Analyzing the size and the position of a beer pit to be molded on a PCB according to design data of the PCB, dividing the beer pit to be molded into a first type beer pit to be molded directly and a second type beer pit to be molded after a explosion-proof hole is formed in a region of the beer pit to be molded by combining the beer pit to be molded with a position relation of an adjacent reference object on the PCB, wherein the reference object comprises at least one of the following structures: lines, finished holes, other beer pits to be molded or PCB board boundaries;
determining forming parameters of forming the explosion-proof holes in each second-class beer pit to be formed, wherein the forming parameters comprise the positions of forming the explosion-proof holes in the area of the second-class beer pit to be formed and the sizes of the explosion-proof holes to be formed;
forming the explosion-proof holes in each second type of beer pit to be formed according to the forming parameters; and
And stamping and forming beer pits at the positions of the first type beer pits to be formed and the second type beer pits to be formed on the PCB respectively by utilizing a die.

The method for producing beer pits according to claim 1, wherein the beer pit to be formed which does not conform to the following conditions is divided into a first type of beer pit to be formed, and the beer pit to be formed which conforms to one of the following conditions is divided into a second type of beer pit to be formed:
condition 1: the beer pit to be formed can completely comprise a square area with the side length being more than 0.8mm and less than 2mm or a round area with the diameter being more than 0.8mm and less than 2.0 mm;
Condition 2: the distance between the edge of the beer pit to be molded and the nearest line is less than or equal to 15mil;
Condition 3: the distance between the edge of the beer pit to be molded and the nearest line is more than 15mil, and the beer pit to be molded can completely comprise a square area with the side length of 3mm or a round area with the diameter of 3 mm;
condition 4: the distance between the edge of the beer pit to be molded and the nearest boundary of the PCB is more than 1mm and less than or equal to 2mm;
Condition 5: the distance between the edge of the beer pit to be formed and the nearest boundary of the PCB is more than 2mm, and the beer pit can completely comprise a square area with the side length of 3mm or a round area with the diameter of 3 mm;
condition 6: the distance between the edge of the beer pit to be molded and the nearest finished hole is less than or equal to 1mm;
Condition 7: the distance between the edge of the beer pit to be formed and the closest other beer pits to be formed is less than or equal to 2mm; or alternatively
Condition 8: the beer pit to be formed is a long beer pit with the width smaller than or equal to 2mm and the length-width ratio larger than 2.

The method for manufacturing beer pits according to claim 2, wherein the beer pits to be molded of the second type meeting the condition 1 are processed as follows: and forming a circular hole or a long groove hole at the center of the second-class beer pit to be formed as a explosion-proof hole, wherein the minimum distance between the edge of the explosion-proof hole and the edge of the second-class beer pit to be formed is 2mil.
4. The method for manufacturing beer pits by using the PCB board according to claim 2, wherein the beer pits to be molded of the second type meeting the condition 2 or the condition 4 are processed as follows:
when the second-class beer pit to be formed can be completely contained in a square area with the side length of 3mm or a round area with the diameter of 3mm, forming a round hole at the center of the second-class beer pit to be formed as a explosion-proof hole, wherein the minimum distance between the edge of the explosion-proof hole and the edge of the second-class beer pit to be formed is 2mil;
When the second-class beer pit to be formed can completely comprise a square area with the side length of 3mm or a round area with the diameter of 3mm, forming a long slot hole with the width of 1mm in the second-class beer pit to be formed as the explosion-proof hole, wherein the minimum distance between one side edge of the long slot hole, which is close to the circuit or the boundary of the PCB serving as a reference, and two side edges adjacent to the side edges and pit edges at the corresponding side of the second-class beer pit to be formed is 2mil.

The method for manufacturing beer pits by using the PCB board according to claim 2, wherein the beer pits to be molded of the second type meeting the condition 3 or the condition 5 are processed as follows: and forming a circular hole or a long groove hole at the center of the second-class beer pit to be formed as the explosion-proof hole, wherein the minimum distance between the edge of the explosion-proof hole and the edges of each side of the second-class beer pit to be formed is 2mil.
6. The method for manufacturing beer pits according to claim 2, wherein the beer pits to be molded of the second type meeting the condition 6 are processed as follows:
When the diameter of the finished product hole is smaller than or equal to 2mm, forming a circular hole with the same diameter as the diameter of the finished product hole in the second type beer pit to be formed as the explosion-proof hole, wherein the explosion-proof hole is tangent to the edge of the second type beer pit to be formed, which is close to the finished product hole, and the connecting line of the explosion-proof hole and the circle center of the finished product hole passes through the tangent point of the explosion-proof hole and the edge of the second type beer pit to be formed, which is close to the finished product hole;
When the diameter of the finished hole is larger than 2mm, forming a long slot hole in the second class of beer pit to be formed as the explosion-proof hole, wherein the width of the long slot hole is the same as the diameter of the finished hole, the length of the long slot hole is larger than that of the long slot hole with the diameter of more than 1mm, and the connecting line between the center of the long slot hole and the center of the finished hole is perpendicular to the side edge of the long slot hole adjacent to one side of the finished hole.

When the length of the long beer pit is larger than 25mm, forming a plurality of circular holes with the diameter equal to the width of the long beer pit at the two ends and the middle of the long beer pit respectively to serve as explosion-proof holes, wherein the explosion-proof holes at the two ends of the long beer pit are tangent to the corresponding end edges of the long beer pit, and the distance between the explosion-proof holes at the middle of the long beer pit and the circle center of one adjacent explosion-proof hole is 20mm.
