While the first gear set 201a drives the second gear set 302 to operate, the first gear set 201a drives the adjusting gear 201b to rotate along with the second gear set, the adjusting gear 201b drives the toothed ball 201b-1 to rotate along with the toothed ball 201b-1, so that the toothed ball 201b-1 is meshed with the clamping groove 201c-1, the circulating block 201c is driven to reciprocate in the horizontal direction (as shown in fig. 3), then the flat gear 401 is driven to synchronously reciprocate in the horizontal direction (as shown in fig. 3), meanwhile, the circulating gear 402 is driven to circularly rotate, the moving rod 403 is driven to reciprocate, then the rotating rod 404 and the supporting rod 405 are driven to synchronously move, then the sliding ring 406 is pulled to slide along the outer wall of the electric heating pipe 301c, the electric heating pipe 301c and the V-shaped piece 301d are controlled to expand or contract, and the synchronous operation of the rotating mechanism 300 is combined.
Further, when the temperature sensor 501c senses that the milk temperature reaches 75-90 ℃, temperature information is fed back to the control center 600 through an electric signal, the control center 600 controls the electric heating tube 301c through the electric signal to keep the inside of the sterilizing chamber 501 at a constant temperature, and primary sterilization is performed, so that pathogenic bacteria and most of non-pathogenic bacteria can be eliminated.
When the milk reaches the set temperature and then keeps constant temperature for 15s, the electromagnetic valve 501e is controlled by the control center 600 to be opened, the milk enters the flow pipeline 502a in the sterilization bin 502 through the channel 501d by the sterilization bin 501, the information that the milk enters the flow pipeline 502a is transmitted to the control center 600 through an electric signal by the pressure sensor 502c in the flow pipeline 502a, and the control center 600 controls the ultraviolet lamp plates 502d on the two sides of the flow pipeline 502a to start irradiation through the electric signal, so that the milk in the flow pipeline 502a is subjected to more comprehensive sterilization operation.
