when the device is used, the air pump 74 and the heating wire 75 are started through the switch 10, the air pump 74 pumps air in the soft cylinder 61 through the heat insulation pipe 73, and the air sucked by the air guide hole 63 is supplemented, the air contacts with the heating wire 75 in the flowing process of the heat insulation pipe 73, heats the air in the heat insulation pipe 73, the heated air is injected into the air storage groove 71 through the air pump 74, the air pressure in the air storage groove 71 is increased, the heated air flows out of the air storage groove 71 through the air exhaust hole 72 and is blown onto the bottom film of the tag 8, the tag 8 is heated, and the viscosity between the tag 8 and the bottom film of the tag 8 is reduced
Then the motor 56 is started by the switch 10, so that the output shaft of the motor 56 rotates by a specific angle, the motor 56 drives the round rod 53 and the fixed cylinder 54 to rotate, meanwhile, the soft cylinder 61 is driven to rotate together by the belt 68, the rotating fixed cylinder 54 winds the bottom film of the label 8, the winding cylinder 44 is pulled to rotate by the bottom film of the label 8, the wound part of the label 8 is unfolded, the label 8 slides along the bottom side of the stripping block 1 and the inclined plane of the stripping block 1, when the label 8 slides to the inclined plane of the stripping block 1 from the bottom side of the stripping block 1, the bottom film of the label 8 is separated from the label of the label 8 due to the overlarge rotation angle of the bottom film of the label 8, the label 8 moves towards the soft cylinder 61 along with the winding of the bottom film, and when the label moves to the lower part of the soft cylinder 61, the label is blocked by the air vent 63 on the outer peripheral wall of the soft tube 61, the label is adsorbed on the surface of the soft tube 61 by the negative pressure in the fixed tube 54, at this time, the peeling block 1 is matched with the glass of the label to be pulled by the corresponding label when the soft tube 61 rotates so as to completely separate the label from the bottom film, when the label is completely separated from the bottom film, the motor 56 stops rotating and the label is attached to the outer peripheral wall of the soft tube 61 in an arc shape, meanwhile, the label is positioned at the front side of the device, the device is moved by the holding rod 9 so as to align the label with the cylindrical article, the soft tube 61 is pushed towards the bottle direction, firstly the middle part of the label is adhered on the cylindrical article, and along with the deformation of the soft tube 61, the middle part of the label is sequentially adhered on the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical article at the two ends of the label, and most of air between the label and the cylindrical article is discharged, repeating the above operation can quickly adhere the label to the peripheral wall of the cylindrical article;
when the labels on the label strip 8 are all separated from the bottom film, the second elastic plate 51 is shifted to enable the two ends of the round rod 53 to slide out in the two positioning holes 52, and then the fixing cylinder 54 is detached from the device, at this time, the bottom film of the labels can be cleaned conveniently, after the bottom film is cleaned, the fixing cylinder 54 is plugged between the two elastic plates, the two ends of the round rod 53 are inserted into the two positioning holes 52 along the cambered surface of the round rod 53, meanwhile, the six-edge block 57 is inserted into the six-edge groove 55, the power connection between the motor 56 and the round rod 53 is completed through the clamping between the six-edge rod and the inner wall of the six-edge groove 55, the installation of the fixing cylinder 54 is completed, and the labels can be adhered on the peripheral wall of the cylindrical articles quickly by repeating the above operation according to the loading operation of the completed label strip 8.
