When the iron switch 3 is in the middle gear, the fan is continuously operated to prevent the water vapor from liquefying from the steam hole 4 to the steam outlet groove. When iron switch 3 is on, the fan is inactive. The backflow channel has one-way conductivity, airflow flux is formed when the fan runs, and when the fan is closed, the backflow channel is closed, and normal release of water vapor of the garment steamer cannot be influenced.
The electric heating bottom plate 5 comprises a heating plate and a bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate is arranged below and used as a working surface, the heating plate is arranged above and used as a heating component, and the heating plate is provided with three heating contacts, namely a high-temperature contact, a medium-temperature contact and a low-temperature contact according to different resistances. Iron body 1 sets up temperature control button and automatic control, and the hot plate has three kinds of heating temperature and corresponds three kinds of heating contacts respectively, can adjust the hot plate through temperature control button and be in high temperature, medium temperature, low temperature and automatic adjustment respectively, four kinds of heating modes, and the user can select heating temperature by oneself, perhaps selects the automatic adjustment temperature setting, and the electrical heating bottom is used for the secondary heating of vapor and makes the softening of treating the clothing of ironing. The low temperature state temperature is 110 ℃, the medium temperature state is 130 ℃ and the high temperature state is 150 ℃. When the temperature control button is in automatic adjustment, the automatic controller acts. The automatic controller is provided with a delay switch, the electric heating soleplate 5 is electrically connected with the automatic controller, the iron switch 3 is electrically connected with the automatic controller, and the automatic controller is connected with different heating contacts according to signals of the iron switch 3, so that the heating temperature is automatically controlled. The iron switch 3 comprises an on position, a middle position, a dry position and an off position, wherein the four positions are respectively used for starting the garment steamer, stopping the middle body, and performing dry ironing and closing the garment steamer.
The working principle is as follows:
1. before the garment steamer is used, the hot water kettle is independently heated, and if the hot water kettle is independently used, the connecting pipeline 805 and the conveying pipeline 6 need to be detached in advance. After the water in the kettle body 802 is heated, the kettle switch 804 is automatically closed, the iron switch 3 is started, the water pumping chamber 7 delivers the hot water to the water inlet tank 101 through the water outlet pipeline 701, the connecting pipeline 805 and the transport pipeline 6 by the water pump, the steam generator 10 generates the steam which is diffused to the air outlet tank by the diffuser, the user selects to output the high-speed or low-speed steam through the steam regulating valve to be sprayed to clothes from the steam holes 4, and the high-temperature, medium-temperature or low-temperature secondary heating of the steam is selected.
2. When the steamer needs to be temporarily turned off in the midway of use, the iron switch 3 is switched to the middle gear, the water pumping chamber 7, the steam generator 10 and the steam regulating valve stop running, and the fan runs. When the electric iron is used again, the iron switch 3 is turned on, the water pumping chamber 7, the steam generator 10 and the steam regulating valve are operated again, and the fan stops operating.
3. The garment steamer stops using, the iron switch 3 is closed, the automatic controller controls the water pump to pump water reversely, the steam generator 10, the steam regulating valve and the heating plate stop running, and the fan stops after running for 1 minute.
4. The garment steamer is used for dry ironing, the iron switch 3 is adjusted to a dry gear, the water pump, the steam generator 10 and the steam adjusting valve stop running, and the heating plate and the fan run.

when the iron switch 3 is in an open state, the automatic controller receives a signal of the iron switch 3, controls the heating plate to be connected with the high-temperature contact, enables the electric heating bottom plate 5 to be in a high-temperature state for 10 seconds, delays the switch action, automatically closes the high-temperature contact, and connects the medium-temperature contact, so that the electric heating bottom plate 5 is switched to a medium-temperature state;
when the iron switch 3 is in the middle gear, the automatic controller receives a signal that the iron switch 3 is in the middle gear, and the low-temperature contact is switched on, so that the electric heating soleplate 5 is in a low-temperature state;
when the iron switch 3 is in the off state, the automatic controller receives the off signal of the iron switch 3, and controls the heating plate to be powered off, so that the electric heating soleplate 5 stops running.
When the iron switch 3 is in a dry gear, the heating plate is powered on to operate, a user selects a heating gear, the water pump, the steam generator 10 and the steam regulating valve stop operating, and the fan operates.
When the garment steamer is just used, steam needs to be transported between the steam generator 10 and the steam hole 4, so that the garment steamer cannot be used due to too little air outlet in the beginning, the garment steamer needs to be preheated for 3-5 seconds, then high-speed and high-temperature steam is generated to iron the garment, and then the garment can be damped if being ironed by the steam for a long time, so that the garment steamer needs to be adjusted to be in a medium-temperature state and a low-speed state, and finally dry ironing is selected. If the steamer is stopped in use, the steam between the steam generator 10 and the steam hole 4 is not discharged and the heating source is not continuously heated, so that the steam is cooled to form water drops, and water leakage is easy to occur when the steamer is used again, so that the heating plate is in a low-temperature state, but the steam can be prevented from being liquefied into water drops when the steam is cooled.
A control method of a stable air-out and water-leakage preventing garment steamer comprises the following steps:

C. the steam iron is reused in midway, the iron switch 3 is restarted, the water pumping chamber 7, the steam generator 10 and the steam regulating valve operate again, the steam regulating valve directly outputs high-speed steam to the steam hole 4, the automatic controller controls the heating plate to be in a high-temperature state, the steam hole 4 outputs high-temperature high-speed steam for 15 seconds, then the steam regulating valve outputs low-speed steam, and the heating plate is controlled to be in a medium-temperature state and continuously operates;
D. and (4) stopping using the electric iron, closing the iron switch 3, reversely operating the pumping chamber 7 for 3 seconds, stopping operating the steam generator 10, the steam regulating valve and the heating plate, and stopping the fan after the fan operates for 1 minute.
