A primary grinding device for two ends of a bearing rolling body is characterized by comprising a grinding mechanism for synchronously grinding two ends of the rolling body, a feeding mechanism for conveying the rolling body to the grinding mechanism and a water circulation mechanism for recycling waste water;
the grinding mechanism comprises a first support frame (1), a rotary table (2) which is arranged on the first support frame (1) and rotates on the first support frame (1), and grinding discs (4) which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rotary table (2) and are respectively used for grinding two ends of a rolling element, wherein a plurality of through holes (3) are uniformly formed in the rotary table (2) along the circumferential direction, a material tray (6) is arranged on the first support frame (1), and a pipeline (5) used for outputting the ground rolling element into the material tray (6) is further arranged on the first support frame (1);
the feeding mechanism comprises a working platform (12), a material box (13) fixed on the working platform (12) and a conveying mechanism arranged at the bottom of the material box (13) and used for arranging and outputting rolling elements, a second supporting frame (14) is arranged on the working platform (12), the conveying mechanism comprises conveying rollers (15) rotatably mounted on the second supporting frame (14), the conveying rollers (15) are arranged side by side from left to right, the conveying rollers (15) incline downwards from back to front, a shifting mechanism used for shifting the rolling elements at a blanking port of the material box (13) is further arranged on the second supporting frame (14), the action of the shifting mechanism is linked with the rotation of the conveying rollers (15) through a connecting mechanism, a hose (16) is arranged between the two conveying rollers (15) at the left end of the second supporting frame (14), and the front end of the hose (16) is matched with a through hole (3) in the rotary table (2);
the water circulation mechanism comprises a settling tank (30) and a clean water tank (31), a collecting tank (32) is arranged at the bottom of the first support frame (1), the position of the collecting tank (32) corresponds to the position of the polishing disc (4), the collecting tank (32) is communicated with the settling tank (30) through a bent pipe (33), a water drainage tank (35) communicated with the water tank (31) is arranged at the upper end of the settling tank (30), a water pump (34) is arranged at the upper end of the clean water tank (31), and the clean water in the clean water tank (31) is pumped to the polishing disc (4) through a cleaning pipeline (36) by the water pump (34).
2. The primary grinding device for two ends of the rolling body of the bearing according to claim 1, wherein the first support frame (1) is provided with a first motor (7) for driving the turntable (2) to rotate;
and a second motor (8) for driving the polishing disc (4) to rotate is arranged on the first support frame (1).
3. The primary grinding device for two ends of the rolling body of the bearing according to claim 1, wherein the first support frame (1) is further provided with a pushing mechanism for pushing the ground rolling body out of the through hole (3).

The initial grinding device for two ends of the bearing rolling body according to claim 4, wherein the ejecting mechanism comprises a supporting rod (9) and a rotating head (10) which is arranged at the upper end of the supporting rod (9) and is rotatably connected with the supporting rod (9), one side of the rotating head (10) close to the turntable (2) is an arc-shaped surface, one end of the upper end of the rotating head (10) close to the turntable (2) is provided with a roller, and a tension spring (11) is arranged between the arc-shaped surface and the supporting rod (9).

The primary grinding device for two ends of the bearing rolling element according to claim 5, wherein the connecting mechanism comprises a rotating shaft (22) rotatably installed on the second support frame (14) and a third motor (23) installed on the second support frame (14), one end of the inner side of the rotating shaft (22) is provided with a first bevel gear (24), the rear end of the rotating shaft of the first conveying roller (2) on the right side is provided with a second bevel gear (25), the first bevel gear (24) is meshed with the second bevel gear (25), one end of the outer side of the rotating shaft (22) is provided with a first belt pulley (26), one end of the right side of the rotating shaft of the poking wheel (19) is provided with a second belt pulley (27), an output shaft of the third motor (23) is provided with a third belt pulley (28), the first belt pulley (26), the second belt pulley (27) and the third belt pulley (28) are connected through a belt (29), and the front ends of the rotating shaft of the conveying roller (15) are provided with gears (17) which are meshed with each other.
8. The primary grinding device for two ends of a bearing rolling element as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the upper end of the cleaning pipe (36) is provided with a plurality of spray heads (37).
