The following description will first describe an embodiment of a method for controlling the temperature of a control panel of a window air conditioner according to the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. The window air conditioner comprises an indoor air duct and an outdoor air duct, wherein the indoor air duct is used for blowing cold air around an evaporator to the indoor to realize air convection so as to reduce the indoor temperature and achieve the purpose of regulating the indoor air temperature, the outdoor air duct is used for discharging hot air around a condenser out of the window air conditioner, when an outdoor fan discharges air outwards, a negative-pressure outdoor air duct is formed, the heat dissipation device is placed between the outdoor air duct and the indoor air duct, the negative pressure of the outdoor air duct is utilized to enable the air outside to enter through an air inlet of a housing of the window air conditioner, the air flow in the outdoor air duct enters an air inlet with adjustable opening degree in the shell of the heat dissipation device and can be discharged from an air outlet in the shell to form circulating air, and therefore the high-temperature air around a control panel can be discharged out of the window air conditioner by utilizing the air negative pressure formed by the outdoor air duct to cool the control panel.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating the main steps of a control panel temperature control method for a window air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling the temperature of the control panel of the window air conditioner in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps S101 to S104.
Step S101: and determining a first actual temperature difference between the actual temperature and the target temperature of the control plate and taking the first actual temperature difference as a temperature difference to be processed.
The actual temperature of the control board can be determined by arranging a temperature sensing element on the control board or can be remotely acquired by an infrared temperature sensor, which is not limited by the invention. The target temperature is the temperature at which the electronic components on the control board work most efficiently, and can be determined by a person skilled in the art according to the model of the control board, and the invention is not limited too much.
Step S102: controlling the rotating speed of an outdoor fan in the window air conditioner according to the temperature difference to be processed, judging whether the temperature difference to be processed is larger than zero, and executing the step S103 if the temperature difference to be processed is larger than zero; if the temperature difference to be processed is less than or equal to zero, step S104 is executed.
Step S103: matching corresponding fan rotating speed increment according to the temperature difference to be processed; and increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the fan rotating speed increment, then detecting the temperature variation of the control board at regular time, and correcting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the temperature variation when the temperature variation is detected every time.
Wherein, in order to realize controlling the indoor ambient temperature at window machine place, the outdoor fan of window machine need constantly be with the heat discharge that indoor heat exchanger produced, consequently, the discharge of heat need be realized through rotatory flabellum to outdoor fan, and the rotational speed of outdoor fan work is basic rotational speed. The fan speed increment is the additionally increased rotating speed of the outdoor fan on the basis of the basic rotating speed. The rotating speed of the outdoor fan is corrected by adjusting the rotating speed of the fan to be the sum of the basic rotating speed and the rotating speed increment of the fan.
Step S104: and maintaining the current rotating speed of the outdoor fan unchanged.
Because the temperature difference to be processed is less than or equal to zero, namely the actual temperature of the control panel is less than or equal to the target temperature, under the condition, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan does not need to be increased.
Based on the method described in the above steps S101 to S104, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan can be reasonably regulated according to the difference between the actual temperature and the target temperature of the control board, so that the temperature of the control board is regulated, and components on the control board can efficiently work at a proper temperature.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the step S103 of detecting the temperature variation of the control board at regular time and correcting the rotation speed of the outdoor fan according to the temperature variation each time the temperature variation is detected may be implemented as follows:
if delta t is greater than tf1, reducing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan;
if delta t is less than or equal to tf2, increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan;
if tf2 is less than delta t and less than or equal to tf1, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is not corrected;
where Δ t represents the above temperature change amount, and tf1 and tf2 represent a preset upper limit value and a preset lower limit value of the temperature change amount, respectively. the tf1 and the tf2 are set according to different control board working environments and working states when the temperature of the control board is controlled; the detection frequency of the timing detection is also set according to actual requirements, and the specific values of tf1 and tf2 and the specific values of the frequency of the timing detection are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
As an example, the frequency of detecting the temperature variation Δ t of the timing detection control board may be once every 5 seconds, tf1 is 10 ℃, tf2 is 5 ℃, and the basic rotational speed of the outdoor fan operation is 1200 rpm. When the temperature change amount of the control plate was detected once, Δ t was found to be 4 ℃. Since Δ t is less than 5 ℃, the cooling effect is too slow, and in order to reduce the temperature of the control panel more quickly, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan needs to be increased, and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted to 1220 revolutions per minute. After 5 seconds, when the temperature change amount of the control plate was detected again, Δ t was found to be 8 ℃. Since the temperature is 5 ℃ and delta t is less than or equal to 10 ℃, the temperature reduction effect meets the requirement at the moment, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is not adjusted any more, and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is kept at 1220 revolutions per minute.
By comparing the temperature variation with the preset upper limit value and the preset lower limit value of the temperature variation, the efficiency of temperature variation, namely the cooling effect, can be determined. The rotating speed of the outdoor unit is further adjusted according to the cooling effect, and the accuracy of temperature regulation and control of the control panel is further ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the step of detecting the temperature variation of the control board at regular time in the step S103 and correcting the rotation speed of the outdoor fan according to the temperature variation each time the temperature variation is detected further includes:
and step S1031, after correcting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the currently detected temperature variation, determining a second actual temperature difference between the actual temperature and the target temperature of the control board.
Step S1032, determining whether the second actual temperature difference and the first actual temperature difference fall within a same preset temperature interval, if yes, performing step S1033; if not, go to step S1034.
The temperature intervals are defined for correcting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, and the temperature intervals with different quantities can be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements.
As an example, one embodiment of the present invention sets 4 temperature intervals, and for convenience of understanding, the second actual temperature difference is Δ t2It is shown that the 4 temperature intervals are: temperature interval 1, Δ t2Is less than or equal to 0 ℃; the temperature range is 2, 0 ℃ and delta t2Less than or equal to 10 ℃; the temperature range is 3, 10 ℃ and delta t2Less than or equal to 30 ℃; temperature interval 4, Δ t2Is greater than 30 ℃. Detected that the delta t is 15 ℃ and the delta t is2At 12 ℃, Δ t and Δ t2All fall within temperature interval 2.
Because of Δ t and Δ t2Falling within the same preset temperature interval, step S1033 is performed.
And step S1033, continuously and regularly detecting the temperature variation of the control panel, and correcting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the temperature variation detected each time.
Wherein, revise like before, according to the rotational speed of temperature variation to outdoor fan, no longer give details here.
And S1034, taking the second actual temperature difference as a new temperature difference to be processed, and controlling the rotating speed of the outdoor fan in the window air conditioner according to the new temperature difference to be processed so as to adjust the temperature of the control panel.
It should be noted that the specific method of step S1034 is similar to the method described in step S102 in the foregoing method embodiment, and is not repeated here.
Divide the temperature into different temperature intervals, through detecting whether first temperature difference and second temperature difference fall on same temperature interval, can avoid control panel temperature to change at the excessive speed, and the fan rotational speed can in time be updated when control panel temperature rapid change with the unmatched condition of control panel temperature to the temperature of better control panel.
The above is a description of an embodiment of a control panel temperature control method for a window air conditioner according to the present invention, and the following is a description of another embodiment of a control panel temperature control method for a window air conditioner according to the present invention.
In an embodiment of the method for controlling the temperature of the control panel for the window air conditioner, the window air conditioner may further include a heat dissipation device disposed between an indoor air duct and an outdoor air duct of the window air conditioner, the heat dissipation device includes a housing and a heat sink disposed in the housing, the control main board is also disposed in the housing, and the heat sink is configured to dissipate heat from the control main board; the shell is provided with an air inlet with adjustable opening degree and an air outlet for discharging airflow from the interior of the shell, wherein the air inlet enables the airflow in the outdoor air duct to enter the interior of the shell. In addition to the steps S101 to S104 described in the foregoing method embodiments, the control method for controlling the temperature of the control panel for a window air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include the following step of determining the opening degree of the air inlet (step S100) before performing the step S101;
specifically, the step of determining the opening degree of the intake port may include the steps of:
judging whether the opening degree of the air inlet reaches the maximum value or not;
if yes, the process continues to step S101 and the following steps.
If not, maintaining the current rotating speed of the outdoor fan unchanged, and not executing the step S101 and the subsequent steps.
