During actual use, the locking pin body 141 extends into the first accommodating cavity under the elastic force of the second spring 142, so that the first inclined surface is in contact fit with the second inclined surface of the pressing plate 15, when the pressing plate 15 is pressed down, the pressing plate 15 extrudes the locking pin bodies 141 on two sides to compress the second spring 142 by utilizing the fit of the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface, so that the locking pin bodies 141 extend outwards to the insertion positioning holes 103, and the female end connector 1 is more firmly installed on the LED lamp strip.
As shown in fig. 2 to 11, based on the above embodiment, further, a plurality of first contact terminals 16 arranged at intervals are embedded in the bottom surface of the first accommodating cavity, for example, six first contact terminals 16 arranged at intervals are arranged in the present embodiment, and the inner end of each first contact terminal 16 penetrates through the bottom of the female socket 11 and is exposed; a tongue plate 24 is arranged at the inner bottom of the second accommodating cavity, the outer end of the tongue plate 24 extends out of the second accommodating cavity, an avoiding opening for avoiding the unidirectional ratchet 12 is formed in the outer end of the tongue plate 24, a plurality of second contact terminals 25 arranged at intervals are embedded in the bottom surface of the tongue plate 24, specifically, the number of the second contact terminals 25 is set to six, and a connecting window communicated with the second accommodating cavity is formed in the bottom of the male seat 21, so that the inner end part of the second contact terminal 25 is exposed; wherein, when the male seat 21 is inserted into the female seat 11, the tongue plate 24 is positioned below the pressing plate 15.
Specifically, after the female terminal connector 1 or the male terminal connector 2 is installed in the installation groove 101 of the LED strip, the inner end portion of the first contact terminal 16 or the second contact terminal 25 is exposed through the buckling hole 102 so as to be electrically connected with the LED strip in a contacting manner, when the inserting is performed, the tongue plate 24 is inserted into the first accommodating cavity and located below the pressing plate 15, the second contact terminals 25 are respectively and correspondingly attached to the first contact terminals 16 in an abutting manner for electrical contact, and meanwhile, due to the pressing of the pressing plate 15, pressure is generated on the tongue plate 24 to generate positive pressure on the second contact terminals 25, so that the second contact terminals 25 are kept in contact with the first contact terminals 16, the electrical performance of the connector is more reliable, and the two LED strips are electrically connected together.
In this embodiment, the tongue plate 24 is slidably connected to the male seat 21; the top surface of each first contact terminal 16 is provided with a first receiving groove 161 along the length direction thereof; a second containing groove 251 is formed in the bottom surface of each second contact terminal 25 along the length direction of the second contact terminal, a first channel 252 communicated with the second containing groove 251 is further formed in each second contact terminal 25, at least one connecting seat 26 is further fixed at the inner end of the tongue plate 24, a plurality of second channels 261 are formed in the connecting seat 26, one end of each second channel 261 is communicated with the corresponding first channel 252 in the second contact terminal 25, at least one flexible conductive glue bag 27 is further fixed at the inner end of the tongue plate 24, conductive glue is filled in the conductive glue bag 27, and the conductive glue bag 27 is communicated with each second channel 261 in the corresponding connecting seat 26; the conductive glue bag 27 is located between the inner end of the tongue plate 24 and the inner cavity wall of the second accommodating cavity, and a third spring 28 is arranged between the inner end of the tongue plate 24 and the inner cavity wall of the second accommodating cavity.
Specifically, the number of the connecting seats 26 is two, correspondingly, the number of the conductive capsules 27 is two, six first contact terminals 16 are distributed on two sides of the unidirectional ratchet 12, six second contact terminals 25 are symmetrically arranged, such that one connecting seat 26 is correspondingly connected with three second contact terminals 25, when the male end connector 2 is inserted into the female end connector 1, the tongue plate 24 is inserted into the first accommodating cavity, so that the second contact terminals 25 are in contact with the first contact terminals 16, until the escape opening on the tongue plate 24 abuts against the ratchet shaft 123 of the unidirectional ratchet 12, the first accommodating cavity 161 and the second accommodating cavity form a cavity in a sealed manner, and then the male seat 21 is continuously pushed, so that the male seat 21 drives the rack 23 and the tongue plate 24 to generate relative motion, the rack 23 drives the unidirectional ratchet 12 to rotate forward, so that the pressing plate 15 is pressed downward, the tongue plate 24 is pressed in the first accommodating cavity, the sealing performance of the cavity is ensured, as the male base 21 moves relative to the tongue plate 24, the inner cavity wall of the male base 21 presses the conductive adhesive bag 27, so that the conductive adhesive in the conductive adhesive bag 27 is filled into the cavity through the second channel 261 and the first channel 252, the conductive adhesive, the first contact terminal 16 and the second contact terminal 25 form a conductive channel to ensure the electrical contact between the first contact terminal 16 and the second contact terminal 25, and the problem that the connector cannot be conducted due to the elastic drop of the conductive pins caused by metal fatigue is solved, meanwhile, the first accommodating groove 161 is arranged on the first contact terminal 16, and the second accommodating groove 251 is arranged on the second contact terminal 25, so that a sealed cavity is formed after plugging, the conductive adhesive is filled into the cavity to form a conductive path, and thus the connector failure caused by the terminal being exposed and oxidized for a long time is avoided, the structural reliability is higher.
In this embodiment, the second contact terminal 25 is made of a flexible conductive material, so that under the pressing action of the pressing plate 15, the sealing performance of the cavity formed between the first receiving groove 161 and the second receiving groove 251 is better, the conductive adhesive is effectively prevented from overflowing the cavity, and the structure is more reliable.

1. A quick connector with strong flexibility is characterized by comprising a female end connector (1) and a male end connector (2) which is used for being plugged into the female end connector (1);
the female end connector (1) comprises a female seat (11), two outer side walls of the female seat (11) are respectively provided with a first buckle (111), the female seat (11) is provided with a first accommodating cavity, a one-way ratchet (12) is vertically and rotatably connected in the first accommodating cavity, an elastic pawl (13) used for locking the one-way ratchet (12) in a one-way mode is further installed in the first accommodating cavity, the elastic pawl (13) is provided with a shifting shaft (134), a first strip-shaped hole (112) is formed in the top of the female seat (11) corresponding to the shifting shaft (134), and the shifting shaft (134) is movably embedded into the first strip-shaped hole (112);
the male end connector (2) comprises a male seat (21), second buckles (211) are arranged on two side walls of the male seat (21), the male seat (21) is provided with a second accommodating cavity, a guide plate (22) is fixedly connected in the second accommodating cavity, the outer end of the guide plate (22) extends out of the second accommodating cavity, the outer end of the guide plate (22) is provided with a U-shaped notch, and a rack (23) matched with the one-way ratchet wheel (12) is fixed on the inner side wall of one end of the U-shaped notch;
the elastic pawl (13) comprises a pawl seat (131), a pawl body (132) and a first spring (133), the pawl seat (131) is correspondingly fixed on the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, one end of the pawl body (132) extends into the pawl seat (131) in a sliding mode, the first spring (133) is arranged in the pawl seat (131), two ends of the first spring (133) are respectively abutted to the inner wall of the pawl seat (131) and one end of the pawl body (132), a second strip-shaped hole is formed in the top of the pawl seat (131), one end of the shifting shaft (134) penetrates through the second strip-shaped hole and then is fixedly connected to the pawl body (132), the other end of the shifting shaft (134) is movably embedded into the first strip-shaped hole (112), and the other end of the pawl body (132) extends out of the pawl seat (131) under the action of the first spring (133) and then is matched with the one-way ratchet (12).

The quick connector with strong flexibility according to claim 1, characterized in that elastic locking pins (14) penetrate through two inner side walls of the first accommodating cavity respectively, a pressure plate (15) is movably sleeved on the one-way ratchet (12), two spiral grooves (124) which are arranged in parallel are formed in the one-way ratchet (12), two symmetrically arranged clamping pins are convexly arranged on the pressure plate (15), the clamping pins are movably embedded into the corresponding spiral grooves (124), and the inner end of the pressure plate (15) is in wedge-shaped fit with the two elastic locking pins (14) so that the two elastic locking pins (14) penetrate out of the female seat (11) from two sides of the first accommodating cavity respectively under the extrusion of the pressure plate (15);
the one-way ratchet (12) comprises a ratchet shaft body (123), and the spiral groove (124) is formed in the ratchet shaft body (123);
the elastic locking pin (14) comprises a locking pin body (141) and a second spring (142), the outer end of the locking pin body (141) is movably arranged on the female seat (11) in a penetrating mode, a first inclined plane is arranged at the inner end of the locking pin body (141), two side walls of the inner end of the pressing plate (15) are respectively provided with a second inclined plane used for being matched with the first inclined plane, the locking pin body (141) is sleeved with the second spring (142), and the two ends of the second spring (142) are respectively abutted to the inner side wall of the first accommodating cavity and the inner end of the locking pin body (141).

The quick connector with high flexibility according to claim 2, wherein the one-way ratchet (12) comprises a first ratchet portion (121) and a second ratchet portion (122), the first ratchet portion (121) and the second ratchet portion (122) are both sleeved on the upper end of the ratchet shaft body (123), the first ratchet portion (121) is located above the second ratchet portion (122), the first ratchet portion (121) is used for being matched with the rack (23), the second ratchet portion (122) is used for being matched with the elastic pawl (13), and the pressing plate (15) is movably sleeved on the ratchet shaft body (123) and located below the second ratchet portion (122).

A flexible quick connector according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a plurality of first contact terminals (16) are embedded in the bottom surface of the first accommodating cavity, and the inner end of each first contact terminal (16) penetrates through the bottom of the female socket (11) and is exposed;
a tongue plate (24) is arranged at the inner bottom of the second accommodating cavity, the outer end of the tongue plate (24) extends out of the second accommodating cavity, an avoiding opening for avoiding the one-way ratchet (12) is formed in the outer end of the tongue plate (24), a plurality of second contact terminals (25) arranged at intervals are embedded in the bottom surface of the tongue plate (24), and a connecting window communicated with the second accommodating cavity is formed in the bottom of the male seat (21);
when the male seat (21) is inserted into the female seat (11), the tongue plate (24) is positioned below the pressure plate (15).
5. A flexible quick connector according to claim 4, wherein the tongue plate (24) is slidably attached to the male socket (21);
the top surface of each first contact terminal (16) is provided with a first accommodating groove (161) along the length direction;
a second containing groove (251) is formed in the bottom surface of each second contact terminal (25) along the length direction of the bottom surface, a first channel (252) communicated with the second containing groove (251) is further arranged in each second contact terminal (25), at least one connecting seat (26) is further fixed at the inner end of each tongue plate (24), a plurality of second channels (261) are formed in the connecting seat (26), one end of each second channel (261) is communicated with the corresponding first channel (252) in the second contact terminal (25), at least one flexible conductive glue bag (27) is further fixed at the inner end of each tongue plate (24), conductive glue is filled in each conductive glue bag (27), and each conductive glue bag (27) is communicated with each second channel (261) in the corresponding connecting seat (26); the conductive glue bag (27) is positioned between the inner end of the tongue plate (24) and the inner cavity wall of the second accommodating cavity, and a third spring (28) is arranged between the inner end of the tongue plate (24) and the inner cavity wall of the second accommodating cavity.
