Description

Oil temperature heating system, air conditioner, control method of air conditioner and readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an oil temperature heating system, an air conditioner, a control method of the air conditioner and a readable storage medium.
Background
In the prior art, the control of the air conditioning system during heating operation generally includes: when the air conditioner starts a heating mode, the external environment temperature can be detected firstly, when the environment temperature is lower, the oil temperature is started firstly to heat and bring lubricating oil at the bottom of the compressor to heat so as to reduce the solubility of a refrigerant in the lubricating oil, so that sufficient lubricating oil can be reserved in the compressor after the compressor is started, and an oil film is established between moving parts to prevent the inside of the compressor from being abraded to influence the reliability and the service life of the compressor.
Because the energization time t of the oil temperature electric heating belt is fixed, the above control method may encounter the following problems:
1. the energization time t is too long for higher ambient temperatures: when the temperature of the environment is higher, the temperature of the lubricating oil can be increased to the required solubility of the refrigerant without long-time heating, and the compressor can be started to start heating operation without long-time power-on heating. On the contrary, when the compressor is started too slowly during long-time electrification and electric heating, the internal machine is fed hot air too slowly, so that the use comfort is influenced.
2. The energization time t is too short for lower ambient temperatures: when the environment temperature is lower, the temperature of the lubricating oil can be increased to the required solubility of the refrigerant after a longer time of heating, and the compressor can be started to start heating operation. The electric heating is only insufficient for the lubricating oil to reach the required minimum refrigerant solubility when the electrifying time is t, and the oil film cannot be built between the moving parts when the compressor is started after the t time, so that the moving parts are abraded, the service life and the reliability of the compressor are influenced, and the use comfort is influenced because the inner machine is slowly fed with hot air when the compressor is slowly started.
It can be seen that the problems in the related art are: the technical scheme in the related art can not rapidly increase the temperature of the oil pool according to the actual situation, so that the air conditioner rapidly enters a normal heating mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problems that: the technical scheme in the related art can not rapidly increase the temperature of the oil pool according to the actual situation so that the air conditioner rapidly enters the normal heating mode.
To solve the above problems, a first object of the present invention is to provide an oil temperature heating system of an air conditioner.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a control method of an air conditioner.
A third object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner.
A fourth object of the present invention is to provide a readable storage medium.
To achieve the first object of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides an oil temperature heating system of an air conditioner, including: the gas return pipe of the compressor is connected with the gas-liquid separator, the exhaust pipe of the compressor is connected with the four-way valve, a viscometer is arranged in an oil pool of the compressor, the compressor 100 comprises an electric heating belt, and the viscometer is provided with a temperature probe; the bypass pipeline is arranged on the exhaust pipe and provided with an auxiliary electronic expansion valve; and the heat exchanger is used for exchanging heat between the return pipe and the bypass pipeline.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme has the following technical effects: the exhaust temperature of compressor is higher than the return-air temperature, and the scheme of this embodiment is except promoting oil bath temperature through electric heating belt, still through using the heat exchanger, passes through bypass pipeline with the heat of the higher temperature refrigerant in the exhaust pipe and transmits to the muffler, makes the rise of refrigerant temperature in the muffler, has promoted the return-air temperature effectively, and then has promoted oil bath temperature for the process that the air conditioner got into normal heating mode.
To achieve the second object of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner control method for controlling an oil temperature heating system according to any one of the embodiments of the present invention, the control method including: detecting the viscosity and temperature of an oil pool in the oil pool of the compressor in the heating mode; and controlling an electric heating belt switch, a compressor frequency and an auxiliary electronic expansion valve switch according to the viscosity of the oil pool and the temperature of the oil pool.
Compared with the prior art, the technical effect achieved by adopting the technical scheme is as follows: whether the oil pool temperature is suitable for the operation of the air conditioner or not can be judged by detecting the obtained oil pool viscosity and the obtained oil pool temperature, when the oil temperature is insufficient, lubricating oil cannot reach the required minimum refrigerant solubility, so that an oil film cannot be established between moving parts, and the parts which move relatively are abraded by direct contact. The temperature of the oil pool can be heated by opening the electric heating belt, the compressor can be exhausted by opening the compressor, then the return air is heated by opening the auxiliary electronic expansion valve, and then the lubricating oil in the oil pool of the compressor is heated, so that the oil temperature rising speed is effectively accelerated, and the air conditioner can enter a normal operation mode more quickly.
In one embodiment of the present invention, controlling the electric heating belt switch, the compressor frequency and the auxiliary electronic expansion valve switch according to the oil sump viscosity and the oil sump temperature comprises: judging whether the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition or not; when the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition, starting an electric heating belt to operate for a first time threshold; when the viscosity of the oil pool does not meet the first condition, starting the compressor, controlling the frequency of the compressor to be a first frequency, and judging whether the temperature of the oil pool meets a second condition or not; when the temperature of the oil pool meets a second condition, opening an auxiliary electronic expansion valve; and when the oil pool temperature does not meet the second condition, controlling the compressor to increase the frequency.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme has the following technical effects: when the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition, the viscosity of the oil pool is over low, and the lubricating oil in the oil pool of the compressor can reach the starting viscosity as soon as possible by starting the electric heating belt; when the viscosity of the oil pool does not meet the first condition, the lubricating oil at the viscosity is enough to establish an effective oil film between moving parts, and the compressor is started mainly for heating return air by using exhaust gas and further heating the lubricating oil, so that the temperature rising speed of the lubricating oil is accelerated, and the system enters a normal operation mode for being faster. When the compressor is started at a low temperature, the return air temperature is lower, and whether the oil pool temperature meets the second condition or not is judged to ensure that the return air temperature does not reduce the oil temperature and that the viscosity and the temperature of the refrigeration oil are reasonable when the unit enters a normal heating mode. When the temperature of the oil pool meets the second condition, the temperature of the oil pool is lower at the moment, so that the temperature of the oil pool is accelerated to be increased by opening the auxiliary electronic expansion valve, and the air conditioner can enter a normal heating operation mode more quickly.
In one embodiment of the present invention, determining whether the oil sump viscosity satisfies a first condition comprises: comparing the oil pool viscosity to a first threshold value; when the viscosity of the oil pool is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, judging that the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition; when the viscosity of the oil pool is greater than a first threshold value, judging that the viscosity of the oil pool does not meet a first condition; or judging the interval in which the viscosity of the oil pool falls; when the viscosity of the oil pool falls into a first interval A 1 Judging that the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition; when the viscosity of the oil pool falls into a second interval A 2 Judging that the viscosity of the oil pool does not meet a first condition; wherein A is 2 Is greater than or equal to A 1 Right endpoint value of (a).
Compared with the prior art, the technical effect achieved by adopting the technical scheme is as follows: the viscosity of the oil pool can accurately reflect whether the oil pool reaches the starting viscosity, and when the oil pool reaches the starting viscosity, the air conditioner can be controlled to implement a subsequent control method. The control according to the viscosity of the oil pool enables the control method of the invention to be more accurate and effective than the determination and control according to the temperature.
In an embodiment of the present invention, determining whether the oil sump temperature satisfies the second condition includes: comparing the oil pool temperature with a second threshold value; when the temperature of the oil pool is smaller than or equal to a second threshold value, judging that the temperature of the oil pool meets a second condition; when the temperature of the oil pool is greater than a second threshold value, judging that the temperature of the oil pool does not meet a second condition; or judging the interval in which the temperature of the oil pool falls; when the temperature of the oil pool falls into a third interval A 3 Judging that the temperature of the oil pool meets a second condition; when the temperature of the oil pool falls into a fourth interval A 4 Judging that the temperature of the oil pool does not meet a second condition; wherein, A 4 Is greater than or equal to A 3 The right endpoint value of (a).
Compared with the prior art, the technical effect achieved by adopting the technical scheme is as follows: when the compressor is started at a low temperature, the return air temperature of the compressor is lower, and the return air temperature is lower than a second threshold value.
In one embodiment of the present invention, after the electrical heating belt is turned on to run for the first time threshold when the oil sump viscosity satisfies the first condition, the control method further comprises: and judging whether the viscosity of the oil pool meets the first condition again.
Compared with the prior art, the technical effect achieved by adopting the technical scheme is as follows: when the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition, the viscosity of the oil pool is low, the electric heating belt needs to be started for a first time threshold, and the viscosity of the oil pool at the moment is judged once again after heating is completed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the opening of the auxiliary electronic expansion valve when the oil sump temperature satisfies the second condition, the control method further includes: judging whether the temperature of the oil pool meets a third condition; and when the temperature of the oil pool meets a third condition, closing the auxiliary electronic expansion valve and controlling the frequency of the compressor to rise.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme has the following technical effects: whether the judgment of whether the oil pool temperature meets the third condition is added, and it can be guaranteed that when the auxiliary electronic expansion valve is closed, the oil pool temperature cannot be too low due to the return air temperature of the compressor, so that the oil pool temperature is reduced to meet the second condition, namely the oil pool temperature is smaller than or equal to the second threshold value, and the oil pool temperature cannot reach the temperature of entering a normal operation mode. When the temperature of the oil pool meets the condition, the method can control the compressor to enter the normal operation frequency in time, thereby effectively improving the comfort level of a user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the oil sump temperature satisfies a third condition includes: comparing the oil pool temperature with a third threshold value; when the oil pool temperature is greater than or equal to a third threshold value, judging that the oil pool temperature meets a third condition; wherein the third threshold is greater than the second threshold; or judging the interval in which the temperature of the oil pool falls; when the temperature of the oil pool falls into a fifth interval A 5 Then, the temperature of the oil pool is judged to meet the second requirementThree conditions are adopted; wherein, A 5 Is greater than A 3 Right endpoint value of (a).
Compared with the prior art, the technical effect achieved by adopting the technical scheme is as follows: the method of the invention judges and controls the oil temperature through the viscosity of the oil pool and the temperature of the oil pool, so that the heating time of the oil temperature is not fixed any more, the heating time is short or even no heating is carried out when the environmental temperature is higher, the system enters a heating mode more quickly, when the environmental temperature is lower, the heating time of the oil temperature can be effectively shortened through the arrangement of the plate type heat exchanger on the bypass pipeline, and the use comfort of a user is improved.

[ second embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a control method of an air conditioner, the control method being used for controlling an oil temperature heating system according to any embodiment of the present invention, the control method including:
s100: detecting the viscosity and temperature of an oil pool in the oil pool of the compressor in the heating mode;
s200: and controlling an electric heating belt switch, a compressor frequency and an auxiliary electronic expansion valve switch according to the viscosity of the oil pool and the temperature of the oil pool.
Further, in S100, in the aspect of the present invention, the control method of the present invention is implemented only in the heating mode. And detecting and acquiring the viscosity and the temperature of the oil pool in the compressor oil pool through a viscometer.
Further, in S200, according to the viscosity of the oil sump and the temperature of the oil sump, the air conditioner can rapidly raise the temperature of the oil sump according to actual conditions by controlling the electric heating belt switch, the frequency of the compressor and the auxiliary electronic expansion valve switch.
It can understand, through detecting the oil bath viscosity and the oil bath temperature that acquire, can judge whether the oil bath temperature is fit for the air conditioner operation, when the oil temperature was not enough, lubricating oil can't reach required minimum refrigerant solubility, leads to unable oil film of establishhing between the moving part, and direct contact can produce wearing and tearing between the relative motion's spare part.
Further, according to the oil pool viscosity and the oil pool temperature, the electric heating belt switch, the compressor frequency and the auxiliary electronic expansion valve switch are controlled, and the method comprises the following steps:
s210: judging whether the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition or not;
s220: when the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition, starting an electric heating belt to operate for a first time threshold;
s230: when the viscosity of the oil pool does not meet the first condition, starting a compressor, controlling the frequency of the compressor to be a first frequency, and judging whether the temperature of the oil pool meets a second condition or not;
s240: when the temperature of the oil pool meets a second condition, opening an auxiliary electronic expansion valve;
s250: and when the oil pool temperature does not meet the second condition, controlling the compressor to increase the frequency. It should be noted that the first frequency is a low-frequency operation region of the compressor.
Preferably, the value interval of the first frequency is 10Hz-20Hz.
Preferably, the first time threshold value is 60s.
Illustratively, when the temperature of the oil pool meets the second condition, the auxiliary electronic expansion valve is opened, valve step control can be performed according to the condition that the return air temperature is more than or equal to 10 ℃ (the value can be 11/12/13/14/15), the heat of the high-temperature refrigerant at the exhaust port of the compressor is transferred to the refrigerant at the side of the return air pipe through the heat exchanger, and then the refrigerant in the return air pipe is heated, so that the temperature of the oil pool is increased.
It can be understood that when the viscosity of the oil pool meets the first condition, which indicates that the viscosity of the oil pool is too low, the lubricating oil in the oil pool of the compressor can reach the starting viscosity as soon as possible by starting the electric heating belt; when the viscosity of the oil pool does not meet the first condition, the lubricating oil at the viscosity is enough to establish an effective oil film between the moving parts, and the main purpose of starting the compressor is to heat return air by using exhaust gas and further heat the lubricating oil, accelerate the temperature rise speed of the lubricating oil and further enable the system to enter a normal operation mode. When the oil sump temperature meets the second condition, the oil sump temperature is lower at the moment, therefore, the bypass pipeline is communicated by opening the auxiliary electronic expansion valve, the heat exchanger on the bypass pipeline can exchange heat of high-temperature refrigerants discharged by the compressor and the refrigerants at the air return port, the refrigerants in the air return pipe are heated, the return air temperature is effectively increased, the oil sump temperature is further increased, and the air conditioner can enter a normal heating operation mode more quickly.
Further, judging whether the viscosity of the oil pool meets the first condition comprises the following steps:
s211: comparing the oil pool viscosity with a first threshold value;
s212: when the viscosity of the oil pool is smaller than or equal to a first threshold value, judging that the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition;
s213: when the viscosity of the oil pool is greater than a first threshold value, judging that the viscosity of the oil pool does not meet a first condition;
or the like, or, alternatively,
s214: judging the interval in which the viscosity of the oil pool falls;
s215: when the viscosity of the oil pool falls into a first interval A 1 Judging that the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition;
s216: when the viscosity of the oil pool falls into the second zoneA between 2 Judging that the viscosity of the oil pool does not meet a first condition;
wherein A is 2 Is greater than or equal to A 1 The right endpoint value of (a).
Illustratively, the first threshold value is 5.5, and the first interval a 1 The value is 4.5-6, and the value of the second interval is 6-10.
It can be understood that the viscosity of the oil pool can accurately reflect whether the oil pool reaches the starting viscosity, and when the oil pool reaches the starting viscosity, the air conditioner can be controlled to implement a subsequent control method. The control according to the viscosity of the oil pool enables the control method of the invention to be more accurate and effective than the determination and control according to the temperature.
Further, judging whether the oil pool temperature meets a second condition or not comprises the following steps:
s231: comparing the oil pool temperature with a second threshold value;
s232: when the temperature of the oil pool is smaller than or equal to a second threshold value, judging that the temperature of the oil pool meets a second condition;
s233: when the temperature of the oil pool is greater than a second threshold value, judging that the temperature of the oil pool does not meet a second condition;
or the like, or a combination thereof,
s234: judging the interval of the oil pool temperature;
s235: when the temperature of the oil pool falls into a third interval A 3 Judging that the temperature of the oil pool meets a second condition;
s236: when the temperature of the oil pool falls into a fourth interval A 4 Judging that the temperature of the oil pool does not meet a second condition;
wherein, A 4 Is greater than or equal to A 3 Right endpoint value of (a).
Illustratively, the second threshold value is 4 ℃ and the third interval A 3 The temperature is 3-5 ℃, and the fourth interval A 4 The value is 5-8 ℃.
When the compressor is started at a low temperature, the return air temperature of the compressor is lower, and the return air temperature is lower than a second threshold value.
Further, after the electric heating belt is started to operate for a first time threshold when the viscosity of the oil pool meets a first condition, the control method further comprises the following steps:
s225: and judging whether the viscosity of the oil pool meets the first condition again.
It can be understood that when the viscosity of the oil pool meets the first condition, it indicates that the viscosity of the oil pool is low, the electric heating belt needs to be started for the first time threshold, and after the heating is completed, the viscosity of the oil pool at the moment is judged once again.
Further, after the auxiliary electronic expansion valve is opened when the oil sump temperature satisfies the second condition, the control method further includes:
s241: judging whether the temperature of the oil pool meets a third condition;
s246: and when the temperature of the oil pool meets a third condition, closing the auxiliary electronic expansion valve and controlling the frequency of the compressor to rise.
It should be noted that, when the oil sump temperature satisfies the third condition, the auxiliary electronic expansion valve needs to be closed, and at this time, the oil sump temperature may decrease, and in order to prevent the oil sump temperature from decreasing too much when the auxiliary electronic expansion valve is closed, the third threshold value is set to be greater than the second threshold value in the present scheme, so that the situation that the oil sump temperature decreases to be lower than the second threshold value after the auxiliary electronic expansion valve is closed, and further the oil sump temperature satisfies the second condition is effectively avoided.
It can understand, increase the judgement whether to satisfy the third condition to oil sump temperature, can guarantee when closing supplementary electronic expansion valve, oil sump temperature can not lead to oil sump temperature to descend because of compressor return air temperature is low, leads to oil sump temperature to satisfy the second condition, and oil sump temperature is less than or equal to the second threshold value promptly, and then makes oil sump temperature can't reach the temperature that gets into normal operating mode. When the temperature of the oil pool meets the condition, the method can control the compressor to enter the normal operation frequency in time, thereby effectively improving the comfort level of a user.
Further, whether the oil pool temperature meets a third condition is judged, and the method comprises the following steps:
s242: comparing the oil pool temperature with a third threshold value;
s243: when the oil pool temperature is greater than or equal to a third threshold value, judging that the oil pool temperature meets a third condition;
wherein the third threshold is greater than the second threshold;
or the like, or, alternatively,
s244: judging the interval of the oil pool temperature;
s245: when the temperature of the oil pool falls into a fifth interval A 5 Judging that the temperature of the oil pool meets a third condition;
wherein A is 5 Left end point value of (a) is greater than 3 The right endpoint value of (a). Illustratively, the third threshold value is 8 ℃, and the fifth interval A 5 The value is 8-12 ℃.
Exemplarily, taking a certain type of 3P air-duct air conditioner as an example, according to the refrigerant flow direction layout during heating, the system uses a refrigerant R410A, and the refrigeration oil is POE. The viscosity of the lubricating oil is divided into 10 grades of 1-10, the viscosity of the lubricating oil in a pure state is 10, and the system viscosity at different temperatures is shown in the following table under the conditions of 2MPa pressure and 5000g of refrigerant.
Figure BDA0003817925380000111
From the above table it can be seen that: the temperature and the viscosity are basically in positive correlation, the solubility of the refrigerant in the lubricating oil is reduced along with the temperature rise of the oil pool, and it should be noted that the solubility is determined by the characteristics of the refrigerant and the refrigeration oil, the lower the temperature is, the higher the liquefaction degree of the refrigerant is, the higher the intersolubility degree of the refrigerant and the refrigeration oil is, the refrigeration oil can be diluted to a greater extent, and the low viscosity of the refrigeration oil is caused. The viscosity 6 is determined by test tests as the viscosity of the lubricating oil which can normally run by the compressor.
Referring to fig. 3, the control method is as follows:
after the air conditioner enters a heating mode, a viscometer detects the viscosity a of an oil pool and the temperature T of the oil pool;
judging whether a is less than or equal to 5.5;
if yes, starting the electric heating belt to heat for 60 seconds, and then judging whether a is less than or equal to 5.5 again;
if not, starting a compressor, controlling the frequency to be low frequency 20Hz, and judging whether T is less than or equal to 4 ℃ at the moment;
if yes, the auxiliary electronic expansion valve is opened until T is more than or equal to 8 ℃, the compressor is controlled to increase the frequency, and the air conditioner enters a normal heating mode to operate;
if not, the compressor is directly controlled to increase the frequency, and the air conditioner enters a normal heating mode to operate.
The method can judge and control the oil temperature according to the viscosity of the oil pool and the temperature of the oil pool, so that the heating time of the oil temperature is not fixed any more, the heating time is short or even not heated when the environmental temperature is higher, the system can enter a heating mode more quickly, the heating time of the oil temperature can be effectively shortened through the arrangement of the plate type heat exchanger on the by-pass pipeline when the environmental temperature is lower, and the use comfort of a user is improved.
