Filtered sewage can enter the stirring dosing box 10 through a water outlet pipe, a dosing pipe 4 of the stirring dosing box 10 can enter a proper amount of liquid medicine according to the content of the sewage in the box, a driving motor 20 is started, the driving motor 20 drives a driving wheel 19 to rotate, the driving wheel 19 drives a driven wheel 17 to rotate through a belt 18, the driven wheel 17 drives a rotating column 16 to rotate, the rotating column 16 drives a rotating rod 15 to rotate, further the rotating rod 15 drives a rack 12 to reciprocate in a limiting groove of the limiting portion 11, the rack 12 can drive a first stirring portion to rotate in the moving process, the first stirring plate 29 continuously stirs the sewage, meanwhile, a first sleeve 13 of the first stirring portion can drive a rotating tooth 22 of a transmission portion to rotate through a lower tooth 21, so that a second stirring portion is driven to rotate, the second stirring plate 30 continuously stirs the sewage, the stirring directions of the first stirring portion and the second stirring portion are opposite, the first stirring portion and the second stirring portion are matched with each other to achieve stirring operation on the sewage, the stirring effect is greatly improved, the reaction speed of the liquid medicine, and the sewage treatment effect is further improved.
