with the first and second housings 20 and 30 in the closed state, the first and second housings 20 and 30 form an accommodating space into which the filling assembly 50 is retracted, as shown in fig. 2;
with the first and second housings 20 and 30 in the separated state, a gap is formed between the first and second housings 20 and 30, and the filling assembly 50 is extended and fills the gap, as shown in fig. 3.
Based on this, the electronic device includes the device body 10, the first casing 20, the second casing 30, the transmission assembly 40 and the filling assembly 50, and by the cooperation of the transmission assembly 40 and the filling assembly 50, under the condition that the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 are in the closed state, the filling assembly 50 is retracted into the accommodating space formed by the first casing 20 and the second casing 30; and, in the state where the first and second housings 20 and 30 are separated, the filling assembly 50 is extended and fills the gap formed between the first and second housings 20 and 30. Thus, in the case that a gap is formed between the two housings, the electronic device can fill the gap with the filling component 50, so that the sealing performance (such as dust and water resistance) of the electronic device is improved; moreover, when the two housings are in a closed state, i.e. the gap disappears, the transmission assembly 40 drives the filling assembly 50 to be accommodated in the accommodating space formed by the two housings, thereby ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the electronic device.

For example, the apparatus body 10 may include a frame body movably connected to the first casing 20 and the second casing 30, and the frame body is accommodated in an accommodating space formed by the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 when the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 are in a closed state, and an internal component accommodated in the frame body, the internal component may include a circuit board and a component carried on the circuit board, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device further includes a first housing 20 and a second housing 30, the first housing 20 and the second housing 30 are movably connected to the device body 10, and the first housing 20 and the second housing 30 can move relative to each other, so that the first housing 20 and the second housing 30 are in a closed state or in a separated state.
When the first and second cases 20 and 30 are in a closed state, the first and second cases 20 and 30 may form an accommodating space; when the first and second housings 20 and 30 are separated from each other, a gap (also referred to as a "notch") may be formed between the first and second housings 20 and 30.
The first casing 20 and the second casing 30 are in a closed state, and a gap between the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 may be smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold; the first housing 20 and the second housing 30 are in a separated state, and the gap between the first housing 20 and the second housing 30 may be greater than or equal to a second preset threshold, and the second preset threshold may be greater than or equal to the first preset threshold.
In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device further includes a transmission assembly 40, and the transmission assembly 40 is disposed in the device body 10.
The transmission assembly 40 comprises a belt wheel 41 and a transmission belt 42, wherein the belt wheel 41 is movably arranged and can rotate; the transmission belt 42 is connected with the pulley 41, and the pulley 41 can drive the transmission belt 42 to move.
The pulley 41 may have any rotatable wheel-like structure, and the position, shape, size, and the like of the pulley in the electronic device may be set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
For example, an annular groove may be formed on a wheel peripheral side of the pulley 41 away from the axis thereof, the annular groove being disposed around the wheel body of the pulley 41, and at least a part of the belt 42 may be movably connected in the annular groove.
The belt 42 may be any belt-like structure that is connected to the pulley 41 and can be moved by the pulley 41 when the pulley 41 rotates. For example, in the case where the pulley 41 is provided with an annular groove, the transmission belt 42 may be an annular rubber belt, and at least a part of the annular rubber belt is movably engaged in the groove, and in the case where the pulley 41 rotates, the transmission belt is rotated by a frictional force between the belt and the groove.
It should be noted that the pulley 41 may also be connected with other driving structures, and the driving structures may provide driving force for the pulley 41 to rotate the pulley 41.
For example, the electronic device may further include a driving assembly 60, where the driving assembly 60 includes a driving motor and a gear, the driving motor is connected to the pulley 41 through the gear, and drives the pulley 41 to rotate through the gear.
In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device further includes a filling member 50, and the filling member 50 is connected to the belt 40, and the filling member 50 can contract or expand under the driving of the belt 42.
The filling assembly 50 is retracted into the receiving space when the first and second housings 20 and 30 are in the closed state; and, in the case where the first and second housings 20 and 30 are in the separated state, the filling assembly 50 is extended and fills the gap between the first and second housings 20 and 30.
The extending of the filling assembly 50 and the filling of the gap may be achieved by the driving belt 42 driving the filling assembly 50 to extend and fill the gap after the relative movement between the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 is stopped and the gap is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold; alternatively, the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 may be moved away from each other.
The filling assembly 50 is retracted into the accommodating space, and before the gap between the first housing 20 and the second housing 30 is reduced, the transmission assembly 40 drives the filling assembly 50 to retract, and then the gap between the first housing 20 and the second housing 30 is reduced to be less than or equal to a first preset threshold, and at this time, the filling assembly 50 is accommodated in the accommodating space; alternatively, the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 may be moved closer to each other.
The filling member 50 may be any member capable of filling the gap between the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 when the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 are in the separated state. For example, the filling member 50 may be a rubber block or the like.
The belt 42 drives the filling assembly 50 to move, which may be a user input operation, so as to drive the belt 42 to drive the belt wheel 41 to rotate, and the belt wheel 41 drives the filling assembly 50 to move.
The transmission belt 42 can drive the filling assembly 50 to extend or unfold, or the transmission belt 42 can drive the filling assembly 50 to extend or unfold at different times; alternatively, the belt 42 may only be configured to one of extend and retract the fill assembly 50.
Specifically, when the pulley 41 rotates in the first direction, the pulley 41 drives the filling assembly 50 to contract through the transmission belt 42; alternatively, the pulley 41 may rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and the pulley 41 drives the filling assembly 50 to be unfolded through the transmission belt 42.
For example, in the case that the driving assembly 60 drives the pulley 41 to rotate clockwise, the belt 42 may drive the filling assembly 50 to move toward the apparatus body 10, so as to shrink the filling assembly 50; in the case that the driving assembly 60 drives the pulley 41 to rotate counterclockwise, the belt 42 can drive the filling assembly 50 to move away from the apparatus body 10, so as to extend the filling assembly 50.
In some embodiments, the transmission assembly 40 further comprises:
a first elastic member 43, the first elastic member 43 is connected with the filling assembly 50 and the apparatus body 10,
under the condition that the first housing 20 and the second housing 30 are in the closed state, the belt wheel 41 rotates in the first direction, the first elastic member 43 contracts, and the belt wheel 41 drives the filling assembly 50 to contract into the accommodating space through the transmission belt 42;
with the first and second housings 20 and 30 in the separated state, the first elastic member 43 provides elastic force to the filling member 50 and drives the filling member 50 to extend, and the filling member 50 drives the pulley 41 to rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction through the transmission belt 42.
Based on this, the transmission assembly 40 further includes a first elastic member 43, and when the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 are in the closed state, the first elastic member 43 contracts, and the belt wheel 41 and the belt 42 cooperate to drive the filling assembly 50 to contract; and under the condition that the first shell 20 and the second shell 30 are in the separated state, the first elastic member 43 provides elastic force to drive the filling assembly 50 to extend, so that the filling assembly 50 fills the gap between the first shell 20 and the second shell 30, thereby enabling the structure of the transmission assembly 40 to be simpler, and saving energy consumption consumed by driving the filling assembly 50 by the electronic device.
In the present embodiment, the first elastic member 43 may be any member having elasticity. Specifically, the first elastic member 43 may be a spring or a leaf spring.
In order to realize that the first elastic member 43 can drive the filling assembly 50 to extend when providing elastic force to the filling assembly 50, the pulley 41 may be arranged to rotate in a first direction and a second direction, respectively, and when the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 are in the closed state, the driving assembly 60 drives the pulley 41 to move along the first direction, at this time, the pulley 41 may drive the filling assembly 50 to contract to the accommodating space through the transmission belt 42, and the first elastic member 43 contracts under the extrusion of the filling assembly 50; and under the condition that the first casing 20 and the second casing 30 are in the separated state, the driving assembly 60 controls the rotating shaft connected with the belt wheel 41 to idle, at this time, the first elastic member 43 drives the filling assembly 50 to extend, and the filling assembly 50 drives the belt wheel 41 to rotate in the second direction through the transmission belt 42.
In some embodiments, the transmission assembly 40 further comprises:
the locking piece 44, the locking piece 44 is connected with the belt wheel 41, the locking piece 44 and the belt wheel 41 can be in a locking state or an unlocking state;
under the condition that the locking member 44 and the belt wheel 41 are in the locked state, the belt wheel 41 rotates along the first direction and drives the filling assembly 50 to contract;
with the locking member 44 and the pulley 41 in the unlocked state, the pulley 41 is driven by the elastic force of the first elastic member 43 to rotate in the second direction, and the filling assembly 50 is extended.
Based on this, a locking member 44 is further provided in the transmission assembly 40, and the locking member 44 and the pulley 41 are respectively in a locking state and an unlocking state, so that the pulley 41 can rotate in the first direction and the second direction, respectively, thereby realizing the contraction and extension of the filling assembly 50, and further simplifying the structure of the electronic device.
When the pulley 41 is driven by the driving unit 60, if the locking member 44 and the pulley 41 are locked, the driving unit 60 drives the pulley 41 to rotate in a first direction; when the lock member 44 and the pulley 41 are in the unlocked state, the driving force applied to the pulley 41 by the driving unit 60 may be stopped, or the connection between the driving unit 60 and the pulley 41 may be disabled.
The locking member 44 may be any member that can be respectively locked and unlocked with the pulley 41, so that the pulley 41 can rotate in the second direction under the action of the first elastic member 43 in the unlocked state without being driven by other members.
For example, a lifting device may be provided in the transmission assembly 40, and in the case that the lifting device does not lift the pulley 41, the pulley 41 and the driving assembly 60 are connected, and the driving assembly 60 may drive the pulley 41 to rotate in the first direction; whereas in the case where the lifting device lifts the pulley 41, the pulley 41 and the driving assembly 60 are separated, and at this time the pulley 41 is only subjected to the force from the first elastic member 43 and can rotate in the second direction.
In some embodiments, the pulley 41 includes an axle 411 and a wheel body 412, the axle 411 passes through the wheel body 412 and is movably connected with the wheel body 412;
the lock member 44 includes:
the stopper 441 is arranged on one side of the wheel body 412;
a connecting rod 442, the connecting rod 442 is connected to the wheel shaft 411 and rotates along with the wheel shaft 411, and the connecting rod 442 is located at one side of the wheel body 412 where the stopper 441 is located,
when the locking member 44 and the pulley 41 are in the locked state, the link 442 abuts against the stopper 441, and the pulley body 412 can rotate in the first direction;
when the locking member 44 and the pulley 41 are in the unlocked state, the link 442 is offset from the stopper 441, and the wheel 412 can rotate in the second direction.
Accordingly, by providing the stopper 441 and the link 442, the wheel body 412 can rotate in the first direction when the link 442 abuts against the stopper 441; when the connecting rod 442 and the stopper 441 are misaligned, the wheel 412 can rotate in the second direction, so that the structure is simple and the reliability is high.
In the present embodiment, when the connecting rod 442 abuts against the stopper 441, the wheel body 412 may rotate along the first direction, and when the wheel shaft 411 rotates along the first direction, the wheel body 412 may be driven to rotate along the first direction by the mutual abutting force between the connecting rod 442 and the stopper 441.
In the case that the connecting rod 442 is offset from the stopper 41, the wheel body 412 may rotate in the second direction, or there may be no abutting force between the connecting rod 442 and the stopper 41 due to the offset between the connecting rod 442 and the stopper 41, so that the wheel axle 411 cannot apply a driving force to the wheel body 412 through the connecting rod 442 and the stopper 441, and at this time, if the first elastic member 43 extends, the first elastic member 43 may drive the wheel body 412 to rotate in the second direction through the driving belt 42.
The connecting rod 442 and the stopper 441 are staggered, and the transmission assembly 40 may further include a push-pull mechanism, the push-pull mechanism may be connected to the wheel shaft 411, and the push-pull mechanism may push the wheel shaft 411 to move along a third direction, so that the connecting rod 442 and the stopper 441 are located on the same plane, and thus may abut against the stopper 441 when the connecting rod 442 rotates; and the push-pull mechanism can pull the wheel shaft 411 to move along the fourth direction, so that the connecting rod 442 and the stopper 441 are not in the same plane, that is, the connecting rod 442 and the stopper 441 are misaligned, so that the connecting rod 442 cannot apply driving force to the wheel body 412.
In some embodiments, latch 44 further comprises:
a boss 443, the boss 443 is spaced apart from the wheel body 412 and connected to the apparatus body 10, and the boss 443 is provided with a guide slope 4430,
here, the link 442 is misaligned with the stopper 441 in a state where the link 442 rotates in the first direction and passes through the guide slope 4430.
Accordingly, the guide slope 4430 of the boss 443 can guide the link 442 to be offset from the stopper 441 when the link 442 rotates in the first direction, and thus the offset between the link 442 and the stopper 441 can be achieved more simply and reliably.
For example, in the case that the gear 62 of the driving assembly 60 is engaged with the axle 411, if the driving motor 61 drives the axle 411 to rotate through the gear 62, the axle 411 drives the connecting rod 442 to rotate clockwise, and when the connecting rod 442 rotates to abut against the stopper 441, the connecting rod 442 drives the wheel body 412 to rotate clockwise through the stopper 441, so as to drive the filling assembly 50 to contract, and at this time, the connecting rod 442 and the boss 443 may have a certain distance; the driving motor 61 can continue to drive the connecting rod 442 to rotate clockwise until the connecting rod 442 passes through the boss 443, the connecting rod 442 is dislocated from the stopper 441 when the boss 443 passes through the guiding inclined surface 4430, and at this time, the wheel body 412 instantaneously rotates counterclockwise under the action of the first elastic element 43, so that the filling assembly 50 contracts and extends.
In some embodiments, the pulley 41 further comprises:
the second elastic element 413, the second elastic element 413 is disposed on a side of the wheel body 412 away from the link 442, and the second elastic element 413 is used for providing an elastic force to the wheel body 412 in a direction toward the link 442.
Accordingly, by providing the second elastic member 413, the link 442 and the stopper 441 are displaced from each other, and then the link 442 and the stopper 441 are restored to contact each other, thereby realizing the cyclic operation of the transmission assembly 40.
For example, in the case that the boss 443 displaces the link 442 and the stopper 441 through the guide inclined surface 4430 thereof, the link 442 may continue to rotate clockwise under the driving of the driving motor 61, and after the link 442 disengages from the guide inclined surface 4430, the second elastic member 413 may provide an elastic force to the wheel body 412 in the direction of the link 442, so that the link 442 and the stopper 441 are restored to be in the same plane.
When the link 442 passes through the guide slope 4430, the second elastic member 413 may be contracted to displace the link 442 from the stopper 441.
The second elastic member 413 may be any elastic component, and specifically, the second elastic member 413 may be an elastic sheet or a spring. For example, the second elastic member 413 may be a spring, and the rotating shaft passes through the spring, and one end of the spring is connected to the rotating shaft, and the other end of the spring is movably abutted to the wheel body 412.
In some embodiments, the transmission assembly 40 further comprises:
the connecting rod 45, the connecting rod 45 is connected with the filling assembly 50;
the sliding block 46 is movably arranged on the connecting rod 45 and connected with the transmission belt 42;
