s3, after grooving is finished, transferring the groove to a grinding machine for grinding, wherein the grinding is divided into coarse grinding, fine grinding and groove grinding, the coarse grinding rotating speed is 10000-14000 rpm, the fine grinding rotating speed is 12000-16000 rpm, and the groove grinding rotating speed is 14000-16000 rpm;
s4, the working feeding speed is 8000-12000 mm/min;
s5, cutting the board according to the size specification;
s6, drying and dehumidifying the closed space at the temperature of 25-35 ℃ for 10-12h;
and S7, inspecting and packaging.

the sliding part (7) comprises a moving plate (71), a fourth hydraulic cylinder (74) is arranged on the moving plate (71), an output shaft of the fourth hydraulic cylinder (74) penetrates through the moving plate (71) to be fixedly connected with a second supporting frame (75), a fourth motor (76) is arranged on the second supporting frame (75), and a fifth polishing part (77) is arranged below the fourth motor (76).
