A CPP protection film with a multilayer composite structure comprises a polypropylene composite film roll (1) and a polypropylene composite film body (2), wherein the polypropylene composite film roll (1) is provided with the polypropylene composite film body (2), a composite film roll core (12) is arranged inside the polypropylene composite film roll (1), the polypropylene composite film body (2) is wound and connected with the composite film roll core (12), one side of the polypropylene composite film body (2) is provided with a fixed adhesive tape (13), and the fixed adhesive tape (13) is connected with the polypropylene composite film body (2) in a sticking way;
the method is characterized in that: further comprising:
a polypropylene base material layer (19) provided inside the polypropylene composite film body (2);
a first EVOH film layer (16) disposed over the polypropylene substrate layer (19), a first nylon light film layer (17) disposed over the first EVOH film layer (16);
a second EVOH film layer (20) disposed below the polypropylene substrate layer (19), the second EVOH film layer (20) having a second nylon light film layer (21) disposed below it.

The CPP protective film with a multilayer composite structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the upper end face and the lower end face of the polypropylene base material layer (19) are both provided with glue composite layers (18), and the lower surface of the first EVOH film layer (16) and the upper surface of the second EVOH film layer (20) are connected with the upper end face and the lower end face of the polypropylene base material layer (19) in a sticking mode through the glue composite layers (18).

A CPP protective film having a multilayer composite structure according to claim 2, characterized in that: the upper surface of the first EVOH film layer (16) is provided with a glue composite layer (18), the lower surface of the second EVOH film layer (20) is provided with the glue composite layer (18), and the upper surface of the first EVOH film layer (16) and the lower surface of the second EVOH film layer (20) are respectively connected with the lower surface of the first nylon Long Guang film layer (17) and the upper surface of the second nylon optical film layer (21) in a sticking mode through the glue composite layer (18).

step 2: after the parameters of the extruder are adjusted, pouring resin particles into a hopper, changing a filter screen after the temperature of each zone of the extruder reaches the preheating temperature, slowing down the speed of a main machine, after a film is extruded, lifting the film from a die head by an operator, starting a blowing valve, slowly lifting and blowing the film between two first-traction rollers, clamping a traction roller, then adjusting the size of the stored valve, and controlling the width and the thickness of the film, thereby blowing the film;
and step 3: before blow molding, the composite film is subjected to impact treatment by high-voltage electric arc to ensure that the surface of the composite film has certain roughness, the corona surface reaches more than 40dn/cm when the composite film is just taken off a machine, and meanwhile, the composite film is not close to a high-voltage discharge position when a corona machine is started;
and 4, step 4: after the composite film is typeset and platemade, checking whether the plate surface has the phenomena of knocking, bumping, colliding, chromium removal and the like, whether the impressing rubber roller has sand holes, pot holes, scratches and the like, whether the electricity, gas and electric heating and operation of the machine are normal or not, loading the rubber roller, loading a printing roller, applying printing ink, loading a cutter, grinding a cutter, performing sample correction by a waste film corrector according to the requirement of a production process sheet, connecting a PA nylon light film after the color is close to a sample draft and overprinting is normal, and printing when the printing is started;
and 5: preparing a screen wire rod, a gluing pressing rod, glue, a solvent, a doctor blade, a film and the like by adopting a dry compounding method, adjusting the temperature of an oven, the temperature of a hot drum and air exhaust, using a waste film corrector to start production after reaching certain initial peel strength and gluing amount, coating an adhesive on a plastic film, then pasting a PA nylon optical film and an EVOH ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer film on the film, volatilizing the redundant solvent through a drying channel, and then pressing the other plastic film together by using a hot pressing roller to form a composite film;
step 6: and finally, rolling, slitting and packaging the prepared composite film.
