addition of the air-entraining agent in the dry-mixed mortar admixture can be reduced, the production cost can be reduced, the state of the dry-mixed mortar can be improved, and the wrapping property and softness of the dry-mixed mortar can be improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of dry powder mortar additives, and particularly relates to a dry powder mortar additive containing industrial protein powder and dry powder mortar.
Background
Existing dry mortar admixtures generally comprise: air entraining agent, thixotropic agent, tackifier, water-retaining agent, retarder and filler. The addition amount of the premixed dry powder mortar is 0.5 thousandth of the total mass of the mortar when the premixed dry powder mortar is produced. The air entraining agent is one or a mixture of AOS and K12, and accounts for about 10% of the dry powder mortar admixture by mass; the thixotropic agent is one of starch ether and modified magnesium aluminum silicate compound, and accounts for about 2% of the dry powder mortar additive by mass; the thickening agent is polyvinyl alcohol and accounts for about 5 percent of the mass ratio of the dry powder mortar additive; the water retention agent is 20W cellulose ether with viscosity, and accounts for about 20 percent of the mass ratio of the dry powder mortar admixture; the retarder is one of sodium gluconate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium citrate, and accounts for 12% of the mass of the dry powder mortar additive; the rest is filler, and the filler is one of coarse whiting powder and fly ash. The dry powder mortar admixture is produced by proportioning according to the weight proportion, the materials are put into a stirrer according to the principle of firstly lightening and then weighting, the materials are stirred for about 30MIN and then are uniformly stirred and then discharged.
However, the dry premixed mortar prepared by the existing production method of the dry mortar admixture has the defects of high cost, low mortar water retention rate and difficulty in reaching national standards in some regions, and the main reasons for the problems are that machine-made sand is used in production of the premixed dry mortar, and some weathered mountain sand or washed sand is used in shortage of the machine-made sand in some dry mortar stations, so that the gradation of sand is unreasonable, and meanwhile, the problems that the water retention rate of the produced premixed dry mortar is low and the mortar state is poor due to ammonia smell contained in the sand or excessively high MB value and the like are caused.

In view of this, the invention provides the dry powder mortar admixture containing the industrial protein powder and the dry powder mortar, and the dry powder mortar admixture containing the industrial protein powder provided by the invention not only can meet the requirement of the dry powder mortar on water retention, but also can reduce the addition amount of the air-entraining agent in the dry powder mortar admixture, reduce the production cost and improve the state of the dry powder mortar.
The invention aims to provide a dry powder mortar admixture containing industrial protein powder, which comprises, by mass, 5-10% of an air-entraining agent, 0-3% of a thixotropic agent, 2-6% of a thickening agent, 6-14% of a water-retaining agent, 10-20% of modified industrial protein powder, 5-16% of a retarder and the balance of a filler.
The modified industrial protein powder has a certain foaming effect and can provide viscosity, so that the viscosity of the dry powder mortar is increased while the foaming and foam stabilizing effects are achieved in the dry powder mortar, and the water retention capacity of the mortar is improved.
Preferably, the air entraining agent is at least one of an AOS air entraining agent, a K12 air entraining agent and a lignosulfonate air entraining agent.
Preferably, the thixotropic agent is at least one of starch ether and modified magnesium aluminum silicate compound.
Preferably, the thickener is at least one of polyvinyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate and pregelatinized starch.
Preferably, the water-retaining agent is at least one of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and guar gum.
Preferably, the modified industrial protein powder is white or light yellow powder obtained by using animal bones or leather as a raw material, hydrolyzing the raw material by acid and alkali, and then adopting a high-temperature powder spraying and drying process different from the traditional extrusion granulation and drying process.
Preferably, the retarder is at least one of sodium gluconate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium citrate.
Preferably, the filler is at least one of heavy calcium powder and fly ash, and the particle size of the filler is 80-200 meshes.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide dry-mixed mortar, which comprises the dry-mixed mortar additive, wherein the amount of the dry-mixed mortar additive is 0.5-1.2 per mill based on the total weight of the base material of the dry-mixed mortar.

The water retention performance of the premixed dry-mixed mortar produced by the dry-mixed mortar additive can meet the national standard requirement, and the requirement can be met by increasing the mixing amount of the additive when higher water retention rate is required. The dry powder mortar admixture containing the industrial protein powder has lower requirements on used sand materials and has positive influence on dry powder mortar stations which are difficult to purchase machine-made sand with reasonable gradation.

The dry powder mortar admixtures provided in examples 1-3 and comparative example 1 were mixed with the other components of the dry powder mortar, respectively, cement p.042.5:110KG, machine-made sand (fineness modulus 2.61): 1428KG, fine sand (fineness modulus 0.8): 352KG, and dry powder mortar admixture 1KG (the total mass of the dry powder mortar is zero five per thousand).

3. The dry powder mortar admixture containing industrial protein powder of claim 1, wherein the thixotropic agent is at least one of starch ether and modified magnesium aluminum silicate compound.
4. The dry powder mortar admixture containing industrial protein powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickener is at least one of polyvinyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate and pregelatinized starch.
5. The dry powder mortar admixture containing industrial protein powder according to claim 1, wherein the water retention agent is at least one of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and guar gum.
6. The dry powder mortar admixture containing industrial protein powder of claim 1, wherein the modified industrial protein powder is white or light yellow powder obtained by using animal bones or leather as raw materials, hydrolyzing with acid and alkali, and drying by high temperature powder spraying.
7. The dry powder mortar admixture containing industrial protein powder according to claim 1, wherein the retarder is at least one of sodium gluconate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium citrate.
8. The dry powder mortar admixture containing industrial protein powder according to claim 1, wherein the filler is at least one of heavy calcium powder and fly ash, and the particle size of the filler is 80-200 meshes.
9. A dry mortar comprising the dry mortar admixture according to any one of claims 1 to 8 in an amount of 0.5 to 1.2% by weight based on the total weight of the base material of the dry mortar.
