In a possible implementation, the information processing scheme of the present application may be combined with an AI-related technology, for example, a Computer Vision technology (CV) and a natural language processing technology may be used to perform text recognition and semantic recognition on a message in a social conversation to obtain a high-frequency text appearing in the social conversation; based on the high-frequency text, channel creation prompt information can be displayed on a service interface of the social conversation; or displaying prompt information of the channel associated with the high-frequency text in a service interface of the social conversation, so as to realize the creation of the channel or enter the established channel.
The information processing scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below.
FIG. 1a is a schematic block diagram of an information handling system according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 1a, the information processing system includes a terminal 101, a terminal 102, 8230 \8230 \ 8230, and more terminals, and the number of terminals is not limited in this application. The information processing system further includes a server 103, although the number of servers may be multiple, and the application is not limited thereto. The terminal 101 may be understood as a terminal used by a management user in the social session, and the terminal 102 may be understood as a terminal used by a member user in the social session. The terminal 101 and the terminal 102 both run social applications, and the terminal 101 and the terminal 102 can be smart phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, desktop computers, smart car-mounted devices, smart wearable devices and the like; the server 103 may be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a Network service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a Content Delivery Network (CDN), a big data and artificial intelligence platform, and the like. Any terminal in the information processing system and the server 103 can be directly or indirectly connected through a wired or wireless communication mode, and any two terminals can perform information interaction through the server 103.
The interaction flow between the terminal and the server shown in fig. 1a can be described in detail in conjunction with fig. 1 b. FIG. 1b is a schematic diagram of an information processing flow provided by an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1b, the information processing flow between the terminal and the server includes:
1) The messages in the social session are uniformly stored in the server 103, and the server 103 can obtain the messages of the social session in the historical time period. The message may include, but is not limited to: conversation messages which are exchanged in a social conversation interface by all social users participating in the social conversation; or topic messages published by each social user in the social conversation in an existing channel in the social conversation; and so on. The historical time period may be set according to actual needs, for example, the historical time period may be any day, any few days, or any few hours between the time of the social session from creation to the current system time.
2) The server 103 may perform word segmentation on the obtained message to obtain one or more word segments, where each word segment may be referred to as a text. Then, the occurrence frequency of each text is counted, and the text with the occurrence frequency larger than a threshold value is used as a high-frequency text. Here, the threshold value may be set according to actual conditions, for example, the threshold value is 5 times, 10 times, and the like. For any target high-frequency text, the server 103 determines whether a target channel associated with the target high-frequency text in the social session is established. Here, the association of the target high-frequency text with the target channel means that the target channel is created based on the target high-frequency text; the relevance of the two can be embodied in any one of the following aspects: topics for the target channel are related to the target high frequency text, for example: the target high-frequency text is "name aaa of a certain movie, and the topic corresponding to the target channel is also expanded around" the movie aaa ". Or the channel name of the target channel is the target high frequency text or a text obtained by editing the target high frequency text, for example: the target high frequency text is "bbb" and the channel name of the target channel is also "bbb".
3) If the server 103 determines that the target channel associated with the target high-frequency text has been created, the server 103 transmits to the terminal 102 a prompt for the target channel for guiding the member user to enter the target channel to participate in the centralized discussion of the related topic. It is to be understood that, when there are a plurality of management users, after the server 103 determines that the target channel has been established, it also sends the prompt information of the target channel to the terminal used by the other management user except the creator, and guides the other management user of the prompt information of the target channel to join the target channel.
4) If the server 103 determines that the target channel associated with the target high-frequency text is not established, the server 103 sends a channel creation prompt message to any one or more of the terminals 101, and the terminals 101 may display the channel creation prompt message in a service interface of the social session to guide the management user to create the target channel according to the channel creation prompt message.
The embodiment of the application provides the capability of subdividing the messages in the social conversation, and prompts a management user to create a channel associated with a high-frequency text when the high-frequency text appearing in the social conversation within a period of time is identified, and guides each user in the social conversation to enter the newly created channel for centralized discussion of related topics, so that the messages associated with the high-frequency text can be gathered in the newly created channel, the disorder phenomenon of the messages in the social conversation is improved, and the effective management of the messages in the social conversation is realized; in addition, because related topic messages are all concentrated in the new channel, the messages related to the high-frequency text can be quickly reviewed and inquired in the new channel, and the message acquisition efficiency is effectively improved.
Based on the information processing system, the embodiment of the application further provides an information processing method. Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the information processing method may be executed by a computer device, and the computer device may be any terminal used by a management user in a social session; in particular, it may be the terminal 101 in the system shown in fig. 1 a. Referring to fig. 2, the information processing method may include the following steps S201 to S203:
s201, displaying a service interface of the social conversation.
The social session may refer to a group chat session. In one implementation, the service interface of the social session may be a group chat session interface, and the social users participating in the group chat session may send session messages in the group chat session interface and also browse session messages sent by other social users in the group chat session interface. In another implementation, the service interface of the social conversation may also be an exchange interface of any channel included in the social conversation, and the social user joining in any channel may publish topic messages related to any channel in the information exchange interface of any channel, or browse topic messages published by other social users in the same channel in the exchange interface of any channel; for example, the service interface 201 shown in fig. 2 refers to a communication interface for chatting to a lobby channel in a social session, and the service interface 201 may include a user identifier 22 as in an area 21 and a topic message 23 posted by each user identifier.
S202, displaying channel creation prompt information in a service interface, wherein the channel creation prompt information comprises a target high-frequency text appearing in a social conversation; the target high frequency text refers to any text in the social conversation that occurs more frequently than a threshold.
The server can count the occurrence frequency of any text in the history time period in the social conversation, and take any text with the occurrence frequency larger than a threshold value as a target high-frequency text, wherein the threshold value can be set according to experience or actual requirements. Then, the server sends channel creation prompt information containing the target high-frequency text to the terminal. After receiving the channel creation prompt message, the terminal may display the channel creation prompt message in a service interface, where the channel creation prompt message is used to instruct a management user to create a target channel associated with the target high-frequency text; as shown in fig. 2, the target high frequency text is "aaa", and the terminal displays a channel creation prompt message 24 in the service interface 201, where the channel creation prompt message 24 may create a "aaa" channel for the file "# to let everybody focus on chatting".
The display position of the channel creation prompt message 24 in the service interface 201 can be flexibly set, which is not limited in the present application. In one embodiment, the channel creation prompt 24 may be displayed in any area of the service interface 201; the channel creation prompt message 24 shown in fig. 2 is displayed in the upper area of the service interface 201; the following steps are repeated: the channel creation prompt 24 may also be displayed in the right area, the left area, the lower area, and the like of the service interface, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
The display duration of the channel creation prompt message 24 in the service interface 201 can also be flexibly set. In one embodiment, the channel creation prompt 24 may be displayed in the service interface 201 until the service interface 201 is closed or the target channel is created; in another embodiment, the channel creation prompt 24 may display a preset time length in the service interface 201, and when the preset time length is reached, the channel creation prompt is automatically turned off. Wherein the preset time period may be 10 minutes, 1 hour, two hours, etc.
The display mode of the channel creation prompt message 24 in the service interface 201 can also be flexibly set. In one embodiment, the channel creation prompt 24 may be displayed in a strong alert manner, i.e., the user is not allowed to turn off during the display; in another embodiment, a close control, such as close control 25 shown in fig. 2, may be set for the channel creation prompt 24; when the user clicks the close control 25, the channel creation prompt 24 may be closed, thereby stopping prompting.
The relationship between the channel creation prompt 24 and the service interface 201 can also be flexibly set. In one embodiment, there may be a binding relationship between the channel creation prompt 24 and the service interface 201, that is, the channel creation prompt 24 is displayed following the display of the service interface 201, and when the service interface 201 is closed, the channel creation prompt 24 is also closed. In another embodiment, there may be no binding relationship between the channel creation prompt 24 and the service interface 201, that is, when the service interface 201 is closed or switched to another interface, as long as the social session is not closed, the channel creation prompt 24 may still be displayed in the other interface of the social session, that is, the channel creation prompt 24 is not closed with the closing of the service interface 201.
The display form of the channel creation prompt information 24 can also be flexibly set. The channel creation prompt message 24 may be in a text box display form shown in fig. 2, or may be in an icon display form, and the text content of the channel creation prompt message may be expanded and displayed by clicking the icon; the channel can also be in a voice display form, such as a voice prompt, and when the voice prompt is clicked, the voice content of the channel creation prompt message can be output; and so on.
It should be noted that there may be multiple high frequency texts in the social session. The multiple high frequency texts may be displayed in the same channel creation prompt. Certainly, each high-frequency text may be displayed by using one channel creation prompt message, that is, one high-frequency text may correspond to one channel creation prompt message, in this case, the number of channel creation prompt messages may be multiple, the multiple channel creation prompt messages may be simultaneously displayed in the service interface 201, and in an embodiment, the multiple channel creation prompt messages may be simultaneously displayed in the same area of the service interface 201; for example, in FIG. 3a, channel creation prompt 1 and channel creation prompt 2 may be displayed simultaneously within region 31 of service interface 201; and the channel creation prompt information 1 and the channel creation prompt information 2 can be displayed side by side left and right, vertically arranged, sequentially scrolled, and the like. In addition, the prompt information for creating multiple channels may not be displayed in the service interface 201 at the same time, for example: randomly selecting one of the plurality of channel creation prompt messages to be displayed; or, one of the plurality of channel creation prompt messages is sequentially selected and displayed at regular intervals (for example, 5 minutes); or, when which high-frequency text appears in the service interface 201, the channel creation prompt information corresponding to the high-frequency text is displayed; and so on.
As described above, the display position, the display mode, the display duration, and the like for displaying the channel creation prompt information in the service interface can be flexibly set according to actual requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
S203, responding to the channel creating operation, and creating a target channel associated with the target high-frequency text for the social conversation.
After the target channel is successfully created, the terminal 101 may jump to display the communication interface of the target channel, and may output a prompt message that the target channel is successfully created. In one embodiment, the prompt message indicating that the target channel is successfully created may be displayed on the communication interface of the target channel, as shown in fig. 2, the prompt message 26 indicating that the target channel is successfully created is displayed on the communication interface 202 of the target channel. In addition, a channel name "# bbb" of the target channel is also displayed in the communication interface 202 of the target channel.
In one embodiment, a channel creation prompt is displayed in the service interface 201, and the management user may perform a trigger operation on the channel creation prompt to initiate a channel creation operation. The triggering operation can be single click, double click, long press, multiple clicks within preset time and the like; or the triggering operation may be an operation of creating prompt information through a gesture triggering channel, for example, the gesture may be an "OK" gesture, an "M" gesture, or the like. For example, in fig. 3c, when the management user clicks the channel creation prompt 34, the terminal displays a channel creation interface in response to the click operation performed on the channel creation prompt, the channel creation interface may be as shown in 301 of fig. 3c, and the channel creation interface 301 may include a channel name input box 302 and a confirmation creation option 304; the target high frequency text "aaa" may be displayed in the channel name input box 302. It can be understood that, when entering the channel creation interface, the terminal can automatically fill the target high-frequency text in the channel name input box, which is convenient for the management user to quickly create the target channel.
As an embodiment, the target high frequency text may be directly determined as a channel name of the target channel. As another embodiment, when there is an input operation in the channel name input box, the target high-frequency text may be edited according to the input operation to obtain a channel name of the target channel; after the terminal automatically fills the target high-frequency text in the channel name input box, the management user can edit the target high-frequency text in the channel input box to obtain the channel name of the target channel meeting the self requirement.
When the confirmation creation option 304 (i.e., the "done" option) as in fig. 3c is selected, the terminal may create a target channel for the social session; the communication interface of the target channel may include a channel name "# aaa" of the target channel and a prompt message 35 indicating that the channel creation is successful in the communication interface 305 of the target channel as shown in 305 in fig. 3 d.
A channel creation portal is provided in the service interface, and the management user can create a channel through the channel creation portal. The problem that a management user cannot rapidly create a channel through channel creation prompt information under the condition that the channel creation prompt information is deleted by mistake or disappears after a period of time can be effectively solved by creating the channel through the channel creation entrance. At this time, the channel creation operation may include a trigger operation performed by the channel creation portal. The channel creation entry may be a channel creation button or a channel creation option, among others. The trigger operation may be an operation of clicking the channel creation button or clicking a channel creation option. And the terminal responds to the triggering operation of the channel creation entrance and displays a channel creation interface, wherein the channel creation interface comprises a channel name input box and a confirmation creation option. One or more high-frequency texts appearing in the social conversation are displayed at the associated position of the channel name input box, the high-frequency texts refer to texts appearing in the social conversation more frequently than a threshold value, the target high-frequency texts are any one of the one or more high-frequency texts, and the associated position can be any position in the channel name input box.
For example, in fig. 3e, the service interface 201 includes a closing control 37 and a channel creation entry 38, when the management user clicks the closing control 37, the channel creation prompt 36 is closed, then the management user clicks the channel creation entry 38, the terminal responds to the click operation of the channel creation entry 38, and then the channel creation interface 306 is displayed. The channel creation interface 306 includes a channel name entry box 302 and a channel type 303. Three high-frequency texts appearing in the social session, respectively "aaa", "bbbbbb", "Ccc", are displayed at the associated positions 39 of the channel name input box 302 "
When the target high frequency text is selected, the target high frequency text is displayed in the channel name input box. In fig. 3f, the administrative user selects the target high frequency text "cc" in the associated location 39 of the channel name entry box 302, and the terminal displays the target high frequency text "cc" in the channel name entry box 302.
Then, when the channel name input box has input operation, editing the target high-frequency file according to the input operation to obtain the channel name of the target channel; when the confirm creation option is selected, a target channel may be created, the communication interface for which may be shown as 305 in FIG. 3f, with a channel name of "# Ccc".
In one embodiment, the channel creation operation may also be a trigger operation for voice input channel creation. For example, the administrative user may voice "i want to create" aaa "channel" to trigger channel creation. Specifically, the terminal performs voice recognition on the voice input "i want to create" aaa "channel" and recognizes the text "create", then displays the channel creation interface, and then automatically fills in the target high-frequency text "aaa" that is obtained by voice recognition in the channel name input box.
Optionally, a channel type selection area is further included in the channel creation interface, and the channel type selection area contains one or more channel types, where the channel type may be one of a text type, an audio type, a video type, and a live type. For example, in the channel type selection area 303 of fig. 3d, 3e and 3f, a text type, a voice type and a live type may be included in the channel type selection area 303. When the management user creates a channel, the management user can select a corresponding channel type in the channel type selection area, thereby realizing the diversity of the channel. In a specific implementation, the management user may select a channel type of the target channel in the channel selection area before creating the target channel when the creation option is confirmed to be selected, and then the selected channel type may be highlighted after the terminal selects the channel type of the target channel in the channel type selection area. For example, before creating the target channel when the creation option is confirmed to be selected, the terminal selects a text type in the channel type selection area, and the text type is highlighted as shown in fig. 3d, 3e, and 3 f.
The terminal can establish a plurality of different types of target channels for the social conversation based on the target high-frequency text, so that the user can join the different types of target channels according to the requirement of the user. Specifically, the terminal may create one target channel associated with the target high-frequency text for the social conversation in response to the channel creation operation, and then create another target channel associated with the target high-frequency text again through the channel creation entry. Wherein, the channel types of the target frequency created by the two times can be different. It should be noted that, in response to the channel creation operation, the terminal creates a target channel associated with the target high-frequency text, which is similar to the channel creation process described above and is not described herein again.
After creating a successful target channel, the administrative user may invite one or more members to join the target channel to effectuate the discussion of the target high frequency text related message in the target channel. In a specific implementation, the terminal responds to a member invitation operation aiming at a target channel, and displays an invitation interface, wherein the invitation interface comprises a user list, and the user list comprises one or more user identifications participating in the social conversation and one or more user identifications not participating in the social conversation but having a social association relationship with the target user; then, the administrator selects any one or more user identifiers in the user list, and when the terminal detects that any one or more user identifiers in the user list are selected, invitation information used for inviting to join the target channel can be sent to the selected user identifiers. The member invitation operation may be a triggering operation of an invitation member option in an interaction interface for the target channel, or an invitation entry is set in a menu of a service interface of the social session, and the invitation operation may be a triggering operation for the invitation entry. The trigger operation may be a click, double click, long press, or the like.
As one implementation, after a successful target channel is created, the terminal may display an interactive interface for the target channel that includes an invite member option. For example, in FIG. 3g, the communication interface 305 for the target channel includes an invite members option. The administrative user can click the invitation member option, and the terminal responds to the click operation of the invitation member option and displays an invitation interface 307; a list of users is included in the invitation interface 307, including user identifications 312 associated with the administrative user and user identifications 313 in different social sessions. When the management user selects the user identifier "sprout" and the user identifier "bar" associated with the management user, the terminal responds to the selection operation of the user identifier "sprout" and the user identifier "bar" in the user list, the terminal can display the user identifier "sprout" and the user identifier "bar" in an area 311 in an invitation interface 307, then the terminal sends invitation information to the terminal where the user identifier "sprout" is located and the terminal where the user identifier "bar" is located respectively, and the invitation information is "invite you to join the XX small station channel: administrative user invites you to join "aaa" of XX stops "xxxxxxxx", entering viewable details ". The website refers to a general term of all channels in the social conversation, and the invited user can enter any channel in the website through the invitation information and participate in the topic discussion of the channel.
As another implementation manner, the terminal may display a menu of a social session in the communication interface of the target channel, where the menu of the social session includes a viewing member option, and display a member viewing interface in response to a viewing operation of the viewing member option; the member viewing interface includes an invite member option; the terminal responds to the triggering operation of the invitation member option, displays an invitation interface, and subsequently invites the user member through the invitation interface to be similar to the invitation user member, which is not described herein again.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3h, a menu of social sessions is displayed in the display area 308 of the communication interface of the target channel, including a view members option 321. The administrative user can click the view member option 321, and the terminal responds to the click operation of the view member option 321 to display a member view interface 309, wherein the member view interface 309 comprises an invite member option; the administrative user may then click on the invite members option and display the invite interface 310. Included in the invitation interface 310 is a list of users including user identifications 323 associated with the administrative user and user identifications 324 in different social sessions. When the administrative user selects the user identifier "sprout" and the user identifier "bar" associated with the administrative user, the terminal responds to the selection operation of the user identifier "sprout" and the user identifier "bar" in the user list, the terminal can display the user identifier "sprout" and the user identifier "bar" in the area 322 in the invitation interface 306, then the terminal sends invitation information to the terminal where the user identifier "sprout" is located and the terminal where the user identifier "bar" is located respectively, and the invitation information is "invite you to join the XX bar channel: the administrative user invites you to join "aaa" of XX stops "xxxxxx", entering viewable details ".
The target channel comprises a channel name and a channel type, and the terminal can display a menu of the social session and display the channel name and the channel type of the target channel in the menu of the social session, so that the user members in the social session can know the channel name and the channel type of the target channel conveniently. Wherein, the terminal can display a menu of the social conversation in a service interface of the social conversation. Alternatively, the terminal may display a menu of social sessions in the communication interface of the target channel. Since the terminal displays the menu in the same way in the communication interface of the target channel and the service interface of the social session, how the terminal displays the menu of the social session in the service interface of the social session will be described next. The terminal displays the menu of the social session in the service interface, wherein the menu of the social session in the service interface may include any one of the following:
(1) The menu is displayed in a suspended mode in the service interface, specifically, the terminal can display the menu in a suspended mode in a preset area of the service interface, and the preset area can be set according to requirements. For example, in fig. 4a, the terminal may hover displaying a menu in the left area 401 in the service interface 41.
(2) Fixedly displaying a menu in a target area of a service interface; the target area may be a left area, a right area, a top area, an input frame area, and the like of the service interface, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, in fig. 4b, the target area may be a left area 402 of the service interface 41, and the terminal may fixedly display a menu in the left area 402 of the service interface 41. For another example, in fig. 4c, the target area may be an area 403 above the input box of the service interface 41, and the terminal may display the menu in the area 403 above the input box of the service interface 41. In one embodiment, when a menu is displayed in a target area of a service interface, the terminal may slide the menu to obtain content contained in the menu. In another embodiment, the terminal may respond to a zoom operation for the menu, and then zoom the menu. It should be understood that the menu is still displayed in the target area after zooming. For example, in fig. 4d, the terminal displays a menu in the top area 404 in the service interface 41, and then when the administrative user clicks an edit box, the terminal may zoom the menu in response to a click operation of the edit box, and then display the menu in the top area 405 in fig. 4 d.
(3) The terminal can fold and display the menu on the service interface. In one embodiment, for example, in fig. 4e, the terminal folds and displays a menu in a left area 406 of the service interface 41, and when an activation operation for the menu is detected, the terminal may unfold and display the menu in a left area 407 of the service interface 41. In another embodiment, for example, in fig. 4f, the terminal may fold and display a menu in a lower left corner region 408 in the service interface 41, and when an activation operation for the menu is detected, the terminal may unfold and display the menu in a lower left corner region 409 in the service interface 41.
(4) The terminal slides the display menu along any direction of the service interface, wherein the sliding in any direction can be left pushing (i.e. sliding to the right), right pushing (i.e. sliding to the left), pulling up (i.e. sliding up), pulling down (i.e. sliding down) and the like. It is to be understood that the menu of the social session, which was just started as a hidden menu, can be slided out in any direction by the terminal. For example, in fig. 4g, the administrative user may push left (i.e., slide right) to call out the menu, and then in response to the left-push operation, the terminal may display the menu in the left area 410 along the service interface 401; for another example, in fig. 4h, the administrative user may pull down a trigger menu, and the terminal may display the menu in the top area 411 in the service interface 41 in response to the pull-down trigger operation.
(5) And setting an entrance of a menu in the service interface, and triggering the display menu by the terminal through selecting the entrance of the menu. Wherein the entry to the menu can be understood as a level one menu, and then the menu of the social session as a level two menu. In particular, the terminal may display a menu of the social session in response to entry of the selected menu. For example, in fig. 4i, a plurality of social sessions are included in the service interface 41, the avatar of each social session serves as a level one menu, then the administrative user can select the avatar of any social session (for example, the avatar corresponding to xxxxxx is selected), and the terminal responds to the clicking operation and displays a menu of the social session "xxxxxx" in the service interface 41.
Further, in order to improve exposure of high-quality content and facilitate retrieval and review by a user, content approved or approved by a member user in a social session may be automatically marked as a specific message, in this embodiment, the specific message may also be referred to as an essence message, where the essence message refers to a message approved or approved by more users in the social session; or important messages in social sessions that need to be paid more attention to, avoiding being missed. And then when the essence message appears in the social conversation, the terminal automatically adds a specific channel for the social conversation and adds the essence message into the specific channel so as to facilitate the member in the subsequent social conversation to look up. In this embodiment, a specific channel may also be referred to as a essence channel, and the essence channel is used for storing essence messages in a social session. In one embodiment, the social session includes one or more channels, where a channel refers to a communication space provided for a certain topic or topic. One or more topic messages may be included in each channel. In specific implementation, whether a target topic message meeting a specific condition exists in a social conversation may be determined, and when it is determined that the target topic message meeting the specific condition exists in the social conversation, the terminal may output a set prompt message, where the set prompt message is used to prompt that the target topic message is set as an essence message. The terminal may then add the targeted topic message to a essence channel of the social conversation, the essence channel including one or more essence messages, in response to the setting confirmation operation.
The specific implementation manner of whether the target topic message meeting the specific condition exists in the social conversation is as follows: acquiring interaction information corresponding to a target topic message in a social conversation; performing emotion analysis on the interactive information to obtain the emotional tendency of the interactive information to the target topic message; counting the quantity of interactive information with positive emotional tendency; if the number is greater than or equal to the number threshold, the target topic message satisfies a particular condition. The interactive information may include text information, facial expression information, and the like.
For example, the number threshold is 4; the terminal may acquire various expression information for the target topic message, for example, the expression information may be a smiling face expression, a frowning expression, and the like, wherein the various expression information may be used to indicate approval, like, approval, disappointment, and the like of the target topic message. The terminal acquires a plurality of expression information corresponding to the target topic message for emotion analysis to obtain the emotional tendency of each expression information to the target topic message; then counting the number of expression information with positive emotional tendency, if the counted number of expression information with positive emotional tendency is 5; it can be seen that the number is greater than the number threshold 4, and the terminal can determine that the target topic message satisfies a specific condition.
In another embodiment, when a user wants to add a certain topic message as a essence message (i.e. a target topic message), the target topic message may be triggered, and the terminal responds to the triggering operation for the target topic message and displays and sets prompt information in the target topic message association area; the administrative user then triggers a setup confirmation operation, in response to which the terminal may add the targeted topic message to a essence channel of the social conversation, the essence channel including one or more essence messages. The trigger operation can be clicking, long-pressing, double-clicking and the like.
For example, in fig. 4j, the administrative user may press an AAA picture in the service interface 41 for a long time, then the terminal may respond to the long press operation on the AAA picture, display setting prompt information in the upper area 42 associated with the AAA picture, the setting prompt information being "set essence", then initiate a setting confirmation operation when the administrative user clicks "set essence", and the terminal responds to the click operation of "set essence", then set the AAA picture as an essence message, add the AAA picture to the essence channel, and display the AAA picture in the information interface 43 of the essence channel.
After the target topic message is added to the essence channel, the terminal can directly display an information interface of the essence channel. In another embodiment, the terminal may respond to a menu display control of the social session, and display a menu of the social session, wherein the menu of the social session comprises channel names of essence channels; and the management user triggers the channel name of the essence channel in the menu of the social conversation, and then the terminal responds to the triggering operation of the channel name of the essence channel and displays the essence channel. For example, in FIG. 4k, the service interface 41 includes a menu display control 412. The management user can click the menu display control 412, and the terminal responds to the click operation of the menu display control 412 and displays a menu of the social conversation in the service interface 41; the menu of the social session includes a channel name "essence" of the essence channel, and the terminal may display the essence channel in response to a trigger operation of the channel name "essence", where the information interface 43 of the essence channel includes an AAA picture.
In one embodiment, the terminal displays the channel name of the essence channel in the menu of the social session, and when the essence message in the essence channel is empty, the terminal may delete the channel name of the essence channel in the menu of the social session. It should be understood that when no message in the social conversation is set as a essence message, i.e., no essence message is present in the essence channel, the essence channel is not displayed in the menu. When the essence message appears in the menu of the social conversation for the first time, the terminal automatically adds a new essence channel and adds the essence message to the essence channel, and if the essence message appears again later, the terminal only needs to directly add the essence message to the essence channel.
It should be noted that the administrative user can directly publish the message in the essence channel, and the member user can only read the message in the essence channel, so as to prevent the user from adding the essence message at will.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal can create prompt information for a channel containing the target high-frequency text displayed in the service interface, and create a target channel associated with the target high-frequency text for the social conversation in response to the channel creation operation. The method and the device can effectively manage the messages related to the high-frequency text in the social conversation through the target channel, so that the messages related to the target high-frequency text can be directly acquired in the target channel subsequently, and the efficiency of acquiring the information is improved.
Based on the information processing scheme and the information processing system, an embodiment of the present application further provides an information processing method, and fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating the information processing method provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, in the embodiment of the present application, the information processing method may be executed by a computer device, and the computer device may be a terminal used by any member user in a social session or a terminal used by another management user except a management user terminal that creates the target channel; the computer device may be, for example, the terminal 102 in the system shown in fig. 1 a. Referring to fig. 5, the information processing method may include the following steps S501 to S503:
s501, displaying a service interface of the social conversation, wherein the social conversation comprises a target channel, the target channel is established according to the association of target high-frequency texts appearing in the social conversation, and the target high-frequency texts refer to any texts appearing in the social conversation with the frequency larger than a threshold value, wherein the threshold value can be set according to requirements; the service interface is any interface in the social session except the communication interface of the target channel. The social session may refer to a group chat session. In this embodiment, the service interface of the social session may be a group chat session interface, and the social user participating in the group chat session may send a session message in the group chat session interface, or browse session messages sent by other social users in the group chat session interface. The service interface of the social conversation may also be a communication interface of any channel other than the target channel included in the social conversation, and the social user joining to any channel may publish topic messages related to any channel in the communication interface of any channel, or browse topic messages published by other social users in the same channel in the communication interface of any channel. For example, the service interface 501, such as shown in FIG. 5, refers to a communication interface for chatting to a lobby channel in a social session. The service interface 501 may include a user identification 62 as in the area 61 and a topic message 63 published by each user identification.
S502, when the target message is published in the service interface, if the target message comprises the target high-frequency text, the prompt message of the target channel is displayed in the service interface.
In a specific implementation, a member user can input a target message in a service interface, then the terminal sends the published target message to the server, and then the server can return prompt information of a target channel to the terminal after determining that the target message comprises target high-frequency text. And the terminal receives the prompt message of the target channel and displays the prompt message of the target channel in the service interface. Wherein the prompt message for the target channel can be used to indicate that the target channel associated with the target high frequency text is established. For example, as shown in fig. 5, the target message published in the service interface 501 is "xxxxxxaaxxx", the server determines that the target high frequency text "aaa" is included in the target message, determines that a target channel associated with the target high frequency text has been established, and then returns the prompt information of the target channel to the terminal. After the terminal receives the prompt message 64 of the target channel, the terminal displays the prompt message 64 of the target channel in the service interface 501, and the prompt message 64 of the target channel may be a channel of "new" # aaa "for the filing, and go to the chat bar soon.
The display position of the prompt message 64 of the target channel in the service interface 501 may be flexibly set, which is not limited in this application. In one embodiment, the prompt message 64 for the target channel may be displayed in any area of the service interface 501; for example, the prompt message 64 of the target channel shown in fig. 5 is displayed in the lower area of the service interface 501; the following steps are repeated: the prompt message 64 of the target channel may also be displayed in the right area, the left area, the upper area, and the like of the service interface, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The display form of the prompt message 64 of the target channel can also be flexibly set. The prompt message 64 of the target channel may be in a text box display form as shown in fig. 5, or may be in an icon display form, and the text content of the prompt message of the target channel may be expanded and displayed by clicking the icon; the voice display mode can also be a voice display mode, such as a voice prompt, and when the voice prompt is clicked, the voice content of the prompt message of the target channel can be output; and so on.
It should be noted that, the display area and the display mode of the prompt information of the target channel in the service interface may refer to the display area and the display mode of the channel creation prompt information in the service interface, which are not described herein again.
In one embodiment, in order to prevent harassment to a user, the terminal sets a frequency threshold for displaying prompt information of a target channel; in a specific implementation, when the target message is published in the service interface, and after the target message is confirmed to include the target high-frequency text, and before step S503 is executed, the historical display frequency of the prompt message of the target channel may be counted; and then judging whether the historical display frequency is less than a frequency threshold, and if the historical display frequency is determined to be less than or equal to the frequency threshold, displaying the prompt information of the target channel in the service interface. And if the historical display frequency is determined to be greater than the frequency threshold value, not displaying the prompt message of the target channel in the service interface. Wherein, the frequency threshold value can be set according to requirements. For example, the frequency threshold may be set to 3, when it is determined that the frequency of displaying the prompting information of the target channel in the service interface is less than or equal to 3, the terminal may display the prompting information of the target channel in the service interface, and when it is determined that the frequency of displaying the prompting information of the target channel in the service interface is greater than 3, the terminal does not display the prompting information of the target channel in the service interface.
When the display frequency of the prompt message of the target channel exceeds the frequency threshold, the terminal can not display the target prompt message within a preset time length; when the preset time duration is exceeded and the target message is published in the service interface, if the target message comprises the target high-frequency text, the terminal can display the prompt message of the target channel again. The preset time can be set according to the requirement, and the preset time period can be 1 hour, 24 hours and the like. For example, the preset time period is set to 24 hours. After the frequency of display of the prompt message "newly created" # aaa "channel, fast-going chat bar" of aaa channel exceeds the frequency threshold 3. The terminal may start timing, and when the timing duration exceeds 24 hours and the target message "aaa-goodly" is issued in the service interface, the target message "aaa-nicely" includes the target high frequency text "aaa", and then the terminal may display the prompt information "newly established" # aaa "channel of the target channel in the service interface again, and go to the chat bar soon.
S503, responding to the channel entering operation aiming at the target channel, and displaying the communication interface of the target channel.
Step S502 shows that the prompt information of the target channel is displayed in the service interface, so that the target channel can be quickly accessed through the prompt information of the target channel. In this case, the channel entering operation for the target channel may include a trigger operation performed on the alert information of the target channel; the trigger operation may be a click, a double click, a long press, and the like. In a specific implementation, a user may trigger a prompt message of a target channel, and the terminal displays the communication message of the target channel in response to the prompt message of the target channel. For example, in fig. 6a, the terminal displays the prompt message 64 "newly establishes" # aaa "channel and goes to the chat bar" of the target channel on the service interface, and then the member user clicks "newly establishes" # aaa "channel and goes to the chat bar", and the terminal displays the communication interface 602 of the aaa channel in response to the click operation of the prompt message for the target channel. The interface 602 for the aaa channel includes the channel name of the aaa channel "# aaa" and a prompt message "channel creation success |". Discussion of # aaa will begin here.
The embodiment of the application can provide other channel entrances to enter the target channel. The method and the device can prevent the problem that when the terminal determines that the historical display frequency is greater than the frequency threshold value, the terminal cannot display the prompt message of the target channel, and the member user cannot enter the target channel. In one embodiment, the channel name and channel type of the target channel may be included in the menu of the social session, and the channel entering operation for the target channel may include an operation of selecting the channel name of the target channel in the menu of the social session. In a specific implementation, the terminal may display a menu of social sessions, the menu of social sessions including a channel name and a channel type of the target channel; the terminal then displays the channel name of the target channel in response to a channel name selection operation of the target channel. For example, in fig. 6b, the terminal may display a menu of a social session including a channel name "# AAA" of the AAA channel in a text channel and a channel type of the AAA channel as a text type. The user can then select the channel name "# AAA" of the AAA channel, and the terminal displays the communication interface 603 for the AAA channel in response to the selection operation of the channel name "# AAA" of the AAA channel.
In another embodiment, the target channel may be entered through invitation information sent by other users, and at this time, the channel entering operation for the target channel may further include a triggering operation on the received invitation information, where the invitation information is used to invite the target channel. The triggering operation of the received invitation information can be clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing and the like. For example, in fig. 6c, an invitation message "invite you to join XX cell channels is displayed in the terminal: the management user invites you to join in the AAA of the XX small station XXXX, enters the viewable details, then the user clicks the 'joining small station channel' in the invitation information, and the terminal responds to the clicking operation of the invitation information and then displays the communication interface of the AAA channel. The term "small station" refers to a general term of all channels in the social conversation, and any channel in the small station can be accessed through the small station and participate in the topic discussion of any channel.
In one embodiment, a menu of social sessions may be displayed in a service interface of the social sessions, and the menu of social sessions may include channels of different channel types, and channel names corresponding to each channel, and so on. For example, the menu of the social session is as shown in fig. 6d, and a text channel of a text type is included in the menu of the social session; voice genre, video genre, live genre, etc. One or more channels may be included in the text channel and the media channel. In fig. 6d, the text channels may include a channel with a channel name of "# xxxxxx" and an AAA channel with a channel name of "# AAA".
Optionally, a real-time status of the target channel is displayed in a menu of the social session; since different types of channels can be established when the target channel is created, the real-time status of the target channel may include at least one of the following for the different types of target channels: the number of users participating in the target channel, the audio content playing in the communication interface of the target channel, the video content playing in the communication interface of the target channel and the live broadcast in the communication interface of the target channel. For example, in fig. 6e, the target channel is a video house, the channel type of the target channel is a video type, and the real-time status 604 of the target channel includes the number of users 3 participating in the target channel; the target channel is a live room, the channel type of the target channel is a live type, the real-time status 605 of the target channel includes that the target channel is live in the communication interface, and the number of users participating in the target channel is 316. For another example, in fig. 6f, the target channel is a film watching, the channel type of the target channel is a video type, and the real-time status 606 of the target channel may also be that AAA set 32 is being played in the communication interface of the target.
Since different types of channels can be created, for example, channels of a video type and a live type can be created, after the channels of the video type and the live type are created, basic functions such as voice chat, video chat, live broadcast and the like can be realized by using a real-time audio communication mode component (such as a TRTC) in the embodiment of the present application. In the infrastructure provided in fig. 6g, a TRTC is accessed to implement a corresponding interactive channel. The specific implementation is that account access is realized by getting through user account information, then audio and video stream transmission is carried out between the anchor broadcasters through an interface machine, meanwhile, another bypass is carried out to cloud live broadcast, and audience watching is accessed through the cloud live broadcast.
In one embodiment, any user can polish the messages sent by the user in the service interface so as to ensure the quality of the messages sent by the user. In particular implementations, the published target message may be displayed at a target location of a service interface. The service interface may be an interface of a social session (i.e., a main interface for conducting the social session), or an interface of any channel included in the social session. And if the message content of the target message changes due to editing, the terminal updates the target message according to the changed target position in the service interface. In one embodiment, the terminal responds to the editing operation aiming at the target message, the message content in the target message is in an editable state according to the editing operation, then the user can edit the message content in the target message, and the terminal responds to the message content editing completion operation aiming at the target message, and the terminal can update the target message at the target position according to the changed message content of the target message. It can be understood that: the terminal can update the original target message into the edited target message at the target position, and the edited target message is still displayed at the target position without resending. Wherein, the editing operation can be clicking, double-clicking, long-pressing and the like for the target message.
And after the terminal updates the target message on the target position, the terminal can also display the prompt message of the target message after the target message is updated. The prompt message can be used to prompt other users to view the updated target message. Through the prompt message, the user can quickly check the updated target message. When other users want to check the updated target message, the prompt message of the target message after the update is finished can be directly triggered; the terminal responds to the trigger operation aiming at the prompt message, can jump to a target position, and displays the updated target message at the target position.
It should be noted that, the messages sent by the users in the social session (i.e. including the member users and the management user) can be edited.
In one embodiment, messages that are more approved or more important may be added to the essence channel. Therefore, the member users directly acquire the desired essence messages from the essence channels, and the efficiency of acquiring the information by the users is improved. In a specific implementation, the terminal may respond to the essence channel entering operation and display an information interface of the essence channel, where the information interface includes one or more essence messages. When the menu of the social conversation includes the channel name and the channel type of the essence channel, the channel entering operation for the essence channel may include an operation of selecting the channel name of the essence channel in the menu of the social conversation; or, the service interface includes a essence control, and the channel entering operation of the essence channel may be a trigger operation for the essence control. For example, in fig. 6h, a menu of social sessions including channel name 608 and channel type of essence channel is displayed in the service interface 607, and then the member user may select the channel name 608 of essence channel, and in response to an operation of selecting the channel name of essence channel in the menu of social sessions, an information interface 609 of essence channel is displayed, and the information interface 609 includes AAA picture. Optionally, a reminder message "the channel is in read-only mode" is included in the information interface 609.
In the embodiment of the application, after the target message is published in the service interface, the prompt information of the target channel can be displayed in the service interface, so that the user can determine to enter the target channel based on the prompt information of the target channel and acquire the message related to the target high-frequency text. And then responding to the channel entering operation aiming at the target channel, and displaying the communication interface of the target channel. The user can discuss the information related to the target high-frequency text in the communication interface and directly acquire the information related to the target high-frequency text from the communication interface, so that the information acquisition efficiency is improved, the information sent by the user can be edited, the quality of the sent information can be ensured, and the content hydration is avoided.
Based on the information processing scheme and the information processing system, an embodiment of the present application further provides an information processing method, and fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating the information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the information processing method may be executed by a computer device, and the computer device may be a server in a social session; the computer device may be, for example, the server 103 in the system shown in fig. 1 a. Referring to fig. 7, the information processing method may include the following steps S701 to S705:
s701, obtaining messages of the social conversation in a historical time period, and extracting a target high-frequency text from the messages, wherein the target high-frequency text refers to any text with the frequency larger than a threshold value in the social conversation.
The historical time period can be set according to actual requirements, and is a period of time which is captured forward by taking the current time as a boundary. For example, the historical time period may be one hour before the current time, two hours before the current time, etc.
In a specific implementation, since the messages in the social session are all stored in a server (e.g., a cloud server) during the social session, the server may obtain the messages of the social session in a historical time period from a local space. Wherein the acquired message can be a voice message, a text message, etc. In a specific implementation, when the acquired message is a text message, the server may perform word segmentation on the acquired message to obtain one or more texts. And then determining a target high-frequency text from the one or more texts. When the acquired message is a voice message, the server needs to perform voice recognition on the acquired message to acquire a text message, and then can acquire the target high-frequency text by referring to the implementation process of determining the target high-frequency text from the acquired message when the acquired message is the text message.
In an embodiment, a specific implementation manner of determining, by the server, the target high-frequency text from the one or more texts may be: and the server counts the occurrence frequency of any text in the acquired messages in the social conversation, and when the occurrence frequency of any text in the social conversation is greater than a threshold value, the server determines the text as a target high-frequency text.
In one embodiment, the server may add the high frequency text to the high frequency text library, so that after a subsequent server acquires a message, the high frequency text library may be hit by any text in the message, and it is determined whether any text creates a corresponding channel. The high-frequency text base comprises one or more high-frequency texts, and each high-frequency text refers to a text which appears more than a threshold frequency in the social conversation.
S702, sending channel creation prompt information to a management user in the social conversation, wherein the channel creation prompt information comprises a target high-frequency text appearing in the social conversation.
In a specific implementation, the server obtains the target high-frequency text in step S701, the server may first determine whether a target channel associated with the target high-frequency text is created, and when the server determines that the target channel associated with the target high-frequency text is not created, the server may send channel creation prompt information to a management user in the social session, so that a terminal where the management user is located may display the channel creation prompt information in a service interface of the social session.
And S703, responding to the channel creating operation of the management user, and creating a target channel associated with the target high-frequency text for the social conversation.
In a specific implementation, in response to a channel creation operation of a management user, a server may receive a channel creation request sent by a terminal where the management user is located, and then the server creates a target channel associated with a target high-frequency text for a social conversation according to the channel creation request.
In one embodiment, a server acquires interaction information corresponding to a target topic message in a social conversation; performing emotion analysis on the interactive information to obtain the emotional tendency of the interactive information to the target topic message; then, counting the quantity of the interactive information with positive emotional tendency; if the number is greater than or equal to the number threshold, the target topic message satisfies a particular condition. The interactive information may include text information, facial expression information, and the like.
In one embodiment, when the server determines that the target topic message satisfies a specific condition, a setting prompt message may be transmitted to the terminal, and the terminal outputs the setting prompt message after receiving the setting prompt message. The set prompting information is used for prompting that the target topic message is set as the essence message.
S704, when the member user of the social conversation publishes the target message in the service interface of the social conversation, if the target message hits the target high-frequency text, the prompt information of the target channel is sent to the member user.
In a specific implementation, when a member user of a social conversation publishes a target message in a service interface of the social conversation, a terminal where the member user of the social conversation is located may send the target message to a server, then the server receives the target message, performs word segmentation processing on the target message to obtain one or more texts, then judges whether the target high-frequency text is hit in the one or more texts, and if the server determines that any text in the target message is hit in the target high-frequency text, the server may send prompt information of a target channel to the terminal where the member user is located, where the prompt information of the target channel is used to indicate that the target channel is already established.
S705, responding to the channel entering operation of the member user aiming at the target channel, and adding the member user to the target channel.
In a specific implementation, in response to a channel entering operation of a member user for a target channel, a server receives a member user adding request sent by a terminal where the member user is located, wherein the member user adding request carries a member user identifier, and then the server adds the member user to the target channel according to the member user identifier.
In the embodiment of the application, the server can acquire the message of the social conversation in the historical time period, extract the target high-frequency text from the message, and then send the channel creation information to the management user in the social conversation, so that the management user is effectively prompted to create the target channel. And then responding to the channel creation operation of the management user, the server creates a target channel associated with the target high-frequency text for the social conversation, so that the channel creation is realized, a channel for exchanging information related to the target high-frequency text can be provided for the user, and the effective management of the information in the social conversation is realized. When a member user publishes a target message in a service interface of the social conversation, the prompt message of a target channel can be sent to the member user, and the member is added into the target channel, so that the member user can acquire the related message of the target high-frequency text in the target channel, the user can acquire the message quickly, and the information acquisition efficiency is improved.
