Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. In addition, the technical features of the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
Conventional vehicles prevent unauthorized persons from opening the door from the outside through the door lock. Normally, unlocking the door lock from the outside requires unlocking the door using a mechanical key or a key fob. But the mechanical lock can be destroyed by using a tool, and the electronic lock can intercept an electronic signal sent by the remote controller by using a decoder, which is equivalent to copying a key of a car owner, so that the car door can be opened, and potential safety hazards exist.
The embodiment of the additional door lock of the automobile is provided, and the additional door lock of the automobile is small in size, convenient to install and free of association with the structure outside the automobile door, so that an occupant cannot damage a lock body by an external means when resting in the automobile, and the driving safety of the automobile owner is protected as much as possible.
The embodiment specifically comprises a fixed box 1 and a lock body 2. As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment is mainly applied to an automobile with a boarding handrail, the main type is a commercial vehicle, the handrail is made of steel pipe plastic coating, and two ends of the handrail are flattened to facilitate installation. The outside diameter of the handrail is above 16mm, so the handrail has enough mechanical strength and enough strength for bearing the locking function.
The fixing box 1 is a flat box, the shape of which can be seen in fig. 2, 7, 8 and 9, the upper end and the lower end of the fixing box 1 are not sealed in some cases, the fixing box 1 mainly provides a mounting base, and the fixing box 1 is usually required to be mounted on the vehicle door 4 in advance when the embodiment is implemented. One side of the stationary box 1 is provided with a key-shaped slot, see fig. 3, in which an elongated and vertical slot is a sliding slot 11, one end of the sliding slot 11 being enlarged to form an inlet slot 12.
The lock body 2 is generally a square block, and can be seen in fig. 5, and is made of a material with a large specific gravity, such as a metal ingot, so as to provide enough weight to prevent other people from shaking the door 4 outside to unlock the door. The bottom of the lock body 2 protrudes downwards to form the lock tongue 21, in general, in order to facilitate the use by the driver, the size of the lock body 2 is as small as possible under the condition of meeting the requirement, and in order to avoid serious interference with the armrest of the vehicle door 4, the lock tongue 21 is as close to the edge as possible. One surface of the lock body 2 is provided with a stop plate 23, and the stop plate 23 is connected with the lock body 2 through a connecting part 22. Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the stopper plate 23 is circular in shape, corresponding to the inlet groove 12, while in the general embodiment, the size of the inlet groove 12 is enlarged by a little in proportion to facilitate the entry of the stopper plate 23 into the inlet groove 12. The connecting portion 22 is generally cylindrical, and the diameter is equal to or slightly smaller than the width of the sliding groove 11, so that the connecting portion 22 can slide in the sliding groove 11, and in some embodiments, in order to prevent the lock body 2 from rotating, the connecting portion 22 is also configured into a square column structure, at this time, the width of the connecting portion 22 is matched with the width of the sliding groove 11, and the rotation of the connecting portion 22 is limited by the sliding groove 11, so that the lock body 2 cannot rotate, thereby improving the security of the lock body 2. The size of the stopper plate 23 is much larger than the sliding groove 11 so that the stopper plate 23 cannot escape from the sliding groove 11.
When the lock is used, the stop plate 23 on the lock body 2 firstly stretches into the entrance groove 12, and slides along the sliding groove 11 after the stop plate is slid, when the stop plate slides to the bottom, according to the installation position and the size of the fixed box 1, two conditions exist, one condition is that the fixed box 1 is installed on the surface of the inner plate of the car door 4, the size is long, a cavity for accommodating the car handrail is formed between the fixed box 1 and the lock tongue 21, the other condition is that the fixed box 1 is installed inside the car door 4, or the fixed box 1 is installed on the surface of the inner plate of the car door 4, the size is short, and a cavity for accommodating the car handrail is formed between the inner plate of the car door 4 and the lock tongue 21. The upper armrest is positioned in the cavity, and when the door 4 is opened from the outside, the lock tongue 21 can be abutted against the upper armrest, so that the door 4 can not be opened, and the safety is ensured.
Through installing fixed box 1 on door 4, utilize the sliding tray 11 on fixed box 1 to restrict the slip of lock body 2, when the end baffle 23 of lock body 2 passes entry groove 12 back gliding, when sliding to the bottom, the spring bolt 21 of lock body 2 bottom and fixed box 1 or door 4 form pincerlike structure, hold the car handrail from both sides, prevent that door 4 from opening, simultaneously because the structure of whole car additional door lock and outside part nothing are related, this makes outside personnel all unable to open the car door from outside the car unless adopting the violent destruction means.
So that after the inside of the vehicle door 4 is locked, the mechanical strength of the whole additional door lock is far superior to that of the existing mechanical door lock, accidents caused by rest of a driver can be effectively prevented, and meanwhile, the installation is very simple, and the vehicle structure is not required to be changed greatly.
In general, when the additional door lock of the automobile is used, the automobile is in a stop state, and a driver takes a rest in a cab. In some cases, after the driver wakes up, the driver can directly drive without unlocking the additional door lock of the automobile, and at this time, the additional door lock of the automobile collides with the automobile door 4 along with jolt of the automobile, so that certain noise is generated, and driving experience is affected.
Thus in some preferred embodiments, see fig. 1, 6 and 7, the lock body 2 is further provided with a lock channel 24. The fixing box 1 is provided with a locking hole 13, and the embodiment also provides a locking bolt 3, when a passenger needs to lock, the locking channel 24 can be aligned with the locking hole 13, the locking bolt 3 is screwed down, and the locking bolt 3 has smaller thickness generally, so that the locking bolt 3 can generate a biting force, and in some embodiments, the inner wall of the locking hole 13 also can etch some threaded holes so as to facilitate the locking of the locking bolt 3. Correspondingly, when the lock channel 24 is aligned with the lock hole 13, the lock body 2 is also at the lowest end of the sliding groove 11. On the one hand, can improve the connectivity between lock body 2 and the door 4 when locking, prevent that lock body 2 from being disassembled by violent, on the other hand can fix lock body 2 on fixed box 1, prevent to produce various rocking in the course of traveling.
Since the fixing case 1 is a relatively airtight structure, it is difficult to judge whether the locking bolt 3 is screwed in place or not without seeing the internal structure when the locking bolt 3 is used.
Thus, in some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the locking bolt 3 is circumferentially sleeved with a first retainer ring 31, and the size of the first retainer ring 31 is obviously larger than that of the thread of the locking bolt 3, so that when the first retainer ring 31 is blocked on the locking hole 13, a user cannot continue to screw in the bolt, and thus the user can feel that the locking is in place. In such an embodiment, at least a portion of the lock channel 24 is sized and shaped to mate with the retainer such that the retainer slides within the lock channel 24 to avoid interference with the use of the locking bolt 3.
The bolt is a cylindrical threaded fastener matched with a nut, and consists of a head part and a cylinder with external threads, in some embodiments, the locking bolt 3 is a common bolt with a mushroom head or a hexagonal bolt, an operator can screw the locking bolt by means of a tool when using the locking bolt, and the locking bolt is inconvenient to use, on the other hand, because the locking bolt 3 is not limited, a user often takes down the whole locking bolt 3, or sometimes the locking bolt 3 is loose and falls down because of bumping of a vehicle, so that the locking bolt 3 is lost, and the use of the additional door lock provided by the application is affected.
Thus, in some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, first, the lock channel 24 is divided into a first channel 241 and a second channel 242, the opening of the second channel 242 is directed to the fixed case 1, and the diameter of the second channel 242 is larger than that of the first channel 241, thus forming a stepped structure.
The locking bolt 3 is divided into a bolt shaft 32 and a butterfly end 33, the first retainer ring is disposed in the circumferential direction of the bolt shaft 32, and the butterfly end 33 is connected to the bolt shaft 32.
The second channel 242 is slidably connected with the first baffle ring, and the bolt rod 32 between the first channel 241 and the first baffle ring and the butterfly end 33 is slidably connected, so that a limiting device is formed between the first baffle ring and the butterfly end 33, so that the whole locking bolt 3 is relatively fixed on the lock body 2, and the locking bolt 3 is prevented from loosening and losing. The butterfly end 33 and the bolt rod 32 are detachably connected by using a connecting piece, so that the locking bolt 3 is conveniently detached, and the accessory is replaced.
In general, the distance between the butterfly end 33 and the first retainer ring 31 is only required to be larger than the distance that the locking bolt 3 needs to be screwed in, but some distance between the butterfly end 33 and the lock body 2 is often caused to be unable to be screwed in, and an operator unconsciously thinks that the locking bolt 3 is not screwed well and continues to be screwed in during use, so that the locking bolt 3 is damaged.
Thus in some preferred embodiments, as shown in figures 7-9, the distance from the bottom surface of the butterfly-shaped end head 33 to the side of the first collar 31 adjacent to the fixed box 1 is equal to the length of the locking channel 24. Therefore, when the locking bolt 3 is just screwed, the butterfly-shaped end 33 is attached to the surface of the lock body 2, so that misunderstanding of operators is avoided, and the use experience is improved.
In some cases, the locking bolt 3 is only connected with the locking hole 13 on the fixed box 1, and when the fixed box is used for a long time, the door is opened and closed in a locking state, which can lead to deformation of one surface of the fixed box 1 provided with the locking hole 13, finally damage the fixed box 1 and can not be locked.
Thus in some preferred embodiments, a fixation nut 14 is further provided at the edge of the locking hole 13, said fixation nut 14 being coaxial with the locking hole 13 and the internal thread of said fixation nut 14 and the internal thread of said locking hole 13 transitioning smoothly. Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 7-9, the fixing nut 14 is welded on the outer edge of the locking hole 13, and the inner diameter of the fixing nut 14 is equal to the locking hole 13. This makes the locking bolt 3 smoothly screw in the fixing nut 14 from the locking hole 13, the fixing nut 14 has a strong structural strength, and is difficult to deform, and even after the side wall of the fixing box 1 bulges or is sunken, the position of the fixing nut 14 is not changed greatly, so long as the locking bolt 3 is connected with the fixing nut 14, the effective locking function can be achieved. In some embodiments, it is considered that the fixing nut 14 has a stronger connecting force, and the size of the locking hole 13 is larger than that of the locking bolt 3, so that the matching between the locking bolt 3 and the locking hole 13 is reduced, so that the fixing box 1 can be conveniently stretched into the locking hole 13 to match with the fixing bolt after being deformed, and the service life is prolonged.
The position of the upper handrail is often the position where personnel frequently move, the personnel are easy to be bumped by the additional door lock of the automobile when moving, and sometimes the passengers are easy to be bumped when the lock body 2 is detached and not arranged. Thus, in some preferred embodiments, the outer surfaces of the lock body 2 and locking bolt 3 are coated with a soft coating, which may be rubber, polyvinyl chloride, and other engineering materials, to reduce accidental damage to the occupants during movement.
The present application also provides an embodiment of an automobile, as shown in fig. 1, where the door 44 of the automobile is provided with the additional door lock of the automobile according to the foregoing embodiment. Specifically, the automobile needs to have a certain installation space near the upper handrail, and the automobile door 4 is best provided with a certain cavity as shown in fig. 1, so that the fixing box 1 which needs to be installed in a complex manner can be protected in the automobile door 4, the external collision is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the aesthetic degree of the interior decoration of the automobile is improved. The car must also have a loading arm rest, which, in particular, is of a general specification in the field, has an outer diameter of more than 16mm, and at the same time is to be located beside the door 4, so that an additional door lock of the car can be engaged with the loading arm rest.
In general, the fixing case 1 is directly mounted on the surface of the inner panel of the door 4, and in some preferred embodiments, the fixing case 1 is disposed inside the door 4 for the sake of interior aesthetic appearance and for the purpose of protecting the fixing case 1, and in this case, the door 4 is provided with a groove identical to the sliding groove 11 and the entrance groove 12, so that the connecting portion 22 and the stop plate 23 pass.
In the actual driving process, the automobile generally generates jolting, in particular to a commercial vehicle with larger cargo capacity. In general, the additional door lock of the automobile is considered to reduce the openable width of the door 4 as much as possible when locking, so that the lock tongue 21 is located as close to the boarding handrail as possible, and in a bumpy environment, this condition easily causes the lock tongue 21 to strike the boarding handrail, thereby generating unpleasant noise. Thus in some preferred embodiments, the clearance between the tongue 21 and the boarding handrail is between 2-5mm when in the locked condition. Specifically, there are various adjustment modes, for example, a lock body 2 with different sizes is used, a pad is added between the lock body 2 and the vehicle door 4, the installation position of the upper handrail is adjusted, and the like, and the locking effect and the noise preventing effect can be simultaneously considered.
Our application is further described below with respect to the embodiments illustrated in fig. 1-9.
In this embodiment, the lock device includes a fixing case 1, a lock body 2, a lock bolt 3, and an inner panel of a door 4.
Specifically, the fixed box 1 is a flat square box, the upper end and the lower end of the fixed box are open, the fixed box is installed in the door 4 and is clung to the inner plate of the door 4, a key-shaped groove is formed in the side face of the fixed box 1, the slender part of the fixed box is a sliding groove 11, one end of the sliding groove 11 is expanded to form an inlet groove 12, and the same groove is formed in the inner plate of the door 4 so as to allow the lock body 2 to pass through. The side of the fixed box 1, which is far away from the lock body 2, is provided with a lock hole 13, and a fixed nut 14 with the inner diameter equivalent to the lock hole 13 is welded outside the lock hole 13.
The lock body 2 is of a square structure, one side of the bottom of the lock body protrudes outwards to form a lock tongue 21, one surface of the lock tongue 21 is close to one surface of the fixed box 1 and is in rounded transition with the lock body 2, and the other three surfaces are coplanar with the lock body 2. The latch tongue 21 and the lock body 2 are made of a material having a large specific gravity, such as cast iron, to provide a sufficient weight to prevent others from shaking the door 4 outside to cause unlocking.
The lock body 2 is also provided with a stop plate 23 and a lock channel 24, and the lock channel 24 and the stop plate 23 are respectively positioned at two ends of the lock body 2. The stop plate 23 and the lock body 2 are connected through the connecting part 22, the shape of the stop plate 23 is the same as that of the inlet groove 12, the size is slightly smaller than that of the inlet groove 12, the connecting part 22 is matched with the width of the sliding groove 11, so that the connecting part 22 can slide in the sliding groove 11, and the stop plate 23 prevents the lock body 2 from being separated from the fixed box 1.
The locking channel 24 is divided into a first channel 241 and a second channel 242, the opening of the second channel 242 is directed to the fixed box 1, and the diameter of the second channel 242 is larger than that of the first channel 241, thus forming a stepped structure.
The locking bolt 3 comprises a bolt rod 32, a first check ring 31 sleeved outside the bolt rod 32 and a butterfly-shaped end head 33 arranged at one end of the bolt rod 32, wherein the bolt rod 32 between the first check ring 31 and the butterfly-shaped end head 33 is not threaded, and threads matched with the fixing nut 14 and the lock hole 13 are arranged on the bolt rod 32, which is positioned in the direction of the first check ring 31 away from the butterfly-shaped end head 33. When the locking bolt 3 is mounted on the lock body 2, the first retainer ring 31 is slidably arranged in the second slide way, the bolt rod 32 between the butterfly end 33 and the first retainer ring 31 is slidably arranged in the first slide way, and meanwhile, the butterfly end 33 and the first retainer ring 31 form a limiting structure for the lock body 2 from two sides, so that the locking bolt 3 is prevented from falling out. The distance from the bottom surface of the butterfly-shaped end head 33 to the surface of the first retainer ring 31 close to the fixed box 1 is equal to the length of the lock channel 24. Thus, when the lock bolt 3 is just screwed, the butterfly-shaped end 33 is attached to the surface of the lock body 2.
As shown in fig. 1, the additional door lock for the automobile according to the foregoing embodiment is mounted on the door 44 of the automobile.
In use, first, as shown in fig. 7, the stopper plate 23 on the lock body 2 is first extended from the inlet slot 12 into the fixed box 1.
Then, as shown in fig. 8, the lock body 2 is slid down to the bottom end along the sliding groove 11, and the second passage 242 is faced to the lock hole 13, and the locking bolt 3 is faced to the fixing nut 14.
Finally, as shown in fig. 9, the butterfly-shaped tip 33 is screwed, and the threaded rod is screwed into the fixing nut 14. At this time, a boarding handrail is formed between the lock tongue 21 and the door 4
Generally, in order to facilitate the use by the driver, the lock body 2 is as small as possible under the condition of meeting the requirement, so as to avoid serious interference with the boarding handrail 41, the lock tongue 21 is as close to the edge as possible, and the additional door lock of the automobile is locked by considering the reduction of the opening width of the door 4 as much as possible, so that the lock tongue 21 is as close to the boarding handrail as possible, and meanwhile, the automobile is generally bumpy in the actual running process, so that the lock tongue 21 is easy to strike the boarding handrail 41, and unpleasant noise is generated, so that a gap of 2mm is formed between the lock tongue 21 and the boarding handrail.
By installing the fixed box 1 on the car door 4, the sliding of the lock body 2 is limited by utilizing the sliding groove 11 on the fixed box 1, when the stop plate 23 of the lock body 2 passes through the entrance groove 12 and then slides downwards, when the lock body slides to the bottom end, the lock tongue 21 at the bottom of the lock body 2 and the fixed box 1 or the car door 4 form a pincer-shaped structure, and interference is formed between two sides and the upper car handrail, so that the car door 4 is prevented from being opened.
