本发明公开了一种配电网第一开闭所用户线故障自协商处理方法,在配电网的每一配电终端上均设置通信模块,不同的配电终端通过通信模块进行信号传输,开闭所中任一用户线路出现故障时,配电终端相互传递故障检出信息及动作位置信息,根据就近处理的原则,自动协商处理通道,不依赖主站控制,无需变电站出线开关跳闸,在变电站切除故障之前,就地实现开闭所的用户线的故障定位、隔离和供电恢复,并将处理过程及结果上报主站和相关人员手机上。本发明基于自协商实现配电线路故障就地处理,达到毫秒级故障隔离,秒级供电恢复,不依赖主站控制,无需变电站出线开关跳闸,就地实现多级联开闭所用户线的故障定位和供电恢复,并将处理过程及结果上报主站。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种电力系统配电技术,特别是涉及一种配电网第一开闭所用户线故障自协商处理方法。
背景技术:
目前,各供电公司在配电系统自动化方面主要采用的还是集中式和就地型重合器式。集中式采用主站集中控制,实现配电网全局性数据采集与控制,通过区域内终端信息集中故障识别、定位、隔离和非故障区恢复供电,主要应用于城市中心区;就地重合器式采用就地控制,不依赖通信,通过重合闸、分段器顺序重合隔离故障和非故障恢复供电,主要应用于农村及城郊;但对于一些要求较高,有敏感负荷线路的地区,则采用智能分布式控制方式,当前智能分布式采用的主要是光纤通信,虽然有较好的效果,但光纤铺设成本高,铺设条件苛刻,限制了其应用场合。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种设计合理、传输效率高、能够自动协商分量的一种配电网第一开闭所用户线故障自协商处理方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种配电网第一开闭所用户线故障自协商处理方法,在配电网的每一配电终端上均设置通信模块,不同的配电终端通过通信模块进行信号传输,开闭所中任一用户线路出现故障时,配电终端相互传递故障检出信息及动作位置信息,根据就近处理的原则,自动协商处理通道,不依赖主站控制,无需变电站出线开关跳闸,在变电站切除故障之前,就地实现开闭所的用户线的故障定位、隔离和供电恢复,并将处理过程及结果上报主站和相关人员手机上。
针对第一开闭所为例,1号开闭所用户馈线发生故障,一号开闭所8#联络进线开关、6#用户开关感受到过流;通过20ms内的信息交互,1号开闭所8#联络进线开关收到6#用户馈线开关故障检出信息,未收到7#联络出线开关故障检出信息,判断故障区段在用户馈线,闭锁本开关保护动作。
1号开闭所6#用户馈线开关40ms内启动保护出口,确认开关跳开后,并上送故障故障定位切除信息至主站,完成故障定位和切除,用户馈线故障处理仅需要故障切除,无需进行隔离、供电恢复处理。
一号开闭所用户馈线发生故障,40ms完成故障定位和切除,无需隔离、非故障区域供电恢复,5s完成故障处理和结果上报。
所述配电终端包括电流板、电压板、继电器板、总线板、电源和液晶屏,所述液晶屏为长方形或正方形,也可以是弧形。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明实现配电线路故障就地处理,达到毫秒级故障隔离,秒级供电恢复。通过自协商不依赖主站控制,无需变电站出线开关跳闸,在变电站切除故障之前,就地实现多级联开闭所的用户线的故障定位和供电恢复,并将处理过程及结果上报主站。
2、本发明通过主站原有配置的安全接入区接入主站系统,采用内置加密芯片方式,达到国网要求的安全防护等级,实现“三遥”数据加密传输,完成智能分布式故障处理过程及结果上报。
3、本发明降低供电公司的建设及运维成本,能够大量节约光纤及光纤铺设成本的人力物力成本,初步估算节约成本的级别在亿元以上;同时提供一定数量的就业岗位,为人民的生活生产保驾护航!具有良好的经济效益。

配电终端包括电流板、电压板、继电器板、总线板、电源和液晶屏,所述液晶屏为长方形或正方形,也可以是弧形。

2.根据权利要求1所述的配电网第一开闭所用户线故障自协商处理方法,其特征是:针对第一开闭所为例,1号开闭所用户馈线发生故障,一号开闭所8#联络进线开关、6#用户开关感受到过流;通过20ms内的信息交互,1号开闭所8#联络进线开关收到6#用户馈线开关故障检出信息,未收到7#联络出线开关故障检出信息,判断故障区段在用户馈线,闭锁本开关保护动作。
