the department information reading module is used for reading out the department information of the user from the identity information;
and the card punching type matching module is used for matching the card punching type bound with the department information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the location creating module 53 is configured to create the custom location according to customer information of a user when the card punching type is a first card punching type; and when the card punching type is a second card punching type, establishing the custom position according to project information of a user.

Claims (10)

1. A card punching processing method is applied to a card punching server and comprises the following steps:
acquiring identity information and card punching information of at least one user from at least one card punching mobile terminal, wherein the card punching information corresponds to a user-defined position of the user;
for each user, matching the card punching type of the user according to the identity information;
for each user, managing the card punching information according to the card punching type to obtain attendance information;
and synchronizing the attendance information to an office automation system.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the matching the card punch type of the user according to the identity information comprises:
reading out department information of the user from the identity information;
and matching the card punching type bound with the department information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the managing the punch-in information according to the punch-in type to obtain attendance information comprises:
and respectively storing the card punching information belonging to the same card punching type to respective database positions to obtain the attendance information of each card punching type.
4. A card punching processing method is characterized by being applied to a card punching mobile terminal, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring identity information of a user;
matching the card punching type of the user according to the identity information;
creating a custom position according to the card punching type;
performing card punching processing according to the positioning information and the time information of the card punching mobile terminal at the user-defined position to obtain card punching information;
and transmitting the identity information and the card punching information to a card punching server so that the card punching server manages the card punching information according to the identity information to obtain attendance information, and synchronizing the attendance information to an office automation system.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the matching the card punch type of the user according to the identity information comprises:
reading out department information of the user from the identity information;
and matching the card punching type bound with the department information.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein creating a custom location according to the punch-through type comprises:
when the card punching type is a first card punching type, establishing the custom position according to the customer information of a user;
and when the card punching type is a second card punching type, establishing the custom position according to the project information of the user.
7. A card punching processing system is applied to a card punching server and comprises:
the system comprises an information acquisition module, a card reading module and a card reading module, wherein the information acquisition module is used for acquiring identity information and card reading information of at least one user from at least one card reading mobile terminal, and the card reading information corresponds to a user-defined position of the user;
the type matching module is used for matching the card punching type of each user according to the identity information;
the information management module is used for managing the card punching information according to the card punching type for each user to obtain attendance information;
and the information synchronization module is used for synchronizing the attendance information to an office automation system.
8. A card punching processing device is applied to a card punching mobile terminal, and comprises:
the identity information acquisition module is used for acquiring identity information of a user;
the card punching type matching module is used for matching the card punching type of the user according to the identity information;
the position creating module is used for creating a custom position according to the card punching type;
the card punching processing module is used for performing card punching processing according to the positioning information and the time information of the card punching mobile terminal at the user-defined position to obtain card punching information;
and the information transmission module is used for transmitting the identity information and the card punching information to a card punching server so that the card punching server can manage the card punching information according to the identity information to obtain attendance information and synchronize the attendance information to an office automation system.
9. A communications apparatus, comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to perform the method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for causing a processor to execute the card punching processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
