In order to process abnormal conditions occurring in the unidirectional anti-backflow passage, the unidirectional anti-backflow passage system further comprises a video monitoring camera and/or a pedestrian call-for-help button (not shown), the video monitoring camera and the pedestrian call-for-help button are arranged in the unidirectional anti-backflow passage, when a passer encounters an emergency abnormal condition in the unidirectional anti-backflow passage, the passer can prompt a background worker through the pedestrian call-for-help button, the background worker can know field conditions and communicate the call-for-help worker through the video monitoring camera, and if necessary, the nearby worker is informed to the field to process the abnormal conditions.
In order to ensure the continuous uninterrupted normal operation of the one-way backflow-preventing channel system, the one-way backflow-preventing channel system also comprises an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), when the mains supply is abnormally powered off, the one-way backflow-preventing channel system is automatically switched to the UPS for supplying power, and when the mains supply is recovered, the one-way backflow-preventing channel system is automatically switched back to the mains supply for supplying power and simultaneously charges the UPS.
According to the one-way backflow-preventing channel system, the outer door and the inner door which are interlocked are combined with various sensors, so that one-way backflow-preventing passing with high security performance can be realized, a passer can be prevented from entering in the opposite direction, the problem of personnel flow limitation in a specific place can be solved, and the security requirement of an environment without the need of internal staff to watch is met; and the functions of limiting the number of single passers, recording the total number of passers, identifying reverse break-in and the like are realized by utilizing the mutual cooperation of various sensors, and the functions of preventing articles from being left over, preventing reverse article transmission, preventing door opening and closing from being collided, monitoring remote equipment, warning and prompting, protecting multiple anti-pinch functions and the like are also realized.
As shown in fig. 6, the present invention further provides a control method of a one-way backflow prevention channel system, including the following steps:
step 100: the one-way backflow preventing channel system is set to be in an initial state, the outer door 2 and the inner door 3 are both in a closed state, when a passerby enters an outer door detection area, the external infrared action sensor 9 detects the passerby and sends a signal to the control unit 8, the control unit 8 controls the driving device 7 to open the outer door 2, the passerby enters the one-way backflow preventing channel through the outer door 2, and at the moment, the inner door 3 is in a closed state;
the outer door detection area is positioned outside the one-way backflow preventing channel and close to the outer door 2, the detection area of the external infrared motion sensor 9 at least covers the outer door detection area, and a passer-by person needs to enter the one-way backflow preventing channel through the outer door detection area and the outer door 2 in sequence;
in the process that a passer-by enters the one-way backflow preventing channel, the outer door active infrared sensor 10 detects the positions of the passer-by and articles passing through the outer door 2 so as to achieve the safety performance of door opening and closing collision prevention and clamping prevention;
the outer door active infrared sensor 10 is arranged right above an outer door movement area of the one-way anti-backflow passage, the outer door movement area is positioned inside the one-way anti-backflow passage and is close to the outer door 2, a detection area of the outer door active infrared sensor 10 at least covers the outer door movement area, and a passer-by person needs to go to the inner door 3 through the outer door 2 and the outer door movement area in sequence;
the control method of the one-way backflow-preventing channel system further comprises a timing entering step, when a passer enters an outer door detection area, the external infrared motion sensor 9 detects the passer and sends a signal to the control unit 8, the control unit 8 controls the driving device 7 to open the outer door 2, if the passer does not enter the one-way backflow-preventing channel within a set time, such as 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds and the like, the control unit 8 controls the driving device 7 to close the outer door 2;
step 101: the outer door infrared counting sensor 12 counts the number of persons passing through the outer door 2 into the one-way backflow preventing channel, when the number of persons passing through the one-way backflow preventing channel exceeds the set number of persons passing through the one-way backflow preventing channel, the number of persons passing through the one-way backflow preventing channel can be 5 persons, 10 persons, 15 persons and the like for example, the outer door infrared counting sensor 12 sends a signal to the control unit 8, the control unit 8 controls the driving device 7 to close the outer door 2, and at the moment, the inner door 3 is in a closed state;
in the closing process of the outer door 2, the outer door infrared counting sensor 12, the outer door active infrared sensor 10 and the inner infrared grating sensor 14 are jointly arranged in an outer door motion region of the one-way backflow preventing channel to form multiple anti-pinch protection;
step 102: when the outer door 2 is completely closed, the control unit 8 controls the driving device 7 to open the inner door 3, and a passer in the one-way backflow preventing channel leaves the one-way backflow preventing channel through the inner door 3;
the passerby leaves the one-way backflow channel in-process of preventing, interior door initiative infrared sensor 11 detects and passes through the passerby of interior door 3 and the position of article are in order to play the switch door anticollision and the security performance of preventing pressing from both sides.
The inner door active infrared sensor 11 is arranged right above an inner door movement area of the one-way backflow preventing channel, the inner door movement area is positioned inside the one-way backflow preventing channel and close to the inner door 3, a detection area of the inner door active infrared sensor 11 at least covers the inner door movement area, and passengers need to sequentially pass through the inner door movement area and the inner door 3 to leave the one-way backflow preventing channel;
step 103: the inner door infrared counting sensor 13 counts the leaving of the passerby who leaves the one-way backflow-preventing passage through the inner door 3, when the leaving count is equal to the entering count, the inner door infrared counting sensor 13 sends a signal to the control unit 8, and the control unit 8 controls the driving device 7 to close the inner door 3;
when the inner door 3 is closed, the inner door infrared counting sensor 13, the inner door active infrared sensor 11 and the inner infrared grating sensor 14 are jointly arranged in an inner door motion area of the one-way anti-backflow channel to form multiple anti-pinch protection;
in step 2 and step 3, the internal infrared grating sensor 14 detects the positions of the passers and the articles in the one-way backflow-preventing channel, so that the functions of passing logic control, judging article leaving, door opening and closing anti-collision and anti-pinch, illegal damage and intrusion and the like are realized, and particularly, the articles are prevented from being transferred in the anti-passing direction to enter a security area.
The control method of the one-way backflow-preventing channel system further comprises a backflow-preventing step, when the outer door 2 is in a closed state, a passer-by cannot leave the one-way backflow-preventing channel through the outer door 2; and/or when the inner door 3 is in a closed state, a passerby cannot enter the one-way backflow preventing channel through the inner door 3;
the control method of the one-way backflow-preventing channel system further comprises a timing leaving step, if a passer does not leave the one-way backflow-preventing channel from the inner door 3 within a set time, wherein the set time can be 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds and the like for example, the outer door 3 can not be opened any more, and only after the passer leaves the one-way backflow-preventing channel completely, the control unit 8 can control the driving device 7 to open the outer door 2;
the control method of the one-way backflow-preventing channel system further comprises a normally open step, when the flow of passers is particularly large or under special conditions, the control unit 8 controls the driving device 7 to open the outer door 2 and the inner door 3 at the same time, and the passing comfort is improved while the passing efficiency is improved.

The utility model provides an one-way anti-reflux channel system, includes door body frame, outer door, interior door, left side sealed wall, right side sealed wall, top closing plate, drive arrangement and the control unit, its characterized in that: the unidirectional backflow-preventing channel system further comprises an external infrared action sensor, an external door active infrared sensor, an internal door active infrared sensor, an external door infrared counting sensor, an internal door infrared counting sensor and an internal infrared grating sensor, wherein the external door, the internal door, the left sealing wall, the right sealing wall and the top sealing plate are installed in the door frame and enclose a closed unidirectional backflow-preventing channel, the external door and the internal door are used for opening or closing the unidirectional backflow-preventing channel, the driving device is used for driving the external door and the internal door to be opened or closed, and the control unit is used for collecting signals of the external infrared action sensor, the external door active infrared sensor, the internal door active infrared sensor, the external door infrared counting sensor, the internal door infrared counting sensor and the internal infrared grating sensor and controlling the external door and the internal door to form interlocking;
the external infrared motion sensor is used for detecting whether passers enter an external door detection area positioned on the outer side of an external door or not and sending signals to the control unit, the external door infrared counting sensor is used for counting the number of the passers entering the one-way backflow preventing channel through the external door, the external door active infrared sensor is used for detecting the positions of the passers and articles passing through the external door, the internal door infrared counting sensor is used for counting the number of the passers leaving the one-way backflow preventing channel through the internal door, the internal door active infrared sensor is used for detecting the positions of the passers and articles passing through the internal door, and the internal infrared grating sensor is used for detecting the positions of the passers and articles in the one-way backflow preventing channel; when the leaving count is equal to the entering count, the inner door infrared counting sensor sends a signal to the control unit, and the control unit controls the driving device to close the inner door.

The one-way backflow prevention channel system of claim 1, wherein: the outer door and the inner door are relatively installed on the front side and the rear side of the door body frame, the left side sealing wall and the right side sealing wall are relatively installed on the left side and the right side of the door body frame, the top sealing plate is installed on the top of the door body frame, the driving device and the control unit are installed above the top sealing plate, and the dust-proof plate is further installed above the driving device and the control unit.
3. The one-way backflow prevention channel system of claim 1, wherein: the outer door and the inner door are side-hung glass doors, and the left sealing wall and the right sealing wall are tempered glass, hollow glass, laminated glass or vacuum glass.

The one-way anti-backflow channel system of claim 1, wherein: the outer infrared motion sensor is installed on the door body frame and located on the outer side of the outer door, the outer door infrared counting sensor is installed in the outer door, when entering counting exceeds the number of single passing people, the outer door infrared counting sensor sends a signal to the control unit, the inner door infrared counting sensor is installed in the inner door, the outer door active infrared sensor is installed on the top sealing plate and located on the inner side of the outer door, the number of the outer door active infrared sensors is at least three, the inner door active infrared sensor is installed on the top sealing plate and located on the inner side of the inner door, and the number of the inner door active infrared sensors is at least three.

The one-way anti-backflow channel system of claim 1, wherein: the inner infrared grating sensor is arranged on the left side sealing wall or the right side sealing wall and is positioned in the one-way backflow-preventing channel, the distance between the inner infrared grating sensor and the bottom of the one-way backflow-preventing channel is at least 20mm, and the minimum point distance of the inner infrared grating sensor is 20mm.

The one-way backflow prevention channel system of claim 1, wherein: the one-way backflow preventing channel system further comprises an outer door identity recognition device and an inner door identity recognition device, the outer door identity recognition device is arranged on the outer side and/or the inner side of the outer door, the inner door identity recognition device is arranged on the outer side and/or the inner side of the inner door, and the outer door identity recognition device and the inner door identity recognition device select at least one of card swiping, passwords, fingerprints, face recognition and wireless visual intercom.

The one-way backflow prevention channel system of claim 1, wherein: the one-way backflow-preventing channel system further comprises an alarm device, a lighting lamp, a video monitoring camera, a pedestrian rescue button and/or an uninterruptible power supply, wherein the alarm device has acousto-optic and voice prompt functions, the alarm device is selected from at least one of a field indicator lamp, a buzzer, a voice controller and a remote monitoring touch screen, and the lighting lamp is controlled through at least one of a local function panel switch, a timer, a light sensor, an infrared sensor and a remote monitoring touch screen.
8. A control method of the one-way backflow prevention channel system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
step 100: setting the one-way backflow preventing channel system to be in an initial state, enabling the outer door and the inner door to be in a closed state, when a passer enters an outer door detection area, detecting the passer by the external infrared action sensor and sending a signal to the control unit, controlling the driving device to open the outer door by the control unit, enabling the passer to enter the one-way backflow preventing channel through the outer door, and enabling the inner door to be in the closed state;
step 101: the outer door infrared counting sensor counts the entrance of the passers entering the one-way backflow preventing channel through the outer door, when the entrance count exceeds the set number of single passers, the outer door infrared counting sensor sends a signal to the control unit, the control unit controls the driving device to close the outer door, and at the moment, the inner door is in a closed state;
step 102: when the outer door is completely closed, the control unit controls the driving device to open the inner door, and a passerby in the one-way backflow-preventing channel leaves the one-way backflow-preventing channel through the inner door;
step 103: the inner door infrared counting sensor counts the leaving of the passerby who leaves the one-way backflow-preventing channel through the inner door, when the leaving count is equal to the entering count, the inner door infrared counting sensor sends a signal to the control unit, and the control unit controls the driving device to close the inner door.
9. The control method of the one-way backflow prevention channel system according to claim 8, characterized in that: the control method further comprises a timing entering step and/or a timing leaving step;
the timing entering step: after the control unit controls the driving device to open the outer door in step 100, if a passer does not enter the one-way backflow preventing channel within a set time, the control unit controls the driving device to close the outer door;
the timing leaving step: in step 102, if the passer does not leave the one-way backflow preventing passage from the inner door within the set time, the outer door is not opened any more, and the control unit can control the driving device to open the outer door only after the passer leaves the one-way backflow preventing passage completely.
10. The control method of a one-way backflow prevention channel system according to claim 8, characterized in that: the control method further comprises a backflow prevention step, when the outer door is in a closed state, a passer-by cannot leave the one-way backflow prevention channel through the outer door; and/or when the inner door is in a closed state, a passerby cannot enter the one-way backflow preventing channel through the inner door.
