The following describes a vehicle lamp control method according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for controlling a vehicle lamp provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps 301 to 305.
301. The driving data and the environment data of the vehicle are acquired.
The vehicle is provided with a target sensor for collecting driving data and a first vision sensor for shooting an image outside a cabin of the vehicle. The environmental data may be used to indicate, among other things, the environment in which the vehicle is currently located. The environment data is obtained by processing the image captured by the first vision sensor by the vehicle.
302. The current function of the projection type vehicle lamp of the vehicle is determined according to the driving data and the environment data.
The vehicle is also provided with a projection type lamp, and the projection type lamp is detachably connected with the outside of a cabin of the vehicle. The detachable connection means: the connection structure between the projection type vehicle lamp and the vehicle is a detachable connection structure, and the projection type vehicle lamp can be attracted on the vehicle by magnetic force generated by the vehicle. When the projection type vehicle lamp needs to be detached, firstly, the vehicle needs to eliminate the magnetic force.
The functions of the projection vehicle light may include: the lighting indicator lamp has a normal function, a projection function and a detachable function, but is not limited to the functions.
In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle can determine the current function of the projection type vehicle lamp of the vehicle in the following two ways. As described in detail below.
In one possible implementation, the vehicle may process the driving data and the environmental data using a pre-stored function recognition model to determine the current state of the vehicle. And then, the vehicle determines the current function corresponding to the current state according to the mapping relation between the pre-stored vehicle state and the vehicle lamp function.
Wherein, the mapping relation between the vehicle state and the lamp function comprises: when the current state of the vehicle is a parking state, the current function of the projection type vehicle lamp may include a target function; when the current state of the vehicle is a driving state, the current function of the projection type lamp may include a conventional function that the lamp has such as an illumination indication.
In another possible implementation manner, after the vehicle acquires the driving data and the environment data, a function determination request may be generated and sent to the server, where the function determination request includes the driving data and the environment data. Then, the vehicle receives the function identification sent by the server, and the current function of the projection type vehicle lamp of the vehicle is determined according to the function identification.
Alternatively, the travel data may include the vehicle speed and gear of the vehicle. The current state may be a driving state or a parking state. Then, the vehicle or the server may include the following when determining the current state of the vehicle from the traveling data and the environment data:
(1) And if the vehicle speed is greater than 0, directly determining that the current state is the driving state. (2) If the vehicle speed is equal to 0 and the gear is a driving gear (Drive, D), the current state is determined to be a driving state. (3) If the vehicle speed is equal to 0, the gear is a Parking gear (P), and the environment data indicates that the current environment is a driving environment, it is determined that the current state is a driving state. (4) And if the vehicle speed is equal to 0, the gear is a parking gear, and the environment data indicates that the environment where the vehicle is located is a parking environment, determining that the current state is a parking state.
The driving environment refers to an environment in which the vehicle is on a traveling road, waiting for a traffic light, a zebra crossing, or in a parking space where a short stay is permitted. The parking environment refers to a vehicle being in a parking space that allows a long stay. For example, the parking environment may include parking spaces of a parking lot.
303. The first image is acquired if the current function includes a target function, the target function including a detachable function or a projection function.
A second vision sensor for capturing an image of the interior of the cabin of the vehicle is also mounted on the vehicle. If the current function includes a target function, the vehicle acquires a first image including at least one first object through the second vision sensor.
304. If the first image includes the first human object, it is determined whether the pre-stored identity information includes identity information of the first human object.
305. And if the pre-stored identity information set contains the identity information of the first person object, activating the authority of the target function.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to ensure the property rights and the like of the owner, the vehicle can activate the rights of the target function only when the owner requests the rights of the target function.
It should be noted that the owner of the vehicle herein refers to a general owner, and does not refer to a specific user, and the owner of the vehicle may be any user in the set of identity information pre-stored in the vehicle or the server. When the projection type vehicle lamp needs to be detached, firstly, the vehicle needs to eliminate the magnetic force, namely, the permission of the detachable function is activated.
Specifically, the vehicle may determine the authority to activate the target function in the following two ways. As described in detail below.
In a possible implementation manner, the vehicle may process the first image by using a pre-stored image processing model to obtain at least one first object in the first image, determine a category of each first object, determine that the first person object is included in the first image when it is determined that the person object is included in the at least one first object, and determine identity information of the first person object. Then, the vehicle compares the identity information of the first person object with each identity information in the pre-stored identity information set, and determines whether the pre-stored identity information set contains the identity information of the first person object. And if the vehicle determines that the pre-stored identity information set contains the identity information of the first person object, activating the authority of the target function.
In another possible implementation manner, after the vehicle acquires the first image, a first activation request may be generated, and the first activation request is sent to the server, where the first activation request includes the first image. Then, the vehicle receives the first activation information transmitted by the server, and if the first activation information indicates the authority to allow the activation of the target function, the vehicle activates the authority of the target function.
By adopting the vehicle lamp control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current function of the projection type vehicle lamp can be reasonably selected according to the driving data and the environmental data of the vehicle. When the current function is determined to comprise the target function, the target function comprises a detachable function or a projection function, and if the target function is activated, identity authentication is required, and only when the pre-stored identity information set contains the acquired identity information of the first person object in the first image, namely the identity authentication is passed, the authority of the target function is activated, namely the projection type vehicle lamp can be projected or detached. Therefore, the authority of activating the target function by users except the owner of the vehicle can be prevented, and the projection type vehicle lamp is used for projection or detached. Therefore, the vehicle lamp control method provided by the invention not only can reasonably select the current function of the projection vehicle lamp according to the driving data and the environmental data of the vehicle, but also can ensure the legal rights and interests of the vehicle owner.
Specifically, during the driving process of the vehicle, if the current function of the vehicle is the detachable function, that is, it indicates that the projection type lamp has the detachable function, if the vehicle owner activates the detachable function of the projection type lamp by accident, the magnetic force generated by the vehicle disappears, and the projection type lamp may fall off from the vehicle and be damaged during the driving process of the vehicle, which may cause property loss to the vehicle owner. In the process of driving of the vehicle, if the current function is a projection function and the projection function is activated, the projection content can be projected on a projection carrier outside the vehicle, so that the normal driving of other vehicles can be influenced, or the privacy of a vehicle owner can be revealed. In other words, in order to ensure driving safety and the associated rights and interests of the vehicle owner, the vehicle lamp control method in the embodiment of the invention firstly determines the current function of the projection type vehicle lamp reasonably according to the current state of the vehicle. In order to prevent a user other than the owner from activating the authority of the target function, the projection type vehicle lamp is used for projection, or the projection type vehicle lamp is removed, that is, the related rights and interests of the owner are further ensured. At this time, the projection type vehicle lamp can be projected or detached.
Optionally, if it is determined that the current function includes an illumination indication function, the right to the illumination indication function is activated. That is, if the current function of the projection type vehicular lamp includes the illumination indication function, the authority of the illumination indication function can be directly activated without performing authentication.
Referring to fig. 3, as shown in fig. 4, the method for controlling a vehicle lamp according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include steps 401 to 404.
401. And receiving the second image sent by the terminal equipment.
The second image includes a second person object, which is an object of a right allowing activation of the target function. That is, the user corresponding to the second person object is temporarily authorized by the owner of the vehicle to allow the right to activate the target function. The second image may be a single person photograph or a group photograph containing the second person object.
402. And if the identity information of the first person object is not contained in the identity information set, sending confirmation information to the terminal equipment.
The confirmation information is used to confirm whether or not the right to activate the target function is permitted. If the user who wants to activate the authority of the target function is not the owner of the vehicle, the vehicle transmits confirmation information for confirming whether the authority of the target function is allowed to be activated or not to the terminal device.
It should be noted that, step 401 and step 402 are not in sequence, and step 401 is shown as a previous example in fig. 4.
403. And receiving feedback information sent by the terminal equipment.
And when the terminal equipment receives the confirmation information, responding to the selection operation of the user on the confirmation information, generating feedback information and sending the feedback information to the vehicle.
404. And determining whether to activate the authority of the target function according to the first character object, the second character object and the feedback information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle can determine whether to activate the authority of the target function according to the first person object, the second person object and the feedback information in the following two ways. As described in detail below.
In one possible implementation, the vehicle may determine whether the first person object is included in the second person object based on the identity information of the first person object and the identity information of the second person object. And if the first person object is included in the second person object and the feedback information is used for indicating the permission of activating the target function, activating the permission of the target function. If the first character object is not included in the second character object or the feedback information indicates that the right to activate the target function is prohibited, the right to activate the target function is prohibited.
In another possible implementation, the vehicle generates a second activation request, and sends the second activation request to the server, where the second activation request includes the second image and the feedback information. Then, the vehicle receives the second activation information transmitted by the server. The vehicle activates the authority of the target function if the second activation information indicates the authority to permit activation of the target function, and prohibits the authority of the target function if the second activation information indicates the authority to prohibit activation of the target function.
It should be noted that, after receiving the first activation request, the server stores the first image in the first activation request. Therefore, the second activation information is also generated by the server in the case where it is determined whether the first character object is included in the second character objects and the feedback information indicates the authority to allow the target function to be activated. Identity information of the second person object may also be derived from the second image.
Optionally, in order to ensure the security of the temporary authorization of the owner, a third person object is further included in the second image. That is, the second image is a co-photograph of the second person object and the third person object. In the embodiment of the present invention, the following two ways may be adopted to determine whether to activate the authority of the target function according to the first person object, the second person object, and the feedback information.
In a possible implementation manner, first, the vehicle needs to determine whether the pre-stored identity set includes a third person object, that is, whether the second image is a photo of a user whose owner corresponds to the second person object. When the identity information of the third person object is determined to be contained in the identity information set, the first image information of the second person object and the second image information of the third person object are determined according to the second image. Then, the vehicle determines that the second image is not a composite image based on the first image information and the second image information, and determines whether to activate the authority of the target function based on the first person object, the second person object, and the feedback information.
In another possible implementation, the vehicle generates a confirmation activation request, sends the confirmation activation request to the server, and the confirmation activation request includes the second image. Then, the vehicle receives the second activation information transmitted by the server.
And image identification is adopted, and confirmation information is sent for double verification, so that the safety of the verification process is effectively ensured, and the related rights and interests of the car owners are further ensured.
Referring to fig. 4, as shown in fig. 5, step 301 may include the following steps 501 and 502.
501. And activating the use authority of the projection type vehicle lamp.
The process of activating the usage right of the projection type vehicle lamp also needs to perform identity authentication, only the vehicle owner or a user temporarily authorized by the vehicle owner can activate the usage right of the projection type vehicle lamp, the specific process of the identity authentication is the same as the process of activating the right of the target function of the projection type vehicle lamp, and the embodiment of the invention is not repeated herein.
502. The driving data and the environment data of the vehicle are acquired.
In summary, according to the car light control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the projection car light can be used only when the identity authentication is passed, and the current function of the projection car light needs to be reasonably selected according to the current state of the vehicle. If the current function comprises a projection function and a detachable function, the corresponding function is activated, and authentication needs to be performed again, or the authentication and the feedback authentication of the owner (namely, the owner sends feedback information through the terminal equipment). Based on the above, the vehicle lamp control method provided by the embodiment of the invention can reasonably select and activate different functions of the projection vehicle lamp, thereby ensuring driving safety and the rights and interests of vehicle owners.
