receiving a consultation request initiated by a patient, wherein the consultation request comprises basic information, disease description information and historical medical record information of the patient;
determining a first consultation department according to keywords in the disease description information, determining a second consultation department according to historical medical record information, taking the first consultation department as a target consultation department when the first consultation department is the same as the second consultation department, and taking the first consultation department and the second consultation department as target consultation departments when the first consultation department is different from the second consultation department, and sending a consultation request to all doctors in the target consultation departments;
judging whether a doctor in the target consultation department receives the consultation request, if so, forming a consultation group according to the first doctor responding to the consultation request in the target consultation department, determining consultation time according to the response time of the last doctor in the consultation group, and sending the consultation time to the patient;
judging whether the patient receives the consultation time, if so, generating a consultation room, and respectively sending the consultation room and the consultation time to the patient and doctors in the consultation group;
forming a polling consultation sequence according to the actual time when the doctors in the consultation room enter the consultation room, wherein the polling consultation sequence is based on the speaking sequence of the doctors in the consultation room after the patients are queried by voices;
performing at least one round of consultation according to the polling consultation sequence, and recording each round of consultation according to voice recognition to form consultation records;
after any round of consultation is finished, receiving the acceptance of the current round of inquiry by the doctors in the consultation group, if the acceptance of the current round of inquiry by the doctors is high, receiving the acceptance of the current round of inquiry by the patients, and if the acceptance of the current round of inquiry by the patients is also high, ending the polling consultation;
and after the polling consultation is finished, generating a consultation report, a medical record report and a medical advice according to the consultation record.

The polling-based telemedicine consultation method according to claim 1, wherein when a first consultation room is determined, the text of the disease description information is automatically participled to form a first participle table, each consultation room has a dictionary containing a plurality of keywords describing symptoms of the corresponding department, the first participle table is matched with the dictionary of each consultation room, and the consultation room corresponding to the matched keywords is the next consultation room of the patient, so as to form the first consultation room.

The polling-based remote medical consultation method according to claim 2, wherein when a second consultation department is determined, character recognition is performed according to historical medical record information, the historical medical record information is in a document format or a picture format, automatic word segmentation processing is performed on medical history description in the recognized historical medical record information to form a second word segmentation table, the second word segmentation table is matched with a dictionary of each consultation department, and the consultation department corresponding to the matched keyword is a department to be consulted by the patient to form the second consultation department;
and merging and screening the first consultation department and the second consultation department, taking the first consultation department as a target consultation department when the first consultation department and the second consultation department are the same, and taking the first consultation department and the second consultation department as target consultation departments when the first consultation department and the second consultation department are different, so that a consultation request is sent to all doctors in the target consultation departments.

The polling-based remote medical consultation method according to claim 3, wherein after all doctors in the target consultation department receive the consultation request, whether any doctor in the target consultation department receives the consultation request is judged, when at least one doctor in each consultation department in the target consultation department responds to the consultation request, the doctor in each consultation department is screened, screening is carried out according to the time for the doctor to respond to the consultation request, and the first doctor in each consultation department responding to the consultation request is screened to form a consultation group.

The polling-based telemedicine consultation method according to claim 4, wherein after the consultation group is formed, the consultation time is determined according to the time of the doctors in the consultation group responding to the consultation requests, the times of each doctor in the consultation group responding to the consultation requests are compared, a preset time length is added on the basis of the time of the latest consultation request response to form the consultation time, and the consultation time is sent to the patient.

The polling-based remote medical consultation method according to claim 5, wherein after the consultation time is sent to the patient, judging whether the patient receives the consultation time within a preset time, wherein the preset time is half of the preset time, and when the patient is judged not to receive the consultation time within the preset time, sending a short message or an AI voice call to the patient for reminding according to the basic information of the patient; when the patient is judged to have received the consultation time within the preset time, forming a consultation room, and respectively sending the consultation room and the consultation time to the patient and a doctor in the consultation group; and when the patient is judged not to receive the consultation time after the patient is reminded by sending a short message or an AI voice telephone, the consultation request is cancelled.

The polling-based telemedicine consultation method according to claim 6, wherein before the doctors and patients in the consultation room enter the consultation room, the doctors and patients in the consultation room are subjected to face recognition, if the verification is passed, the consultation room is entered, if the verification is not passed, the identity numbers of the doctors and patients are verified, and if the verification is not passed, early warning is performed.

The polling-based telemedicine consultation method according to claim 7, wherein after the doctors and the patients in the consultation room enter the consultation room, a polling consultation sequence is formed according to the actual time when the doctors in the consultation room enter the consultation room, the polling consultation sequence is based on the speech sequence of the doctors in the consultation room after the voice inquiry of the patients, at least one round of consultation is performed according to the polling consultation sequence, after any round of consultation is completed, whether the doctors in the consultation room accept the round of consultation is received, if all the doctors accept the round of consultation, the acceptance of the patient to the round of consultation is received, and if at least one doctor does not accept the round of consultation is low, the next round of consultation is entered; and when the acceptance of the current round of inquiry by the doctors in the consultation team is high, receiving whether the patients receive the current round of inquiry, if so, the acceptance is high, finishing the polling consultation, and if not, the acceptance is low, and entering the next round of consultation.

the system comprises a receiving module, a consultation module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a consultation request initiated by a patient, and the consultation request comprises basic information of the patient, disease description information and historical medical record information;
the first processing module is used for determining a first consultation department according to keywords in the disease description information, determining a second consultation department according to historical medical record information, taking the first consultation department as a target consultation department when the first consultation department is the same as the second consultation department, and taking the first consultation department and the second consultation department as target consultation departments when the first consultation department is different from the second consultation department, and sending a diagnosis request to all doctors in the target consultation departments;
the second processing module is used for judging whether a doctor in the target consultation department receives the consultation request or not, if the doctor in the target consultation department receives the consultation request, a consultation group is formed according to the first doctor responding to the consultation request in the target consultation department, the consultation time is determined according to the response time of the last doctor in the consultation group, and the consultation time is sent to the patient;
