2. A reminder according to claim 1, further comprising a power module for supplying power to the control module, the ranging module and the reminder module, the power module including a photocell for sensing ambient light levels and charging the battery.
3. The reminder according to claim 1, wherein the control module is further configured to issue a brightness reminding instruction to the reminding module when the ambient light brightness does not reach a preset brightness threshold;
the reminding module is also used for sending a brightness reminding signal according to the brightness reminding instruction so as to remind that the brightness of the current environment is abnormal.
4. The reminder of claim 1, wherein the control module comprises:

The reminder according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the control module is further configured to use the shortest distance as the distance between the object in front of the human eye and the human eye when the acquired distance between the object in front of the human eye and the human eye is multiple.
7. The reminder of claim 1, wherein the reminder module includes an earphone, a bone conduction generator, and/or a vibration motor.
8. The reminder of claim 1, further comprising:
the flexible connecting part is used for providing flexible connection among the distance measuring module, the reminding module and the control module, so that the reminder can be worn on the head, and the distance measuring module can be adjusted to be adjacent to human eyes so as to measure the distance between an object in front of the human eyes and the human eyes.
9. A reminding method based on the reminder according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising:
obtaining the brightness of the environment;
under the condition that the ambient light brightness reaches the preset brightness threshold value, a distance measuring instruction is sent to the distance measuring module, the distance between an object in front of human eyes and the human eyes measured by the distance measuring module is obtained, and under the condition that the distance does not reach the preset distance threshold value, a distance reminding instruction is sent to the reminding module, so that the reminding module reminds the human eyes of the abnormal distance between the object in front of the human eyes and the human eyes.
10. The reminding method according to claim 9, further comprising:
and under the condition that the ambient light brightness does not reach the preset brightness threshold, sending a brightness reminding instruction to the reminding module so that the reminding module reminds the current ambient light brightness to be abnormal.
11. A computing device, characterized by comprising a processor and a memory, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the reminder method according to claim 9 or 10.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the reminder method according to claim 9 or 10.
