Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for managing and controlling short message reminding based on flow configuration, electronic equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the steps of constructing a reminding platform, wherein the reminding platform is connected with a provincial branch channel system, a business handling system and a charging system from end to end, and the construction of the reminding platform comprises the following steps: configuring a corresponding service reminding flow for each service based on the acquired provincial channel system and the service acceptance system; storing the configured service reminding flow into a data table; collecting service handling log information; analyzing whether the service is consistent with the service reminding flow or not according to the log information, and if so, ignoring; if not, the inconsistent information is fed back and used for checking whether the specification is met or not by the user. The invention constructs the reminding platform and configures the corresponding service reminding flow on the reminding platform, so that the platform meets the standardized reminding service required by individual, family, group and new service handling and service processes.

configuring a corresponding service reminding flow for each service based on the acquired provincial channel system and the service acceptance system;
specifically, channel data are collected through the provincial channel system, and a corresponding channel is selected based on the channel data; the service data collected by the service acceptance system is used for selecting corresponding services based on the service data, and the services can comprise one or more types. And configuring a corresponding business process on the reminding platform based on the acquired channel data and the business data.
Furthermore, a programmable service full-flow reminding management template is arranged on the reminding platform, and a user self-selects a flow link needing reminding based on the acquired channel data and service data; and subsequently, the configured process is approved, and the approval notification indicates that the process configuration is successful.

6. A storage medium storing a computer program executable by an electronic device, the program causing the electronic device to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 2 when the program is run on the electronic device.
