Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a thickened oil hot-application gas injection device with a bidirectional gas injection function and a heat loss reduction function, and aims to overcome the defects that a first blocking piece and a second blocking piece cannot be horizontally placed, the blocking pieces incline or even fall off under the high-pressure condition, the one-way gas injection efficiency is low, the fluidity of thickened oil around an air bag is not enhanced, thickened oil is mixed between the air bag and a shaft when the air bag is in contact with the shaft, and the heat generated at the bottom of a combustion chamber is not utilized when the water level of an evaporation chamber is reduced.
The technical scheme is as follows: a thickened oil thermal-adoption gas injection device for reducing heat loss comprises a support shell, wherein a steam transmission cavity is arranged in the support shell, a driving assembly is arranged in the steam transmission cavity, a screw rod connected with the driving assembly through gear transmission is rotatably arranged in the support shell, a slide rod is matched with a screw thread, an annular cylinder cavity is arranged in the slide rod, an isolation disc fixedly connected with the slide rod is arranged in the support shell in a sliding manner, two plugging pieces are symmetrically arranged, one plugging piece is connected with the slide rod in a sliding manner, the other plugging piece is fixedly connected with the slide rod, the plugging piece connected with the slide rod in a sliding manner is fixedly connected with the support shell, a gas pressure cavity, a cylindrical cavity, a first annular cavity, a first connecting through hole, a second annular cavity and a gas vent are arranged in the plugging piece, the first connecting through hole is communicated with the first annular cavity, the second annular cavity is communicated with the gas vent, a first gas guide pipe is arranged on the support shell, a steam production mechanism for generating steam injected by thickened oil is arranged on the support shell, a semi-cylindrical rod is fixedly connected with the isolation disc, the semi-annular cylinder rod is respectively connected with the isolation disc and the isolation disc, the semi-annular cylinder component, and the semi-annular cylinder rod is communicated with the second gas guide pipe in the second gas guide pipe, and the second annular cylinder correction cavity, and the isolation disc, and the second gas guide pipe is communicated with the isolation disc, and the second annular cylinder correction component;

Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that horizontal calibration is carried out after the plugging piece is placed through the correction assembly, the target interval is better plugged for the two subsequent partition assemblies, the plugging piece is supported through the sliding rod, the situation that the plugging piece is inclined and separated due to the increase of the pressure of the target interval is avoided, the better plugging effect of the target interval is realized, the original one-way gas injection is replaced through the two-way gas injection, the using amount of steam is reduced, the heat loss is reduced, the gas injection time is shortened, the better steam injection effect is realized, the steam is discharged to the outer side of the gas bag through the gas discharge hole, the liquidity of the surrounding oil is increased, the gas bag pushes away the surrounding oil more easily in the contact process of the gas bag and the inner wall of the shaft, after the gas bag is in contact with the inner wall of the shaft, the oil hardly remains between the gas bag and the inner wall of the shaft, the better plugging effect of the target interval is realized, the heat overflow is avoided, the heat loss is reduced, the reaction shell is surrounded through the water in the steam cavity, and the heat generated by the gas is fully utilized.

When thick oil in a medium and small oil field needs to be steamed, an operator firstly determines the thickness of thick oil in the medium and small oil field, namely the thickness of a target layer section, puts the device into a shaft through other hoisting equipment and places the device above the target layer section, an initial position separation disc 5 is positioned above a steam transmission cavity 101, two plugging pieces 6 are adjacent, then the operator starts a driving assembly 2 through a control terminal, the driving assembly 2 drives a screw rod 3 to rotate, the separation disc 5 is limited by a semi-cylindrical rod and the separation disc 5 is fixedly connected with a sliding rod 4, therefore, under the driving of the screw rod 3, the sliding rod 4 drives the separation disc 5 and a plugging piece 6 below the separation disc to move downwards, when the plugging piece 6 below the target layer section moves below the target layer section, the operator stops the driving assembly 2 through the control terminal, at the moment, the target layer section is positioned between the two plugging pieces 6, then the operator starts a steam production mechanism 9 through the control terminal to generate steam, the generated steam enters the steam transmission cavity 101, a part of the steam transmission cavity 101 enters a correction assembly 11 and a steam correction assembly 1 in the casing, the steam correction assembly 1 drives the steam transmission cavity to correct and a steam transmission cavity 1, the steam transmission cavity to support the casing 11, and a steam transmission mechanism 11, the casing 11 is started, the steam transmission mechanism 12, the straightening assembly 11 injects steam around the two plugging pieces 6, so that the mobility of crude oil around the two plugging pieces 6 is increased, and the sealing performance between the partition assembly 12 and the shaft is enhanced.
After the support shell 1 is corrected, an operator starts the partition component 12 through the control terminal to block a target interval, meanwhile, the partition component 12 blocks the correction component 11, the correction component 11 stops injecting steam around the two blocking pieces 6, after the target interval is blocked, the operator starts the partition component 12 through the control terminal to open the detection component 13, the detection component 13 opens the blocking pieces 6, because the steam in the two blocking pieces 6 is in a high-pressure state, after the blocking pieces 6 are opened, the petroleum cannot enter the second annular cavity 606, after the blocking pieces 6 are opened, the operator closes the partition component 12 through the control terminal, the steam in the blocking pieces 6 enters the target interval, the steam is injected into the thick oil in the target interval, the flowability of the thick oil is increased, the subsequent petroleum is convenient to be extracted, the original one-way gas injection is replaced by the two-way gas injection, the use amount of the steam is reduced, the heat loss is reduced, the gas injection time is shortened, the better steam injection effect is achieved, the blocking pieces 6 are supported through the sliding rods 4, the increase of the pressure of the target interval is avoided, and the better blocking piece 6 is blocked, and the better blocking effect of the blocking of the target interval is achieved.
In the steam injection process, the sealing performance between the sealing component 10 and the supporting shell 1 is enhanced, steam overflow is prevented, meanwhile, steam is prevented from entering the driving component 2 in the steam transmission cavity 101, normal operation of the driving component 2 is guaranteed, meanwhile, the sliding rod 4 is made of an aluminum alloy material, the aluminum alloy has good thermal conductivity and higher hardness than pure aluminum, when steam enters the annular cylinder cavity 401, partial heat of the steam is transmitted to a target interval through the sliding rod 4, temperature increase of the target interval is assisted, fluidity of thick oil is increased, a better steam injection effect is achieved, after steam injection of the target interval is completed, an operator starts the partition component 12 through the control terminal to reset the detection component 13, the detection component 13 blocks the air holes 607, the correction component 11 and the partition component 12 are connected through the control terminal, after the correction component 11 is reset, the operator closes the steam production mechanism 9 through the control terminal, steam injection into the target interval is stopped, the drive component 2 is started through the control terminal to reset, the blockage 6 is plugged through the lifting equipment, after the device is reset, the operator takes out the device from a lifting device, and extracts subsequent oil from a well.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, an air pressure cavity 601, a cylindrical cavity 602, a first annular cavity 603, a first connecting through hole 604, a second connecting through hole 605, a second annular cavity 606 and an air hole 607 are arranged in the sealing member 6, the first connecting through hole 604 communicates the air pressure cavity 601 with the first annular cavity 603, the second annular cavity 606 communicates with the air hole 607, and the correcting component 11 communicates with the second annular cavity 606.
As shown in fig. 4, the steam production mechanism 9 includes a reaction housing 901, the reaction housing 901 is disposed at the lower side of the support housing 1, the first air duct 7 is embedded in the reaction housing 901, a combustion chamber 9011 is disposed in the reaction housing 901, an ignition part is disposed in the combustion chamber 9011, the ignition part is electrically connected to the control terminal, a steam chamber 902 is formed between the reaction housing 901 and the support housing 1, the steam chamber 902 is communicated with the steam transfer chamber 101 through a through hole, the combustion chamber 9011 is communicated with a gas pipe 903 and an air pipe 904, the steam chamber 902 is communicated with a water inlet pipe 905, a water inlet of the water inlet pipe 905 is located at the lower part of the steam chamber 902, water is injected below the steam chamber 902, contact between water and high-temperature water above water is avoided, the higher water density is smaller, the lower density of the low-density liquid is located above the high-density liquid, therefore, the steam production efficiency is higher, and a better steam production effect is achieved by injecting water below.
As shown in fig. 5, the sealing assembly 10 includes a sealing ring 1001, a sealing ring 1001 matched with the separation disc 5 is sleeved on the upper portion of the sliding rod 4, a sealing plate 1002 is welded on the upper portion of the sliding rod 4, the sealing plate 1002 is provided with an air guide hole 1003 communicating the steam transfer cavity 101 with the annular cylinder cavity 401, the sealing plate 1002 is in a frustum shape, the lower side surface of the sealing ring 1001 is set to be an arc-shaped surface matched with the sealing plate 1002, the sealing ring 1001 is made of an elastic material, the lower surface of the sealing ring 1001 can expand outwards when being pressurized, the pressure between the sealing ring 1001 and the supporting shell 1 is increased, steam overflow is prevented, a better sealing effect is achieved, and the sealing ring 1001 and the sealing plate 1002 are connected with the semi-cylindrical rod in a sliding manner.

As shown in fig. 9, the partition assembly 12 includes an air pump 1201, the air pump 1201 is disposed in the blocking member 6, the air pump 1201 is communicated with the first annular cavity 603 through a through hole, a first electromagnetic valve 1202 is disposed in the first connection through hole 604, a second electromagnetic valve 1203 is disposed in the second connection through hole 605, an air bag 1204 communicated with the second connection through hole 605 is disposed outside the blocking member 6, since oil around the air bag 1204 is filled with steam, the fluidity of the oil is increased, the air bag 1204 is easier to push away surrounding oil in the process of contacting the air bag 1204 with the inner wall of the wellbore, a pressure sensor 1205 is disposed in the first annular cavity 603, and the first electromagnetic valve 1202, the second electromagnetic valve 1203 and the pressure sensor 1205 are electrically connected to the control terminal.

When thick oil of a medium and small oil field needs to be steamed, an operator firstly determines the thickness of thick oil of the medium and small oil field, namely the thickness of a target interval, puts the device into a shaft through other hoisting equipment and places the device above the target interval, an initial position separation disc 5 is positioned above a steam transmission cavity 101, two plugging pieces 6 are adjacent, then the operator starts a driving component 2 through a control terminal, the driving component 2 drives a screw rod 3 to rotate, the separation disc 5 is limited by a semi-cylindrical rod and the separation disc 5 is fixedly connected with a sliding rod 4, so that the sliding rod 4 drives the separation disc 5 and the plugging piece 6 below to move downwards under the driving of the screw rod 3, when the plugging piece 6 below moves to the lower part of the target interval, the operator stops the driving component 2 through the control terminal, at the moment, target layer section is located between two shutoff pieces 6, operating personnel starts the piece of lighting a fire in the burning chamber 9011 through control terminal afterwards, gas pipe 903 injects the gas to burning chamber 9011, air pipe 904 injects the air to burning chamber 9011, inlet tube 905 injects water into steam chamber 902, the piece of lighting a fire the water of gas in to steam chamber 902 heats steam production, water through steam chamber 902 will react the casing 901 and surround, make full use of the heat that the gas produced, along with the production of steam, water level reduces gradually in the steam chamber 902, the water inlet setting of inlet tube 905 is in steam chamber 902 lower part, through constantly carrying out the water injection to steam chamber 902 below, avoided water and top high temperature water contact, the higher water density of temperature is less, the density is little is located the top, better water injection effect has been realized.

When the pressure sensor 1205 detects that the pressure in the first annular cavity 603 reaches a preset value, an operator closes the first electromagnetic valve 1202 through the control terminal, and opens the second electromagnetic valve 1203, at this time, the first annular cavity is communicated with the air bag 1204 through the second connecting through hole 605, the pressure in the air bag 1204 gradually increases, the air bag 1204 starts to expand and gradually contacts with the inner wall of the shaft and seals a target interval, because the petroleum around the air bag 1204 is filled with steam, the fluidity of the petroleum is increased, in the process that the air bag 1204 contacts with the inner wall of the shaft, the air bag 1204 can more easily push away the surrounding petroleum, meanwhile, the air bag 1204 gradually seals the exhaust hole 1104, the injection of steam around the two sealing pieces 6 is stopped, and after the air bag 1204 contacts with the inner wall of the shaft, the petroleum hardly remains between the air bag 1204 and the inner wall of the shaft, a better sealing effect on the target interval is achieved, heat overflow is avoided, and heat loss is reduced.
When the air bag 1204 contacts with the inner wall of the shaft, the pressure sensor 1205 detects that the pressure in the first annular cavity 603 reaches the preset value again, the operator closes the second electromagnetic valve 1203 through the control terminal, at this time, the first electromagnetic valve 1202 and the second electromagnetic valve 1203 are both closed, as the pressure in the first annular cavity 603 increases, the piston disc 1302 drives the guide rod 1304 to move upwards, the guide rod 1304 drives the blocking disc 1306 to move upwards, the air holes 607 are gradually opened, the spring 1305 is compressed, when the piston disc 1302 contacts with the switch 1303, the air holes 607 are opened, the steam in the second annular cavity 606 enters the target interval through the air holes 607, and because the steam in the two second annular cavities 606 is in a high-pressure state, after the bleeder vent 607 is opened, oil can not get into in the second annular cavity 606 through bleeder vent 607, operating personnel closes air pump 1201 through control terminal, thick oil to the target interval pours into steam into, the mobility of thick oil increases, make things convenient for the extraction of follow-up oil, replace original one-way gas injection through two-way gas injection, the use amount of steam has been reduced, the thermal loss has been reduced, the gas injection time has been shortened, better steam injection effect has been realized, support shutoff piece 6 through slide bar 4, it leads to shutoff piece 6 to take place the slope to have avoided the increase of target interval pressure, the condition such as break away from appears, better target interval shutoff effect has been realized.
