The environment-friendly plasticizer is one or more of dioctyl terephthalate, synthetic vegetable ester and epoxy plasticizer. The environment-friendly plasticizer can reduce the surface hardness of the high polymer and increase the flexibility of the high polymer, so that the tensile strength of the anti-sticking agricultural film is improved.
The antioxidant is one or more of hindered phenols, phosphites and thio compounds. The antioxidant can effectively inhibit the thermal oxidation reaction speed of plastic macromolecules, delay the thermal and oxygen degradation process of plastic resin, and obviously improve the heat resistance of the plastic resin, thereby prolonging the service life of the anti-bonding agricultural film.
The ultraviolet absorbent is one or more of benzophenone, benzotriazole and triazine compounds. The ultraviolet absorbent can convert harmful ultraviolet rays into harmless heat energy through the conversion of a special chemical structure of the ultraviolet absorbent, and the harmful ultraviolet rays are prevented from breaking the constituent molecular chains of the organic material by the high energy of the ultraviolet rays so as to lose the due performance of the high polymer material.
The light stabilizer is one or more of salicylic acid compounds, benzophenone compounds and benzotriazole compounds. The light stabilizer can be understood as a trapping agent of harmful free radicals, and once some ultraviolet rays break through the protection of the ultraviolet absorber to break molecular chains of organic materials to form harmful high-molecular free radicals, the light stabilizer can trap the harmful free radicals in time to form a harmless stable small-molecular structure.
The dispersing agent is one or more of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate. The dispersant has the effects of enhancing gloss, increasing leveling and reducing viscosity.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-sticking agricultural film, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing: weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
s2, drying: putting the base material, the stable master batch, the anti-aging master batch and the anti-sticking master batch weighed in the step S1 into a dryer for pre-drying, wherein the drying temperature is 180-210 ℃, and the drying time is 2-5 hours;
s3, high-speed mixing: putting the raw materials dried in the step S2 into a high-speed stirrer, uniformly mixing, controlling the rotating speed to be 1500-3000r/min, and controlling the temperature to be 85-125 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
s4, low-speed mixing: cooling the mixture after the high-speed mixing in the step S3 to 40-70 ℃ under low-speed stirring, and controlling the rotating speed to be 150-500r/min;
s5, plasticizing: melting and extruding the mixture subjected to low-speed mixing in the step S4 by adopting a screw three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine, and then leading out the mixture through a leading-out roller to obtain a semi-finished agricultural film product;
s6, stretching: performing bidirectional stretching on the agricultural film semi-finished product plasticized in the step S5 by a stretcher;
s7, heat treatment: carrying out high-temperature treatment on the agricultural film semi-finished product stretched in the step S6 at 350-400 ℃;
s8, cooling and forming: and cooling and shaping the semi-finished agricultural film subjected to the heat treatment in the step S7 to obtain the anti-adhesion agricultural film finished product.
In the step S5, the first zone temperature of the screw three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine is 170-180 ℃, the second zone temperature is 195-205 ℃, and the third zone temperature is 190-200 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the base material of the invention comprises high-pressure polyethylene resin and linear low-density polyethylene resin, thus improving the flexibility and chemical resistance stability of the anti-sticking agricultural film;
2. the stable master batch comprises an environment-friendly stabilizer and an environment-friendly plasticizer, so that the stability and the tensile resistance of the anti-sticking agricultural film are improved;
3. the anti-aging master batch comprises an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a light stabilizer, and improves the heat resistance of the anti-bonding agricultural film and blocks harmful ultraviolet rays, so that the anti-aging property of the anti-bonding agricultural film is improved;
4. the anti-sticking master batch comprises silicon dioxide, erucamide and a dispersing agent, so that an air isolating layer is formed between anti-sticking agricultural films, and the anti-sticking effect is achieved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a technical solution: an anti-sticking agricultural film is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
50-80 parts of base material, 3-8 parts of stable master batch, 5-20 parts of anti-aging master batch and 5-15 parts of anti-sticking master batch;
the base material comprises high-pressure polyethylene resin and linear low-density polyethylene resin, and the mass ratio of the high-pressure polyethylene resin to the linear low-density polyethylene resin is 3-4; the high-pressure polyethylene has good flexibility, tensile resistance, impact resistance and chemical stability; the linear low-density polyethylene resin has good chemical stability, can resist acid, alkali and salt aqueous solution, and has good cold resistance.
The stabilizing master batch comprises an environment-friendly stabilizer and an environment-friendly plasticizer, wherein the mass ratio of the environment-friendly stabilizer to the environment-friendly plasticizer is (2-3); the environment-friendly stabilizer is used for ensuring the stability of the anti-sticking agricultural film in the processing process and the using process and does not crack; the environment-friendly plasticizer is one or more of dioctyl terephthalate, synthetic vegetable ester and epoxy plasticizer, and can reduce the surface hardness of the high polymer and increase the flexibility of the high polymer, so that the tensile strength of the anti-sticking agricultural film is improved.
The anti-aging master batch comprises an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a light stabilizer, wherein the mass ratio of the antioxidant to the ultraviolet absorbent to the light stabilizer is (1.2-1.4); the antioxidant is one or more of hindered phenols, phosphites and thio compounds, can effectively inhibit the thermal oxidation reaction speed of plastic macromolecules, delays the thermal and oxygen degradation process of plastic resin, and obviously improves the heat resistance of the plastic resin, thereby prolonging the service life of the anti-sticking agricultural film; the ultraviolet absorbent is one or more of benzophenone, benzotriazole and triazine compounds, can convert harmful ultraviolet rays into harmless heat energy through conversion of a special chemical structure of the ultraviolet absorbent, and can prevent the high energy of the ultraviolet rays from breaking a molecular chain of an organic material so as to lose the due performance of a high molecular material; the light stabilizer is one or more of salicylic acid compounds, benzophenone compounds and benzotriazole compounds, can be understood as a trapping agent of harmful free radicals, and once some ultraviolet rays break through the protection of the ultraviolet absorbent to break molecular chains of organic materials to form harmful macromolecular free radicals, the light stabilizer can trap the harmful free radicals into harmless stable small molecular structures in time.
The anti-sticking master batch comprises silicon dioxide, erucamide and a dispersing agent, wherein the mass ratio of the silicon dioxide to the erucamide to the dispersing agent is 1-1.3; the silicon dioxide has good anti-sticking property, dispersibility and higher surface area; the erucamide has excellent surface property, good thermal stability and more lasting smooth effect, thereby improving the anti-bonding property of the anti-bonding agricultural film; the dispersing agent is one or more of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate, and has the effects of enhancing the gloss, increasing the leveling property and reducing the viscosity.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-sticking agricultural film, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing: weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
s2, drying: putting the base material, the stable master batch, the anti-aging master batch and the anti-sticking master batch weighed in the step S1 into a dryer for pre-drying, wherein the drying temperature is 180-210 ℃, and the drying time is 2-5 hours;
s3, high-speed mixing: putting the raw materials dried in the step S2 into a high-speed stirrer, uniformly mixing, controlling the rotating speed to be 1500-3000r/min, and controlling the temperature to be increased to 85-125 ℃ to obtain a mixture;
s4, low-speed mixing: cooling the mixture after the high-speed mixing in the step S3 to 40-70 ℃ under low-speed stirring, and controlling the rotating speed at 150-500r/min;
s5, plasticizing: melting and extruding the mixture subjected to low-speed mixing in the step S4 by using a screw three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine, wherein the temperature of a first area of the screw three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine is 170-180 ℃, the temperature of a second area of the screw three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine is 195-205 ℃, the temperature of a third area of the screw three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine is 190-200 ℃, and then leading out the mixture by a leading-out roller to obtain a semi-finished agricultural film;
s6, stretching: performing bidirectional stretching on the agricultural film semi-finished product plasticized in the step S5 by a stretcher;
s7, heat treatment: carrying out high-temperature treatment on the agricultural film semi-finished product stretched in the step S6 at 350-400 ℃;
s8, cooling and forming: and cooling and shaping the semi-finished agricultural film subjected to the heat treatment in the step S7 to obtain the anti-adhesion agricultural film finished product.
In conclusion, compared with the prior art, the anti-sticking agricultural film is prepared by combining the base material, the stable master batch, the anti-aging master batch and the anti-sticking master batch, wherein the base material comprises the high-pressure polyethylene resin and the linear low-density polyethylene resin, so that the flexibility and the chemical resistance of the anti-sticking agricultural film are improved; the stable master batch comprises an environment-friendly stabilizer and an environment-friendly plasticizer, so that the stability and the tensile resistance of the anti-sticking agricultural film are improved; the anti-aging master batch comprises an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a light stabilizer, and improves the heat resistance of the anti-bonding agricultural film and blocks harmful ultraviolet rays, so that the anti-aging property of the anti-bonding agricultural film is improved; the anti-sticking master batch comprises silicon dioxide, erucamide and a dispersing agent, so that an air isolating layer is formed between the anti-sticking agricultural films, and the anti-sticking effect is achieved.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (8)
1. The anti-sticking agricultural film is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
50-80 parts of base material, 3-8 parts of stable master batch, 5-20 parts of anti-aging master batch and 5-15 parts of anti-sticking master batch;
the base material comprises high-pressure polyethylene resin and linear low-density polyethylene resin, and the mass ratio of the high-pressure polyethylene resin to the linear low-density polyethylene resin is 3-4;
the stabilizing master batch comprises an environment-friendly stabilizer and an environment-friendly plasticizer, wherein the mass ratio of the environment-friendly stabilizer to the environment-friendly plasticizer is (2-3);
the anti-aging master batch comprises an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a light stabilizer, wherein the mass ratio of the antioxidant to the ultraviolet absorbent to the light stabilizer is (1.2-1.4);
the anti-sticking master batch comprises silica, erucamide and a dispersing agent, wherein the mass ratio of the silica to the erucamide to the dispersing agent is (1-1.3).
2. The anti-bonding agricultural film of claim 1, wherein: the environment-friendly plasticizer is one or more of dioctyl terephthalate, synthetic vegetable ester and epoxy plasticizer.
3. The anti-bonding agricultural film of claim 1, wherein: the antioxidant is one or more of hindered phenols, phosphites and thio compounds.
4. The anti-bonding agricultural film of claim 1, wherein: the ultraviolet absorbent is one or more of benzophenone, benzotriazole and triazine compounds.
5. The anti-bonding agricultural film of claim 1, wherein: the light stabilizer is one or more of salicylic acid compounds, benzophenone compounds and benzotriazole compounds.
6. The anti-bonding agricultural film as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the dispersing agent is one or more of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate.
7. The method for preparing the anti-bonding agricultural film as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized in that: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing: weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
s2, drying: putting the base material, the stable master batch, the anti-aging master batch and the anti-sticking master batch weighed in the step S1 into a dryer for pre-drying, wherein the drying temperature is 180-210 ℃, and the drying time is 2-5 hours;
s3, high-speed mixing: putting the raw materials dried in the step S2 into a high-speed stirrer, uniformly mixing, controlling the rotating speed to be 1500-3000r/min, and controlling the temperature to be 85-125 ℃ to obtain a mixture;

The method for preparing the anti-bonding agricultural film according to claim 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step S5, the temperature of the first zone of the screw three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine is 170-180 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is 195-205 ℃, and the temperature of the third zone is 190-200 ℃.
