comparing the grading indexes such as the enterprise scale, the enterprise turnover growth rate, the enterprise product information, the market proportion information of the product and the like with the same-row enterprise which has already declared the policy to generate a deviation value between the same-row enterprise and the same-row enterprise;
generating an enterprise development adjustment score of the enterprise according to the deviation value;
and generating an enterprise development score according to the enterprise development basic score and the enterprise development adjustment score.
Comparing the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information with enterprise technical innovation characteristic information of a preset standard to generate an enterprise technical innovation basic score;
taking the enterprise technical innovation basic score as a technical innovation score;
or acquiring the peer enterprises which have acquired the policy from the peer enterprises, and generating the enterprise technical innovation scores of the enterprises according to the enterprise technical innovation scores of the peer enterprises and the basic enterprise technical innovation scores of the enterprises.
In the embodiment of the present application, the enterprise technical innovation scoring rule may adopt an implementation manner similar to the enterprise development scoring rule described above.
Comparing the enterprise social value characteristic information with enterprise social value characteristic information of a preset standard to generate an enterprise social value basic score;
taking the enterprise social value basic score as an enterprise social value score;
or acquiring the peer enterprises which have acquired the policy from the peer enterprises, and generating the enterprise social value scores of the enterprises according to the enterprise social value scores of the peer enterprises and the enterprise social value basic scores of the enterprises.
In the embodiment of the present application, the enterprise social value scoring rule may adopt an implementation similar to the enterprise development scoring rule described above.

Determining the weights of the enterprise development characteristic information, the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information and the enterprise social value characteristic information, and generating a comprehensive score of the enterprise according to the enterprise development score, the enterprise technical innovation score and the enterprise social value score.

the enterprise screening module 4023 is used for screening the enterprises matched with the policy characteristic information according to the enterprise basic characteristic information, the enterprise development characteristic information, the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information and the enterprise social value characteristic information;
the enterprise development characteristic information comprises enterprise scale, enterprise turnover growth rate, enterprise product information and market proportion information of the product;
the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information comprises intellectual property application information, technical certification information, project certificates, development capital investment information, iteration information of enterprise products and new product information;
a filling report notification obtaining module 403, configured to send an online filling report notification related to the policy to the enterprise;
a report progress acquiring module 404, configured to track actual report progress of online report of an enterprise in real time;
a report data auditing module 405, configured to acquire actual report data of enterprise report, and audit the actual report data;
and the cashing module 406 is used for realizing cashing for the enterprise if the audit is passed.
In some possible implementations, an electronic device according to an implementation of the application may include at least one processor, and at least one storage. Wherein the storage device stores at least one computer program, and when the computer program is executed by the processor, the processor is enabled to execute the steps of the method according to the various embodiments of the present application described in the above technical solutions of the present specification.
In some possible embodiments, the various aspects of the present application may also be implemented as a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for implementing the steps in the method according to the various embodiments of the present application described in the above-mentioned technical solutions of the present specification when the computer program is executed by a processor of an electronic device.
The computer-readable storage medium may be, for example but not limited to: an electrical, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination thereof. Program code embodied on a readable storage medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wired, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the consumer electronic device, partly on a remote electronic device, or entirely on the remote electronic device or server. Claims (9)
1. A policy information pushing method, the method comprising:
acquiring policy content and enterprise information;
screening enterprises matched with the policy content according to the policy content and the enterprise information;
sending online filling notification related to the policy to the enterprise;
tracking the actual filling data progress of the online filling of the enterprise in real time;
acquiring actual filling data filled by the enterprise, and auditing the actual filling data;
if the verification is passed, the enterprise is cashed;
the screening of the enterprises matched with the policy feature information according to the policy content and the enterprise information specifically includes:
extracting policy characteristic information according to the policy content;
extracting the basic characteristic information of the enterprise according to the enterprise information, and generating enterprise development characteristic information, enterprise technical innovation characteristic information and enterprise social value characteristic information;
screening enterprises matched with the policy characteristic information according to the enterprise basic characteristic information, the enterprise development characteristic information, the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information and the enterprise social value characteristic information;
the enterprise development characteristic information comprises enterprise scale, enterprise turnover growth rate, enterprise product information and market proportion information of the product;
the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information comprises intellectual property application information, technical certification information, project certificates, research and development capital investment information, iteration information of enterprise products and new product information.
2. The method for pushing policy information according to claim 1, wherein the screening of the enterprises matching the policy feature information according to the enterprise basic feature information, the enterprise development feature information, the enterprise technical innovation feature information, and the enterprise social value feature information specifically includes:
generating an enterprise development score, an enterprise technical innovation score and an enterprise social value score according to the enterprise development characteristic information, the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information and the enterprise social value characteristic information;
determining the weights of the enterprise development characteristic information, the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information and the enterprise social value characteristic information, and generating a comprehensive score of the enterprise according to the enterprise development score, the enterprise technical innovation score and the enterprise social value score;
and screening enterprises matched with the policy feature information according to the comprehensive scores.
3. The policy information pushing method according to claim 1, wherein: after the sending of the online filling notification related to the policy to the enterprise, the method further includes:
acquiring self-evaluation test information of the enterprise according to the online filling notice;
judging whether the enterprise is matched with the policy or not according to the enterprise self-evaluation test information;
if yes, acquiring an online filling window of the policy and online filling windows of other related policies matched with the enterprise;
if not, acquiring other relevant policies matched with the enterprise.
4. The method for pushing policy information according to claim 1, wherein the real-time tracking of actual data progress of online filling of the enterprise further comprises:
tracking the actual filling data progress of the online filling of the enterprise in real time;
if the online filling data progress of the enterprise exceeds a first set time, sending an online filling notification to the enterprise again;
and if the enterprise does not finish the actual filling data filled online within the second set time, the enterprise is regarded as abandoning.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring actual data filled in by the enterprise and auditing the actual data filled in by the enterprise includes:
acquiring actual filling data of the enterprise filling;
automatically auditing the enterprise according to the actual reported data and the policy characteristic information;
if the automatic audit is passed, manual secondary audit is carried out;
if the automatic audit is not passed, marking the failed item of the enterprise;
according to the enterprise failed item, carrying out manual primary review on the failed item marked by the enterprise;
if the manual primary examination passes, the manual secondary examination is carried out;
if the manual secondary audit or the manual primary audit is not passed, generating an examination-failed report and sending the examination-failed report to the enterprise;
and if the manual secondary audit is passed, ending the audit process.
6. The policy information pushing method according to claim 5, wherein the generating of the report of failed examination further comprises:
generating deviation information of the actual filling data and the policy characteristic information according to the actual filling data and the policy characteristic information;
and generating an audit report according to the deviation information.
7. A policy information pushing apparatus, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring policy content and enterprise information;
the enterprise screening module is used for screening enterprises matched with the policy characteristic information according to the policy content and the enterprise information;
the filling notification acquisition module is used for sending online filling notification related to the policy to the enterprise;
the filling progress acquisition module is used for tracking the actual filling data progress of the enterprise online filling in real time;
the report filling data auditing module is used for acquiring actual report filling data filled by the enterprise and auditing the actual report filling data;
the cashing module is used for cashing the enterprise according to the auditing result if the auditing is passed;
wherein, enterprise screening module still includes:
the policy information extraction module is used for extracting policy characteristic information according to the policy content;
the enterprise information extraction module is used for extracting the basic characteristic information of the enterprise according to the enterprise information and generating enterprise development characteristic information, enterprise technical innovation characteristic information and enterprise social value characteristic information;
the enterprise screening module is used for screening enterprises matched with the policy characteristic information according to the enterprise basic characteristic information, the enterprise development characteristic information, the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information and the enterprise social value characteristic information;
the enterprise development characteristic information comprises enterprise scale, enterprise turnover growth rate, enterprise product information and market proportion information of the product;
the enterprise technical innovation characteristic information comprises intellectual property application information, technical certification information, project certificates, research and development fund investment information, iteration information of enterprise products and new product information.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor;
storage means for storing at least one computer program;
the at least one computer program, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the at least one processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that: the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
