In a first aspect, as shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a method for generating a bill of material, and this embodiment is illustrated by applying the method to a terminal, it can be understood that the method may also be applied to a server, and may also be applied to a system including the terminal and the server, and is implemented by interaction between the terminal and the server. In this embodiment, the method includes the following steps 101 to 103.
Step 101, responding to the column configuration operation of the initial bill of material of the bill of material display interface, adding a marking information column in the initial bill of material, and generating and displaying a first bill of material.
The bill of material display interface may be, but is not limited to, an interface for displaying a bill of material in the material management system. The initial bill of materials may be, but is not limited to, a pre-stored bill of materials in the materials management system. The initial bill of materials includes a first type information column and a first quantity information column. It is understood that the first type information column is used to record the type of each first material; the first quantity information column is used for recording each first quantity; the first quantity is a quantity corresponding to a type of the first material.
It can be understood that, a user may perform a column configuration operation on the initial bill of material display interface, and the terminal may respond to the column configuration operation on the initial bill of material display interface, add the mark information column to the initial bill of material including the first type information column and the first number information column, and generate the first bill of material while displaying the first bill of material on the bill of material display interface.
In one embodiment, in the case that the first material is a hard disk, the type of the first material includes a hard disk structure type, a hard disk interface type, a hard disk capacity type, a hard disk rotation speed type, and a hard disk size type.
In one specific example, the first material may be, but is not limited to, a hard disk, and thus the type of the first material includes a hard disk structure type, a hard disk interface type, a hard disk capacity type, a hard disk rotation speed type, and a hard disk size type. It is understood that the hard disk structure types include a mechanical hard disk (HDD) and a Solid State Disk (SSD). Under the condition that the hard disk structure type is a mechanical hard disk, the hard disk interface types corresponding to the mechanical hard disk comprise an SAS (serial attached SCSI) interface, an SATA (serial advanced technology attachment) interface, an M.2 interface and the like, the hard disk rotating speed types corresponding to the mechanical hard disk comprise 7KH, 10K and the like, the hard disk capacity types corresponding to the mechanical hard disk comprise 8T, 10T and the like, and the hard disk size types corresponding to the mechanical hard disk comprise 2.5 inches and 3.5 inches. Under the condition that the structure type of the hard disk is a solid state disk, the hard disk interface types corresponding to the solid state disk comprise a PCIE interface, a U.2 interface, an M.2 interface and the like, the hard disk rotating speed types corresponding to the solid state disk comprise 7KH, 10K and the like, the hard disk capacity types corresponding to the solid state disk comprise 480G, 10T and the like, and the hard disk size types corresponding to the solid state disk comprise 2.5 inches and 3.5 inches. The above is only a specific example, and the actual application is flexibly set according to the user requirement, and is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the second material is a component of the first material or an associated component of the first material. It will be appreciated that the second material may be a component of the first article or may be an associated component of the first material. In a specific example, in the case that the first material is a hard disk, the screw may be used as a component of the first material, that is, the second material, and the label may also be used as an associated component of the first material, that is, the second material. The above is only a specific example, and the actual application is flexibly set according to the actual needs of the user, and is not limited herein.
And 102, responding to the entry operation of the mark information column in the first bill of materials, entering mark information corresponding to the type of the first material in the mark information column, and generating an updated first bill of materials.
The marking information is used for representing whether the corresponding type of the first material needs the second material and the type of the second material. It can be understood that, a user performs an entry operation on a first material list displayed on a material list display interface, and a terminal can respond to the entry operation on a marking information column in the first material list, enter marking information corresponding to types of first materials in the marking information column, and generate an updated first material list, so that whether a second material is needed by the type of the first material corresponding to each marking information and the type of the second material can be known through the marking information corresponding to the type of the first material recorded in the marking information column in the updated first material list. In one embodiment, when the updated first bill of materials is generated, the updated first bill of materials is displayed on the bill of materials display interface.
In one specific example, the marking information may be, but is not limited to, a marking character, and in the case that the marking character is 0, the second material is not required for characterizing the type of the corresponding first material; under the condition that the marking character is 2.5, a second material is needed for representing the type of the corresponding first material, and the type of the second material is the second material with the size of 2.5 inches; under the condition that the marking characters are 3.5, a second material is needed for representing the type of the corresponding first material, and the type of the second material is the second material with the size of 3.5 inches; the above is only a specific example, and the actual application is flexibly set according to the actual needs of the user, and is not limited herein.
And 103, adding a second quantity information column in the updated first bill of materials, recording each second quantity in the second quantity information column, and generating a standard bill of materials.
Wherein the second quantity is a quantity corresponding to the type of the second material; the second quantity is determined according to the type of the corresponding first material, the first quantity and the marking information. It can be understood that the terminal may add a second quantity information column to the updated first bill of materials, and enter a second quantity determined according to the type, the first quantity, and the mark information of the corresponding first bill of materials in the second quantity information column, thereby generating a very standard bill of materials. Therefore, whether the type of the first material corresponding to each marking information needs the second material and the type of the second material can be known through the marking information corresponding to the type of the first material recorded in the marking information column in the standard bill of materials; meanwhile, the number corresponding to the type of the second material can be known through each second number recorded in the second number information column in the standard bill of materials. In one embodiment, when the standard bill of material is generated, the standard bill of material is displayed on a bill of material display interface.
In a specific example, a quantity functional relationship between each first quantity and each second quantity is stored in the terminal in advance, and based on the quantity functional relationship, a corresponding relationship between the quantity corresponding to the type of the first material and the quantity corresponding to the type of the second material can be known. For example, when the type of the first material is the hard disk FHDD1, the first quantity is 10, the second material is a tag, and the tag information is a tag character, and the tag character is 2.5, it may be determined that the second material, i.e. the tag, is required for the hard disk FHDD1 by the tag character being 2.5; meanwhile, based on the above quantity function relationship, the second quantity is 10, that is, 10 tags are needed for 10 hard disks FHDD1, which can be determined by the first quantity being 10. When the type of the first material is the hard disk FHDD2, the first quantity is 20, the second material is a label, and the label information is a label character, and the label character is 0, it can be determined that the second material, i.e., the label, is not needed for the hard disk FHDD2 by the label character being 0, so that the second quantity can be directly 0. The above is only a specific example, and the actual application is flexibly set according to the actual needs of the user, and is not limited herein.
Based on the above, the method for generating the bill of material responds to the column configuration operation of the initial bill of material of the bill of material display interface, adds the marking information column in the initial bill of material comprising the first type information column and the first quantity information column, generates the first bill of material and simultaneously displays the first bill of material on the bill of material display interface; secondly, responding to the input operation of the marking information column in the first bill of materials, inputting marking information corresponding to the type of the first materials in the marking information column, and generating an updated first bill of materials; finally, adding a second quantity information column in the updated first bill of materials, and inputting each second quantity determined according to the type, the first quantity and the mark information of the corresponding first material in the second quantity information column, thereby generating a standard bill of materials; therefore, whether the type of the first material corresponding to each marking information needs the second material and the type of the second material can be known through the marking information corresponding to the type of the first material recorded in the marking information column in the standard bill of materials; meanwhile, the number corresponding to the type of the second material can be known through each second number recorded in the second number information column in the standard bill of materials. It can be understood that when the type of the first material and the quantity corresponding to the type of the first material are provided, the marking information for indicating whether the type of the corresponding first material needs the second material and the type of the second material and the quantity corresponding to the type of the second material are provided through the standard bill of materials, so that the convenience and the use efficiency of the bill of materials are improved, errors caused by the need of manually searching the marking information and the second quantity corresponding to the type of the first material are avoided, and the probability that an abnormal order is generated by using the standard bill of materials is reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the second material is a label; the type of the second material is a label size type. Wherein, the step of generating the standard bill of materials further comprises step 104.
And step 104, adding a label coding information column in the standard bill of materials, inputting each target label code in the label coding information column, and generating an updated standard bill of materials.
The target label code is a label code corresponding to the size type of the label, and the target label code is determined according to the type of the corresponding first material and the mark information. It can be understood that after the terminal generates the standard bill of materials, a tag code information column is added in the standard bill of materials, and each target tag code determined according to the type of the corresponding first material and the tag information, that is, the tag code corresponding to the tag size type, is entered in the tag code information column; meanwhile, an updated standard bill of materials is generated, so that the label codes corresponding to the label size types can be known in time through the target label codes recorded in the label code information column in the updated standard bill of materials. In one embodiment, when the updated standard bill of materials is generated, the updated standard bill of materials is displayed on a bill of materials display interface.
In one specific example, the preset tag code database stores a plurality of target tag codes, each target tag code corresponding to an entity tag that may be, but is not limited to, a type of the corresponding first item attached thereto. In the case that the first material is a hard disk, the physical tag may be attached with a hard disk structure type, a hard disk interface type, a hard disk capacity type, a hard disk rotation speed type and a hard disk size type. The above is only a specific example, and the actual application is flexibly set according to the actual needs of the user, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, by adding the tag code information column to the standard bill of material, and inputting each target tag code in the tag code information column, and generating the updated standard bill of material, it is possible to know the tag code corresponding to the tag size type in time through each target tag code recorded in the tag code information column in the updated standard bill of material, thereby improving the convenience and the use efficiency of the bill of material, and reducing the probability that an abnormal order appears when the updated standard bill of material is used.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the marker information includes a first target marker; the first target mark is used for characterizing the type of the corresponding first material, and a label size type are required. The step of determining the target tag code comprises step 301.
Step 301, in the case that the corresponding tag information is the first target tag, determining the tag size type according to the first target tag, and finding the target tag code in a preset tag code database according to the corresponding type of the first material and the tag size type.
When the terminal identifies that the mark information corresponding to the type of the first material is the first target mark, it is also indicated that the type of the corresponding first material can be known by the first target mark at this time, so that the target label code can be found in a preset label code database according to the type of the corresponding first material and the size type of the label.
In a specific example, the marking information may be, but is not limited to, a marking character, and the first target mark may be any positive number that can characterize both a type of the corresponding first material, a required label, and a label size type. Assuming that the first target mark is 2.5, when recognizing that the mark information corresponding to the type of the first material is 2.5, the terminal knows that the type of the corresponding first material needs a label through the first target mark, i.e., 2.5, and the size type of the label is a second material with a size of 2.5 inches, so that the target label code is found in a preset label coding database according to the type of the corresponding first material and the size type of the label, i.e., 2.5 inches. The above is only a specific example, and the actual application is flexibly set according to the actual needs of the user, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, when the corresponding tag information is the first target tag, the tag size type is determined according to the first target tag, and the target tag code is found in the preset tag coding database according to the corresponding type of the first material and the tag size type, so that the unique and accurate target tag code is quickly determined, and the convenience and the use efficiency of the bill of materials are improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the tag information further includes a second target tag; the second target mark is used for representing the type of the corresponding first material and does not need a second material; the step of determining the target tag code further includes step 302.
Step 302, if the corresponding mark information is the second target mark, the target label code is null.
When the terminal recognizes that the mark information corresponding to the type of the first material is the second target mark, it is indicated that the type of the corresponding first material does not need a label through the second target mark, and thus the target label code is directly determined to be empty.
In one specific example, the marking information may be, but is not limited to, a marking character, and the second target mark may be 0,0 may characterize the corresponding type of the first material and does not require a label. If the second target mark is 0, the terminal recognizes that the mark information corresponding to the type of the first material is the second target mark, that is, 0, that means that the second target mark, that is, 0, is used to know that the type of the corresponding first material does not need a tag, and thus it is directly determined that the target tag code is null. The above is only a specific example, and the actual application is flexibly set according to the actual needs of the user, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, when the corresponding tag information is the second target tag, the target tag code is null, so that the corresponding type of the first material does not need a tag, and convenience and use efficiency of the bill of materials are improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the step of generating the updated standard bill of materials further includes steps 105 and 106.
And 105, displaying the updated standard bill of material on a bill of material display interface.
And 106, responding to the material adding operation of the updated standard bill of materials, adding the type of the first material and the marking information in the first type information column in the updated standard bill of materials, inputting each target label code in the label code information column, and generating the updated standard bill of materials.
And when the terminal generates the updated standard bill of materials, the terminal simultaneously displays the updated standard bill of materials on the bill of materials display interface. The method comprises the steps that a user carries out material adding operation on a bill of material display interface, a terminal can respond to the material adding operation on an updated standard bill of material, the type of a first material is added in a first type information column in the updated standard bill of material, marking information is added in a marking information column in the standard bill of material, each target label code is input in a label code information column, and the updated standard bill of material is generated.
In the embodiment, the updated standard bill of material is displayed on the bill of material display interface; and then, responding to the material adding operation of the updated standard bill of materials, adding the type of the first material and the new mark information of the mark information column in the first type information column in the updated standard bill of materials, and executing the steps of inputting each target label code in the label code information column and generating the updated standard bill of materials, thereby responding to the material adding operation of a user on a bill of materials display interface in time, realizing the automatic input of each target label code in the label code information column and generating the updated standard object at the same time, improving the convenience and the use efficiency of the bill of materials and reducing the probability of abnormal orders when the standard bill of materials is used.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
