In the invention, because the antenna hole for the electromagnetic wave to enter and exit is arranged outside the circuit board for designing the antenna installation, experiments prove that the shielding effect of the metal shell on the electromagnetic wave can be overcome, the design of the mobile terminal does not need to consider that the antenna is electromagnetically shielded, and the design of the mobile terminal is more free.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metal shell mobile terminals.
Background
The mobile terminal or called mobile communication terminal refers to a computer device which can be used in mobile, and broadly includes a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet computer, a POS machine, and even a vehicle-mounted computer. But most of the cases refer to mobile phones or smart phones and tablet computers with multiple application functions.
At present, a plurality of antennas are available in the mobile terminal, especially in the 5G mobile terminal, and the number of the antennas is large. At present, antennas installed in mobile terminals mainly include strip antennas, FPC planar antennas, ceramic antennas, LDS antennas, etc., and ceramic antennas are widely used in mobile terminals due to their small size (external dimension: 78mm × 78mm × 5 mm), light weight (200 g), moderate gain (2.5 dBi), and moderate operating distance (up to 2 m).
Because the metal shell has good plasticity and strong strength, the metal shell becomes the standard matching of a plurality of mobile terminals, but because the metal shell has a shielding effect on the inside of the shell, if the antenna is arranged in the shell and is shielded by the metal shell, part of the antenna oscillator needs to be exposed out of the metal shell, and a section of feeder line is adopted to connect the oscillator with a feed point on a circuit board so as to overcome the shielding effect of the metal shell on electromagnetic waves. However, for the present 5G mobile terminal having tens of antennas, it is not imaginable if the antenna elements all extend out of the metal housing, therefore, many designers of mobile terminals will concentrate the antenna elements together, such as some notebook circuits, and will not use metal but use insulators like PVC in the folded portion of the display and the host, so that after the PVC, there will be no shielding against electromagnetic waves, and all the antenna element portions will be concentrated under the PVC to be able to receive and transmit electromagnetic waves. However, many times, when a mobile terminal main board is designed, all antennas are not conveniently designed together, so that the design difficulty is high, mutual interference is easily caused, and the electromagnetic compatibility is difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a metal shell mobile terminal aiming at the difficulty of antenna layout in the design of the existing metal shell mobile terminal.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the technical requirements is as follows: a metal shell mobile terminal comprises a host, wherein a circuit board of the host is arranged in a metal shell, and an antenna is welded on the circuit board; the metal shell part covered outside the antenna is dug with an antenna hole for receiving and transmitting electromagnetic waves by the antenna.
Further, in the above metal case mobile terminal: the antenna is a ceramic antenna, and the ceramic antenna is welded on the circuit board.
Further, in the above metal case mobile terminal: the aperture of the antenna hole is enough for the antenna to be plugged in.
Further, in the above metal case mobile terminal: and the antenna hole is filled with an insulating material.
Further, in the above metal case mobile terminal: and coating a layer of insulating decorative material outside the metal shell.
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an antenna mounting structure according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Embodiment 1, this embodiment is a metal-enclosed mobile terminal, and overcomes the adverse effect on the antenna layout when designing a mobile terminal due to the shielding effect of a metal enclosure on electromagnetic waves. With the structure shown in fig. 1, when designing a mobile terminal with a metal case, the antenna used in the mobile terminal can be designed freely with confidence.
As shown in fig. 1, the metal-enclosed mobile terminal of this embodiment includes a host, where the host of the mobile terminal is an intelligent host, and is disposed on a circuit board 200, as shown in fig. 1, a local part of the circuit board 200 of the mobile terminal host of this embodiment is a local part of the circuit board, where a feed point of an antenna is designed during design, and the antenna 300 can be directly soldered to the feed point, without using a feed line, and the antenna 300 is soldered on the circuit board 200, and for a 5G mobile terminal, there are ten such 5G ceramic antennas, and for a designer of the mobile terminal, the antenna can be freely designed without considering a shielding effect of the metal enclosure on electromagnetic waves, and in order to achieve this purpose, in this embodiment, an antenna hole 110 for receiving and transmitting electromagnetic waves is dug in a part of the metal enclosure 100 covering the antenna 300, as shown in fig. 1, the metal enclosure 100 also only shows a local part. The antenna hole 110 dug out on the metal casing 100 is set according to the position of the antenna when designing, where the mobile terminal is freely designed, the antenna is freely laid out, and after the antenna is positioned, one such antenna hole 110 is set at the corresponding position of the metal casing 100. The antenna used in this embodiment is a ceramic antenna, the ceramic antenna is welded on the circuit board 200, an antenna hole 110 into which the ceramic antenna can be plugged is disposed at a corresponding part of the metal shell 100 outside the ceramic antenna, and the ceramic antenna is welded on the circuit board 200 in the antenna hole 120. The antenna hole 110 is filled with an insulating material. It is noted here that the antenna hole cannot be filled with a conductor, in particular a metal conductor, so that electromagnetic waves can propagate from the antenna hole 110 to the antenna. In this embodiment, a layer of insulating decorative material 120 is applied outside the metal shell 100, so that the antenna holes cannot be seen on the metal shell, and the appearance of the metal shell is not affected.
