Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the detailed description set forth herein is merely illustrative and explanatory of the present invention and is not restrictive of the invention as claimed below.
The water washing air conditioner has various excellent functions, and is widely applied to production and life. In one example, the washing air conditioner comprises a washing module, and when a hydro-extracting mechanism and a fan in the washing module rotate, water in a water tank can form a water curtain, and then when air passes through, the functions of humidifying and purifying the air are achieved.
As the air passing through the water washing module is humidified and purified by the water washing module, and the proper temperature and humidity environment is suitable for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, a lot of germs may exist in an air duct through which the air needs to pass before returning to the indoor, so that more germs still exist in the air returning to the indoor. In addition, if the water in the water tank of the water washing module is not treated, more germs may exist, the passing air cannot be sterilized, and even the germs in the water can be brought into the air and return to the indoor.
Therefore, in one example, the water added into the water tank is sterilized in advance, so that the water added into the water tank is pure water, thereby preventing air from being polluted by germs existing in the water. In another example, the water in the water tank and the air passing through the water tank are sterilized by providing a sterilization module in the water tank.
However, the sterilization effect of the above solutions is not ideal enough, it is not considered that the air flows, and the sterilization also needs a certain time, and the air is at risk of being polluted again before passing through the air duct and returning to the room, so that the air returning to the room may still have more germs, and the ideal sterilization effect is far from being achieved.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a sterilization control method for a washing air conditioner, which improves the sterilization effect by respectively arranging sterilization modules in a water tank and an air duct of the washing air conditioner; then the operating parameters of the sterilization module in the air duct are controlled by the working time of the sterilization module in the water tank, and unnecessary resource waste is avoided on the premise of ensuring the sterilization effect.
On one hand, air entering the washing air conditioner firstly passes through the water tank, particulate matters in the air can be washed away by water in the water tank, a purifying effect and a humidifying effect are achieved, and meanwhile, the sterilization module in the water tank can perform sterilization and disinfection treatment on the water in the water tank and the air passing through the water tank, so that the air is sterilized for one time; then, the air through once disinfecting can be disinfected by the sterilization module in the wind channel for the second time when passing through the wind channel, and then can return to the indoor, and the air through twice disinfecting is necessarily cleaner, and the requirement of the user on clean air can be better met. On the other hand, the operating parameters of the sterilization module in the air duct are controlled according to the working time of the sterilization module in the water tank, so that the sterilization module in the air duct can be kept in the working state with the highest efficiency to operate, resources are saved as far as possible on the premise of meeting the sterilization requirement, and resource waste is avoided.
The following describes the method, device and equipment for controlling sterilization of a water washing air conditioner and the water washing air conditioner in detail.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a sterilization control method for a water washing air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a sterilization control method for a washing air conditioner, an execution main body of the present embodiment may be a sterilization control device for a washing air conditioner, the device is disposed on the washing air conditioner, the washing air conditioner includes a water tank and an air duct, a first sterilization module is disposed in the water tank, a second sterilization module is disposed in the air duct, and the method includes:
s101, responding to a control instruction for starting a humidification mode, and if the first sterilization module is determined to be in a working state, acquiring the working time of the first sterilization module; the working time is the time between the start of the first sterilization module and the reception of the control instruction.
Illustratively, the washing air conditioner is in a humidifying mode, and a first sterilization module in the water tank and a second sterilization module in the air duct are operated. When the sterilization control device of the washing air conditioner receives a control instruction for starting the humidification mode, the sterilization control device of the washing air conditioner can determine the running state of the first sterilization module in advance so as to determine whether the washing air conditioner meets the condition for starting the humidification mode. If the first sterilization module is determined to be in the working state, the washing air conditioner is indicated to be in accordance with the condition of starting the humidification mode, and the sterilization control device of the washing air conditioner obtains the working time of the first sterilization module; if the first sterilization module is determined to be in the standby state, the condition that the water washing air conditioner is not in accordance with the humidification mode is indicated. The condition that the humidification mode is not started can be that water in the water tank is less, the water level condition is not met, or the fault of the washing air conditioner is avoided.
The invention does not limit how to obtain the working time of the first sterilization module. In one example, the first sterilization module has a timing function, and when the first sterilization module is powered on and starts to work, the timing function is started. In yet another example, the wash air conditioner is provided with a timing module for monitoring and timing the operation time of each device in the wash air conditioner. The working time of the first sterilization module is the time between the start of the first sterilization module and the reception of the control instruction for starting the humidification mode.
S102, determining the operation parameters of the second sterilization module according to the working time of the first sterilization module so as to control the second sterilization module to operate.
Exemplarily, the operating time of the first sterilization module represents the sterilization effect of the first sterilization module, the longer the sterilization time is, the better the sterilization effect is, and if the first sterilization module has been sterilized for a long time, the operating parameters of the second sterilization module can be appropriately adjusted, so that the sterilization effect is optimal, and meanwhile, the second sterilization module is controlled to operate at a lower power, so as to reduce resource waste. Therefore, after the sterilization control device of the washing air conditioner obtains the working time length of the first sterilization module, the sterilization control device determines the operation parameters of the second sterilization module according to the working time length of the first sterilization module so as to control the operation of the second sterilization module.
The invention does not limit the operation parameters of the second sterilization module according to the working time of the first sterilization module. In one example, the operating time of the first sterilization module and the operating parameters of the second sterilization module may be set to be corresponding, and the operating time of each first sterilization module corresponds to a set of operating parameters of the second sterilization module, so as to control the operation of the second sterilization module. In another example, a functional relationship between the operating time of the first sterilization module and the operating parameters of the second sterilization module is set, and the sterilization control device of the washing air conditioner may calculate the corresponding operating parameters according to the functional relationship. In addition, there are other alternatives, and the invention is not limited. The operation parameters of the second sterilization module may include an on-time, an operation power, an operation time, and the like of the second sterilization module, which is not limited in the present invention.
The sterilization control method of the washing air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to the washing air conditioner, wherein the washing air conditioner comprises a water tank and an air duct, a first sterilization module is arranged in the water tank, and a second sterilization module is arranged in the air duct; by responding to a control instruction for starting the humidification mode, if the first sterilization module is determined to be in a working state, the working time of the first sterilization module is obtained; the working time length is the time length between the start of the first sterilization module and the reception of the control instruction; and determining the operation parameters of the second sterilization module according to the working time of the first sterilization module so as to control the second sterilization module to operate. On one hand, better sterilization effect can be achieved by arranging the sterilization modules in the water tank and the air duct respectively so as to meet the requirement of a user on air cleanliness; on the other hand, the working time of the first sterilization module represents the sterilization effect of the first sterilization module, and the operating parameters of the second sterilization module in the air duct are controlled through the working time of the first sterilization module in the water tank, so that the second sterilization module can operate at the optimal working efficiency.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating another sterilization control method for a water washing air conditioner according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides still another sterilization control method for a wash air conditioner, and the execution subject of the present embodiment may be a control system of the wash air conditioner, and the control system of the wash air conditioner controls the operation of the wash air conditioner. The washing air conditioner comprises a water tank and an air duct, wherein a first sterilization module is arranged in the water tank, a second sterilization module is arranged in the air duct, and the method comprises the following steps:
s201, acquiring the water level of the water tank.
Illustratively, after the washing air conditioner is powered on, the washing air conditioner is in a standby state. The control system of the water washing air conditioner obtains the water level of the water tank of the water washing air conditioner, judges whether the water tank is lack of water or not according to the water level and can work normally or not.
In one example, a water level monitoring device is disposed in the water tank, and then the water level of the water tank is obtained, including: and receiving water level monitoring data of the water level monitoring device on the water tank, and determining the water level of the water tank.
For example, a water level detection device, such as a level gauge, is disposed in the water tank of the washing air conditioner, and the water level in the water tank can be monitored, and then the monitoring data is sent to the control system of the washing air conditioner, so that the control system can obtain the water level of the water tank.
S202, controlling the running state of the first sterilization module according to the water level, wherein the running state comprises a working state and a standby state.
For example, after the control system of the water washing air conditioner obtains the water level of the water tank, the first sterilization module can be controlled to be in a working state or a standby state according to the water level.
In one example, controlling the operation state of the first sterilization module according to the water level includes:
s2021, if the water level is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset water level, controlling the first sterilization module to be in a working state, and starting timing.
For example, if it is determined that the water level of the water tank is greater than or equal to the preset water level, which indicates that the water in the water tank is sufficient to maintain the normal operation of the washing air conditioner, the control system of the washing air conditioner starts the first sterilization module to be in the working state, and at the same time, starts timing so as to obtain the working time of the first sterilization module in the following process.
The specific value of the preset water level is not limited, and the water level can be specifically set according to the structure of the water tank, and only the air passing through the water tank can be normally humidified, purified and sterilized.
S2022, if the water level is determined to be lower than the preset water level, controlling the first sterilization module to be in a standby state, and sending prompt information; the prompt information is used for reminding a user of supplementing water to the water tank.
Illustratively, if the water level is determined to be less than the preset water level, it indicates that the water in the water tank is too little, and the washing air conditioner cannot humidify, purify and sterilize the air passing through the water tank, so that the control system of the washing air conditioner controls the first sterilization module to be still in a standby state, and meanwhile, the control system sends prompt information for reminding a user of supplementing water to the water tank, so that the user can timely supplement water, and the air conditioner can normally run various functions.
If the washing air conditioner is connected with the user terminal, the washing air conditioner can send prompt information to the user terminal; or the water washing air conditioner directly sends out early warning prompt information, and nearby operators can obtain the early warning prompt information.
In one example, if the water level is determined to be less than the preset water level, the first sterilization module is controlled to be in a standby state, and the water inlet device of the washing air conditioner is controlled to replenish water to the water tank.
Illustratively, a water inlet device is arranged in a part of the washing air conditioner, and when the control system of the washing air conditioner determines that the water level in the water tank is lower than the preset water level, the control system directly controls the water inlet device to replenish water for the water tank. And when the water level in the water tank is greater than or equal to the preset water level, continuously controlling the first sterilization module to be in a working state, and starting timing.
S203, responding to the control instruction for starting the humidification mode, and if the first sterilization module is determined to be in the working state, acquiring the working time of the first sterilization module.
Illustratively, when the control system of the washing air conditioner receives a control command for starting the humidifying mode, the control system responds to the control command and judges whether the first sterilization module is in a working state. And if the first sterilization module is determined to be in the working state, the working time of the first sterilization module is obtained, so that the working parameters of the second sterilization module are determined according to the working time of the first sterilization module, and the operation of the second sterilization module is controlled.
And S204, if the working time of the first sterilization module is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset time, controlling the second sterilization module to operate at the first power.
For example, if the control system of the washing air conditioner determines that the operating time of the first sterilization module is greater than or equal to the preset time, it may be considered that the water in the water tank has been sterilized well, and when the air passes through the water tank, a better sterilization effect may be obtained, and thus, the sterilization requirement may be met by controlling the second sterilization module to operate at the first power with relatively smaller power.
The preset duration is not particularly limited. The preset time period is set to be related to the sterilization capability of the first sterilization module, if the sterilization capability of the first sterilization module is strong, the preset time period can be set to be relatively short, and if the sterilization capability of the first sterilization module is weak, the preset time period can be set to be long so as to achieve the expected sterilization effect.
S205, if the working time of the first sterilization module is determined to be less than the preset time, the second sterilization module is controlled to operate at a second power, wherein the first power is less than the second power.
For example, if the control system of the water washing air conditioner determines that the working time of the first sterilization module is less than the preset time, it indicates that the water in the water tank has not been completely sterilized, and germs may still exist in the water tank, and therefore, the second sterilization module is controlled to operate at the second power with a larger power to completely sterilize the germs that are not sterilized by the first sterilization module.
In one example, if the working time of the first sterilization module is determined to be less than the preset time, the second sterilization module is controlled to operate at the second power first, and when the working time of the first sterilization module reaches the preset time, the second sterilization module is controlled to be switched to operate at the first power.
For example, if the control system of the water washing air conditioner determines that the operating time of the first sterilization module is shorter than the preset time, the control system may also control the second sterilization module to operate at the second power with a larger power, and switch the operating power of the second sterilization module to the first power with a smaller power when the operating time of the first sterilization module reaches the preset time, so as to avoid resource waste.
In addition, in practical application, different application scenes have different requirements on the sterilization effect. Therefore, the invention does not limit the specific forms of the first sterilization module and the second sterilization module, and can be set according to the actual requirements of different scenes.
In one example, the first and second sterilization modules include one or more of the following sterilization devices: ultraviolet sterilizer, high-frequency acoustic sterilizer, and thermoelectric sterilizer.
