In industrial production, for example, in industrial production, a current event is taken as an alarm event of a certain factory, and the sub-event associated with the current time is an alarm event of a workshop under the factory.
Further, the geographic position of the sub-event model is within a preset range of the geographic position of the current event model or the geographic range of the sub-event model is within the geographic range of the current event model.
When modeling an event, a current event model is firstly established, a spatial attribute is set for the current event model, the spatial attribute value can be the coordinate value of an entity object of the event in a coordinate system of the entity object corresponding to the current event or sub-event, at this time, the geographic position information of the current event model or sub-event model is formed by the space where the model pre-established by the entity object exists, for example, a factory model is established for a factory, a first coordinate system corresponding to the factory model is established, the current time or sub-event occurs in one of the factory models, and then the geographic position information of the current time or sub-event model is the coordinate value of the factory model in the first coordinate system established by the factory model; in other embodiments, the second coordinate system may be independently established for the workshop model, where the spatial attribute value is a relative positional relationship of the second coordinate system with respect to the first coordinate system; the geographic position of the sub-event model is in a preset range of the geographic position of the current event model, the preset range is preset according to actual production requirements, the preset range can be formed by extending all around by taking GPS coordinates of an entity object corresponding to the current event model as a center or by extending the coordinate range of the current event model in a modeled coordinate system outwards or inwards, the position association relation between the sub-event and the current event is embodied, and the industrial production is convenient, for example, the alarm event of the plant model is the current event, the alarm event of a workshop model associated with the plant model is the sub-event model, and the geographic position of the plant comprises the geographic position of the workshop.
The spatial attribute may also be a geographical range of occurrence of a corresponding sub-event model, where the geographical range is a geographical range of occurrence of a current event model having a parent-child relationship with the sub-event model. For example, the spatial attribute of an alarm event at a factory is the geographic area of the factory where the alarm event is located. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the spatial attribute value may also be real-time positioning information of the entity object corresponding to the current event or sub-event, that is, may be GPS positioning information or other real-time positioning information.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the current event model and the sub-event model each further include a physical object identifier, where the physical object identifier describes a physical object having a relationship with the current event model or the sub-event model.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the entity object having a relationship with the current event model or the sub-event model is the entity object that generates or formulates or executes the current event model or the sub-event model.
Specifically, the entity identifier may be a name of the entity object for generating, formulating or executing the current event model or the sub event model, for example, in industrial production, for example, in a factory, the name of the factory is the factory, the names of workshops under the factory are the workshop 1, the workshop 2, the workshop 3, and the like, the entity identifier is set for the current event model and the sub event model, the entity identifier of the current event model corresponding to the factory is the factory, the entity identifier of the sub event model corresponding to the workshop 1 is the workshop 1, the entity identifier of the sub event model corresponding to the workshop 2 is the workshop 2, and the entity identifier is used for associating the event with the entity object.
Further, the method includes the steps that a factory and entity objects in the factory are modeled, the factory is a target entity model, workshops in the factory are part entity models of the factory, unique identifiers are set for the target entity model and the part entity models, the entity identifiers are unique identifiers of entity objects corresponding to corresponding current event models or sub event models, namely unique identifiers of the target entity models or the part entity models, and through the arrangement of the embodiment, after the entity objects and the events are modeled separately, association relations between the entity objects and the corresponding events are built through the entity object identifiers.
Further, the attribute value of the parent event model identifier of the child event model with the parent-child relationship is the unique identifier of the current event model, so that the mode of establishing the association relationship between the child event model and the current event model is simplified.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the current event model and the sub event model each further include member information, and the member information describes difference information of the current event model or the sub event model.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the sub-event model and the current event model both adopt the same data structure, that is, a general data structure is preset, where the data structure includes at least two attributes, including but not limited to: the method comprises the steps of acquiring a current time attribute, a starting time attribute, duration time and the like, and further comprises member information, wherein the member information comprises difference information in a current event model or a sub-event model, the difference information is information which needs to be recorded in the current event model or the sub-event model and is except for a preset attribute in a general data structure, for example, the current event model or the sub-event model is an alarm event, and in addition to the starting time attribute, the current time attribute and the duration time, in industrial production, information such as a responsible person, an alarm threshold value and the like is required to be known, and the information can be represented by member values in the member information; for example, if the current event model or the sub-event model is the line information, besides the start time attribute, the current time attribute and the duration, in actual production, the information such as line yield, energy consumption and the like is required to be known, and can be recorded in the member information.
Further, the current event model and the sub event model both further comprise types, the types describe categories of the current event model or the sub event model described by the member information, and the categories are set according to the member information.
For example, if the member information of the current event model a includes a responsible person, an alarm threshold value, etc., it is determined that the category of the current event model a is an alarm event; the member information of the current event model B includes production line, yield, etc., and then it is determined that the type of the current event model B generates a planned event for a department, etc.
An example of this embodiment is as follows:
for example, a factory makes a annual plan, and the plan is decomposed into departments, and becomes a department plan. The enterprise starts to execute the annual plan and then creates a current event model, the starting time is 2021-01-01, the member information of the current event model has two member values, one is the yield, the other is the energy consumption, the yield is updated once a month, the energy consumption is updated once a day, the energy consumption and the product are updated only with the attribute at the current moment each time, and the associated entity object is a whole factory; and the department starts to execute the department plan, and a sub-event model is created for the department sub-event. Multiple departments execute the plan in parallel, and members in the member information in the plan are consistent, such as planned output, daily output, number of on-duty, power consumption and the like, a sub-event model can be created, and a parent event model of the sub-event model is identified as the current event model. The sub event model does not set the starting time, but only sets the member value of the member information of the current event model, namely, the value of the planned output, the value of the daily output, the value of the number of people on duty and the value of the power consumption.
