Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a photovoltaic detection method and a photovoltaic detection system.
As shown in fig. 1, in a first embodiment of a photovoltaic detection method provided by the present invention, the photovoltaic detection method is applied to a photovoltaic detection system; the system comprises a detection module and a host; the number of the detection modules is consistent with that of the photovoltaic panel groups, and the detection modules correspond to the photovoltaic panel groups one by one; the detection module comprises a controller, a plurality of voltage sensors and a plurality of detection switches; the plurality of voltage sensors are in communication connection with the controller; the controller is in communication connection with the host; the number of the voltage sensors is consistent with that of the detection switches, and the voltage sensors correspond to the detection switches one by one; each photovoltaic plate in the photovoltaic plate group corresponds to the voltage sensor one by one; the voltage signal detection line of each photovoltaic panel in the photovoltaic panel group is connected with the corresponding voltage sensor; each photovoltaic plate in the photovoltaic plate group corresponds to the detection switch one by one; the voltage signal detection line of each photovoltaic panel in the photovoltaic panel group is connected with the corresponding detection switch in series, and the detection switch is connected between the photovoltaic panel and the voltage sensor in series; the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S110: and acquiring a plate group voltage value sent by the detection module through the host, wherein the plate group voltage value is an output voltage value of the whole photovoltaic plate group detected by the voltage sensor when all detection switches in the detection module are switched on, and the plate group voltage value corresponds to the photovoltaic plate groups one by one.
Specifically, the voltage value of the plate group is a voltage value which is output outwards integrally when the photovoltaic plate group works, and the voltage value of the plate group is the sum of the output voltages of the photovoltaic plates in the photovoltaic plate group.
Step S120: and determining the failed photovoltaic panel group based on all panel group voltage values, and marking the failed photovoltaic panel group as an abnormal panel group.
Specifically, since the plate group voltage value is the sum of the output voltages of the photovoltaic plates in the photovoltaic plate group, if the output voltage is reduced or the output voltage is 0 due to a failure of a certain photovoltaic plate in the photovoltaic plate group, the output voltage of the whole photovoltaic plate group will be changed (reduced), and the plate group voltage value corresponding to each photovoltaic plate group is compared with the plate group voltage values of other photovoltaic plate groups, so that whether the photovoltaic plate group fails or not can be judged.
Step S130: all detection switches in the detection module corresponding to the abnormal plate group are switched off and then switched on in sequence, and the voltage value detected by the voltage sensor when each detection switch is switched on is marked as a sub-voltage value, wherein each photovoltaic plate corresponds to a unique sub-voltage value.
Specifically, after the abnormal plate group with the fault is determined, all detection switches in the detection modules corresponding to the abnormal plate group are all switched off, and then all detection switches are switched on in sequence, so that the voltage sensor can detect the output voltage (marked as a sub-voltage value) of the photovoltaic plate corresponding to each detection switch in sequence, and subsequently, whether the photovoltaic plate has the fault or not can be judged according to the output voltage of each photovoltaic plate.
Step S140: and marking all the sub-voltage values sent by the detection module corresponding to the abnormal plate group as a detection voltage set, and determining the photovoltaic plate with the fault in the abnormal plate group based on the detection voltage set.
Specifically, the sub-voltage value corresponding to each photovoltaic panel in the abnormal panel group is compared with the standard output voltage value (i.e., the standard output voltage when a single photovoltaic panel normally works), so that whether the photovoltaic panel corresponding to the sub-voltage value fails or not can be judged, and the failed photovoltaic panel in the abnormal panel group is determined.
The photovoltaic detection method provided by the invention comprises the steps of firstly obtaining a plate group voltage value sent by a detection module through a host; then, determining a photovoltaic panel group with a fault based on all panel group voltage values, and marking the photovoltaic panel group with the fault as an abnormal panel group; after the abnormal plate group with faults is determined, all detection switches in the detection modules corresponding to the abnormal plate group are switched off, and then all detection switches are switched on in sequence, so that the voltage sensor detects the output voltage (marked as a sub-voltage value) of the photovoltaic plate corresponding to each detection switch in sequence, and then the sub-voltage value corresponding to each photovoltaic plate in the abnormal plate group is compared with a standard output voltage value (namely the standard output voltage when a single photovoltaic plate works normally), so that whether the photovoltaic plate corresponding to the sub-voltage value has faults or not can be judged, and the photovoltaic plate with faults in the abnormal plate group is determined; the photovoltaic detection method provided by the invention can determine the failed photovoltaic panel under the condition that an operator does not go to the site to perform troubleshooting, so that the overhaul personnel do not need to go to the site to perform power-off detection to perform troubleshooting one by one, the operation is simpler, and the detection efficiency of the photovoltaic panel is greatly improved.
In a second embodiment of the photovoltaic detection method provided by the present invention, based on the first embodiment, step S130 includes the following steps:
step S210: and obtaining an average plate group voltage value based on the plate group voltage values corresponding to all the photovoltaic plate groups.
Specifically, the average plate group voltage value here is an average value of plate group voltages of all photovoltaic plate groups in the same field at the same time, and the value can reflect a voltage value that should be output by a photovoltaic plate group that normally operates at the current time.
Step S220: the difference between each plate set voltage value and the average plate set voltage value is obtained and marked as the plate set difference.
Specifically, the panel group voltage value of each photovoltaic panel group is compared with the average panel group voltage value, and the obtained difference value is marked as a panel group difference value.
Step S230: and acquiring a first preset difference value.
Specifically, such a first predetermined difference is expressed as a value that, if a faulty photovoltaic panel occurs in the photovoltaic panel group, the output voltage value of the whole photovoltaic panel group is decreased by at least a decrease.
Step S240: and marking the photovoltaic panel group corresponding to the panel group difference value larger than the preset difference value as an abnormal panel group.
Specifically, the photovoltaic panel group corresponding to the panel group difference value larger than the preset difference value is directly marked as an abnormal panel group.
In a third embodiment of the photovoltaic detection method provided by the present invention, based on the second embodiment, step S230 includes the following steps:
step S310: and acquiring the standard output voltage value of a single photovoltaic panel in the photovoltaic panel group.
Specifically, the standard output voltage value of a single photovoltaic panel is the output voltage value (e.g., 1.5V) of the single photovoltaic panel in the normal operating condition.
Step S320: and taking the standard output voltage value of a single photovoltaic panel in the photovoltaic panel group as the first preset difference value.
Specifically, the purpose of this embodiment is to use the standard output voltage value of a single photovoltaic panel as the first preset difference value, that is, when 1 faulty photovoltaic panel occurs in the photovoltaic panel group, the photovoltaic panel group is marked as an abnormal panel group.
In a fourth embodiment of the photovoltaic detection method provided by the present invention, based on the second embodiment, step S150 includes the following steps:
step S410: and acquiring the standard output voltage value of a single photovoltaic panel in the photovoltaic panel group.
Step S420: acquiring a second preset difference value, wherein the second preset difference value is smaller than the standard output voltage value, and the calculation formula of the second preset difference value is as follows:
C2=V1*N+A*Vb
in the formula, C2Is a second predetermined difference value, V1The voltage annual ageing loss value, expressed as the value of the reduction of the output voltage of the photovoltaic panel due to ageing after each year (for example 0.1V), N being the annual limit value at which the panel has been operated; a is a correction ratio, which is less than 1 (preferably 0.1); vbIs a standard output voltage value.
Specifically, when a single photovoltaic panel fails, the output voltage of the photovoltaic panel is a threshold value of a difference value from a normal standard output voltage value; that is, when the difference between the output voltage of the photovoltaic panel and the normal standard output voltage value is not greater than the second preset value, the output voltage of the photovoltaic panel is reduced within the normal range, and no fault occurs; and if the difference value between the output voltage of the photovoltaic panel and the normal standard output voltage value is larger than the second preset value, the abnormal voltage reduction of the photovoltaic panel occurs, namely, a fault occurs.
Step S430: and judging whether a sub-voltage value with a difference value larger than a second preset difference value with the standard output voltage value exists or not.
If yes, go to step S440: and determining the photovoltaic panel corresponding to the sub-voltage value with the difference value larger than the second preset difference value as the failed photovoltaic panel.
The purpose of this embodiment is to provide a technical solution for how to determine a failed photovoltaic panel.
In a fifth embodiment of the photovoltaic detection method provided by the present invention, based on the fourth embodiment, step S430 further includes the following steps:
if yes, go to step S510: and judging whether the sub-voltage value corresponding to the photovoltaic panel with the fault is 0 or not.
Step S520: and when the sub-voltage value corresponding to the failed photovoltaic panel is 0, marking the photovoltaic panel with the sub-voltage value of 0 as a damaged panel.
Specifically, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, it can be further determined whether the sub-voltage value corresponding to the failed photovoltaic panel is 0, and if the sub-voltage value corresponding to the failed photovoltaic panel is 0, it can be determined that the photovoltaic panel has stopped working, and the failure is determined to occur, so that the photovoltaic panel with the sub-voltage value of 0 can be directly marked as a damaged panel.
In a sixth embodiment of the photovoltaic detection method provided by the present invention, based on the fourth embodiment, step S430 further includes the following steps:
if not, go to step S610: judging whether all the sub-voltage values meet the following conditions: there are sub-voltage values that are less than the standard output voltage value and all sub-voltage values are not 0.
Step S620: and when the sub-voltage values smaller than the standard output voltage value exist and all the sub-voltage values are not 0, marking the abnormal plate group as a plate group to be analyzed.
Specifically, when the sub-voltage values smaller than the standard output voltage value exist and all the sub-voltage values are not 0, it is indicated that all the photovoltaic panels are working, and only the overall output voltage of the photovoltaic panel group is lower than the average level, which is very likely to be caused by sudden shielding of cloud layers or dust on the photovoltaic panels, and further analysis is needed.
In a seventh embodiment of the photovoltaic detection method provided by the present invention, based on the sixth embodiment, step S620 further includes the following steps:
step S710: and acquiring a plate group voltage value sent by a detection module corresponding to the plate group to be analyzed once every preset time within a preset time period, and marking the plate group voltage value as the voltage value to be analyzed, wherein the preset time period is the time period corresponding to the current time section in the daytime.
Specifically, the preset time period is preferably 6 am to 6 pm, and the preset time period is preferably 1 hour.
Step S720: and acquiring the voltage value of the average plate set once every preset time within a preset time period.
Step S730: and judging whether the voltage values to be analyzed at the same moment are all smaller than the voltage value of the average plate group.
If yes, go to step S740: and marking the plate group to be analyzed as a plate group to be cleaned.
Specifically, if the voltage values to be analyzed obtained every preset time within one day are all smaller than the average plate set voltage value, the situation that the output voltage of the photovoltaic plate set is reduced due to sudden cloud shielding can be eliminated; the decrease in the output voltage of the set of plates to be analyzed is due to the accumulation of dust.
In an eighth embodiment of the photovoltaic detection method provided by the present invention, based on the seventh embodiment, the system further includes a camera and a display, which are in communication connection with the host; the number of the cameras is multiple; each camera is used for shooting a real-time image of the photovoltaic panel set; step S750, the following steps are also included thereafter:
step S810: and acquiring a real-time image shot by a camera closest to the to-be-cleaned ash plate group.
Step S820: and carrying out image analysis on the real-time image to judge whether the dust cleaning plate group to be cleaned has shielding foreign matters.
If yes, go to step S830: and displaying the real-time image through the display.
The real-time image of the to-be-cleaned board group is obtained through the camera, then whether shielding foreign matters exist in the to-be-cleaned board group or not is further analyzed and judged through image analysis (for example, transparent plastic foreign matters can also cause output voltage reduction, but the output voltage is not 0), and if yes, the real-time image is displayed through the display to remind operation and maintenance personnel to process in time.
In a ninth embodiment of the photovoltaic detection method provided by the present invention, based on the first embodiment, each photovoltaic panel is correspondingly provided with a unique panel number, and the panel number mark is displayed on the back surface of the photovoltaic panel; each detection switch is correspondingly provided with a unique switch number; the system also includes a display communicatively coupled to the host; step S150, the following steps are also included thereafter:
step S910: and acquiring a plate number and a switch number corresponding to the failed photovoltaic plate, and packaging to form fault information.
Step S920: and displaying the fault information through the display.
Specifically, the present embodiment aims to provide a method for displaying fault information through a display in time to remind operation and maintenance personnel to handle faults in time.
