If the matching result based on the coordinates and the matching result based on the similarity of the natural language point to the same cell/floor, the fact that the house to be mortared is possibly existed in the cell/floor is indicated.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second room area overlapping with any one of the third room areas in all the second room areas is used as the area/location where the room to be mortared is located.

Based on the above, the embodiment of the invention adopts two modes of position matching and natural language matching to position the house corresponding to the house mortgage request, so as to provide a positioning result with higher reliability, so that a worker can determine the section/position/area of the house according to the positioning result without visiting the house offline, thereby improving the working efficiency; in addition, the evaluation flow of the house value is shortened, and the examination and approval speed of the loan amount can be increased, so that the loan experience of the client is improved.
Optionally, in a feasible manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, specifically referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of a third method for positioning a house provided by the embodiment of the present invention is shown, where in this feasible manner, before S130, the method further includes:
s160, responding to the house area reporting request, and acquiring the address of the reported house area corresponding to the house area reporting request;
s170, converting the address of the reported house area into a coordinate to obtain first position data of the reported house area;
s180, identifying a second named entity in the address of the reported house area, and generating first address information of the reported house area according to the second named entity;
and S190, storing the first position data and the first address information of the reported house area, and taking the reported house area as the first house area.
That is, the computer device in this feasible manner will obtain the address of the cell/building to be reported, that is, the address of the reported house area, according to the received house area reporting request.
And then, converting the address into a coordinate to obtain first position data of the reported house area.
And meanwhile, carrying out name body recognition on the address to extract the terms of province, city, district, road, cell and the like in the address of the reported house area, and carrying out character splicing on the terms of province, city, district, road, cell and the like to obtain first address data of the reported house area.
And finally, storing the first position data and the first address data of the reported house area, and taking the reported house area as the first house area, thereby finishing the storage of the first house area.
In addition, it can be understood that the manner of identifying the named object to the address of the reported house area is set according to the actual situation, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the model/algorithm/tool required for identifying the named object.
It can also be understood that fig. 3 is only used to illustrate an execution sequence of S160 to S190 in the embodiment of the present invention, and does not limit that S160 to S190 need to be executed after S120, and the embodiment of the present invention only requires that S160 to S190 need to be executed before S130.
Optionally, in a feasible manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, after S160 and before S170, the method further includes:
generating house area confirmation information according to the reported house area address, and sending the house area confirmation information to a terminal of a worker;
and when a confirmation instruction sent by the terminal of the worker is received, the step of converting the address of the reported house area into the coordinate to obtain the first position data of the reported house area is executed.
That is, to prevent the computer device from storing the reported house area in error/invalid, the embodiment of the present invention enables the computer device to generate the house area confirmation information according to the address of the reported house area after receiving any one of the house area reporting requests, and sends the house area confirmation information to the terminal of the worker, so that the worker performs manual confirmation.
And when the computer equipment obtains a confirmation instruction sent by the staff based on the terminal, the computer equipment executes the subsequent steps of coordinate conversion and the like.
In a preferred mode, the computer device further stores the office location of each worker, and then after the computer device obtains the address of the reported house area, the computer device determines, according to the address of the reported house area, local workers located in the same city/county as the reported house area among all the workers, and sends the generated house area confirmation information to the terminals of the local workers.
Therefore, the reported house area is confirmed by local workers, and the confirmation reliability of the reported house area is higher.
Based on this, the embodiment of the invention ensures that the reported house area stored by the computer equipment is confirmed by the staff and has certain credibility content. And thereby enabling the computer device to output an effective second and/or third room area based on the effective data support.
Optionally, because the value of the houses in different sections is different, and when the worker wants to know whether the value of the house to be mortgaged has a higher value, in a feasible manner provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first house area refers to a high-quality building/district, that is, a high-value district/building confirmed by the relevant house property personnel.
Thus, when the house to be mortared matches the first address data and the first location data of the first house area, in other words, when there is a second house area overlapping with the third house area, it indicates that the value of the house to be mortared is high.

Corresponding to the method for locating a house provided in embodiment 1 of the present invention, embodiment 2 of the present invention further provides a device for locating a house, and referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of the device for locating a house provided in the embodiment of the present invention is shown, the device 200 for locating a house provided in the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a computer device, the computer device stores first location data and first address information of a plurality of first house areas, and the device includes:
the response module 210 is configured to respond to the house mortgage request, and obtain a certified address of a house corresponding to the house mortgage request;
a conversion module 220, configured to convert the certificate address into corresponding second location data;
a first determining module 230, configured to determine at least one second room area in the plurality of first room areas, where a distance between the first location data and the second location data is smaller than a preset distance;
a second determining module 240, configured to determine, according to a preset natural language processing module, at least one third housing area of the plurality of first housing areas, where the first address information is similar to the certified address;
a positioning module 250, configured to use one of the at least one second room area coinciding with one of the third room areas as the location of the room.
Optionally, in a feasible manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the preset natural language processing module includes a named entity identification sub-module, a sentence vector generation sub-module, and a similarity calculation sub-module;
the second determining module includes:
the address information obtaining submodule is used for identifying a first named entity in the certificate address by using the named entity identifying submodule and obtaining second address information corresponding to the house according to the first named entity;
the sentence vector acquisition submodule is used for inputting the second address information and the first address information of each first house area into the sentence vector generation submodule to obtain a first sentence vector corresponding to the first address information of each first house area and a second sentence vector corresponding to the second address information;
the similarity operator module is used for calculating the similarity of the second sentence vector and each first sentence vector based on the similarity operator module;
and the house area determining submodule is used for taking the first house area with the similarity between the first sentence vector and the second sentence vector larger than a preset value as a third house area to obtain at least one third house area.
Optionally, in a possible manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the sentence vector generation submodule includes a pre-trained bidirectional coding characterization model based on a converter.
Optionally, in a feasible manner provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the reporting module is used for responding to the house area reporting request and acquiring the address of the reported house area corresponding to the house area reporting request;
the position determining module is used for converting the address of the reported house area into a coordinate to obtain first position data of the reported house area;
the address information generation module is used for identifying a second named entity in the address of the reported house area and generating first address information of the reported house area according to the second named entity;
and the storage module is used for storing the first position data and the first address information of the reported house area and taking the reported house area as the first house area.

the sending module is used for generating house area confirmation information according to the reported house area address and sending the house area confirmation information to a terminal of a worker;
the position determining module is further configured to, when receiving a confirmation instruction sent by the terminal of the worker, execute the step of converting the address of the reported house area into a coordinate to obtain first position data of the reported house area.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program runs on a processor, the method for positioning a house according to embodiment 1 is executed.
Specifically, the computer device provided in this embodiment includes: radio frequency unit, network module, audio output unit, input unit, sensor, display unit, user input unit, interface unit, memory, processor, and power supply.

Claims (10)

1. A method of locating a premises, applied to a computer device storing first location data and first address information for a plurality of first premises areas, the method comprising:
responding to a house mortgage request, and acquiring a certified address of a house corresponding to the house mortgage request;
converting the certificate-carrying address into corresponding second position data;
determining at least one second house area, in the plurality of first house areas, of which the distance between the first position data and the second position data is smaller than a preset distance;
determining at least one third house area, in the plurality of first house areas, of which the first address information is similar to the certificate-loaded address according to a preset natural language processing module;
and taking one second room area of the at least one second room area, which is coincident with one third room area, as the position of the room.
2. The method for locating a house according to claim 1, wherein the preset natural language processing module includes a named entity recognition sub-module, a sentence vector generation sub-module, and a similarity calculation sub-module;
the determining, according to a preset natural language processing module, at least one third housing area of the plurality of first housing areas, in which the first address information is similar to the certified address, includes:
identifying a first named entity in the certificate address by using the named entity identification submodule, and obtaining second address information corresponding to the house according to the first named entity;
inputting the second address information and the first address information of each first house area into the sentence vector generation submodule to obtain a first sentence vector corresponding to the first address information of each first house area and a second sentence vector corresponding to the second address information;
calculating the similarity of the second sentence vector and each first sentence vector based on the similarity calculation operator module;
and taking the first house area with the similarity between the first sentence vector and the second sentence vector larger than a preset value as a third house area to obtain at least one third house area.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the sentence vector generation submodule comprises a pre-trained converter-based bi-directional code characterization model.
4. The method of locating premises of claim 1, wherein said determining of said plurality of first premises areas is preceded by at least one second premises area having said first location data less than a predetermined distance from said second location data, said method further comprising:
responding to a room area reporting request, and acquiring an address of a reported room area corresponding to the room area reporting request;
converting the address of the reported house area into a coordinate to obtain first position data of the reported house area;
identifying a second named entity in the address of the reported house area, and generating first address information of the reported house area according to the second named entity;
and storing the first position data and the first address information of the reported house area, and taking the reported house area as the first house area.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein after the address of the reported housing area corresponding to the request for reporting the housing area is obtained in response to the request for reporting the housing area, the method further comprises, before the address of the reported housing area is converted into coordinates and the first location data of the reported housing area is obtained, the method further comprising:
generating house area confirmation information according to the reported house area address, and sending the house area confirmation information to a terminal of a worker;
and when a confirmation instruction sent by the terminal of the worker is received, the step of converting the address of the reported house area into the coordinate to obtain the first position data of the reported house area is executed.
6. The method of locating a house according to claim 1 wherein the first location data includes global positioning system coordinates.
7. The method for locating a house according to claim 1, wherein the computer device stores first location data and first address information of the plurality of first house areas based on database software.
8. A premises locating apparatus for use with a computer device storing first location data and first address information for a plurality of first premises areas, the apparatus comprising:
the response module is used for responding to the house mortgage request and acquiring the certified address of the house corresponding to the house mortgage request;
the conversion module is used for converting the certificate address into corresponding second position data;
the first determining module is used for determining at least one second house area, of the plurality of first house areas, wherein the distance between the first position data and the second position data is smaller than a preset distance;
the second determining module is used for determining at least one third house area, similar to the certificate-carrying address, of the first house areas according to a preset natural language processing module;
and the positioning module is used for taking one second house area which is overlapped with one third house area in the at least one second house area as the position of the house.
9. A computer arrangement, characterized by comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when run on the processor, performs the method of locating a house according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when run on a processor, performs a method of locating a premises according to any of claims 1-7.
