It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a trunk carpet assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a trunk carpet 10 and a hinge mechanism 20, the hinge mechanism 20 includes a hinge assembly 21 and a damping assembly 22, one end of the hinge assembly 21 is configured to be detachably coupled to the trunk carpet 10, the other end is configured to be detachably coupled to a rear floor rear cross member 500 of a vehicle, and the damping assembly 22 is coupled to the hinge assembly 21 and configured to maintain the trunk carpet 10 in an open position when the trunk carpet 10 is opened.
Specifically, the hinge mechanism 20 is usually used as an optional part for user optional installation, that is, the hinge mechanism 20 is usually not installed on the trunk carpet 10 when the vehicle leaves a factory, but nuts for installing the hinge mechanism 20 are embedded on the trunk carpet 10 and the rear floor rear cross beam 500, and when the user requests to install the hinge mechanism 20 after purchasing the vehicle, the installation of the hinge mechanism 20 is performed. The number of the hinge mechanisms 20 may be set according to the size of the trunk carpet 10, for example, if the area of the trunk carpet 10 is large, two hinge mechanisms 20 may be symmetrically disposed at the front end of the trunk carpet 10, and if the area of the trunk carpet 10 is small, one hinge mechanism 20 may be disposed at the middle position of the front end of the trunk carpet 10. In assembling the hinge mechanism 20 to the trunk carpet 10, one end of the hinge assembly 21 is typically fixed to one end of the trunk carpet 10 near the rear floor rear cross member 500, i.e., the front end of the trunk carpet 10, using a fastener such as a bolt, while the rear end of the trunk carpet 10 is typically provided with a pull tape 11 for a user to pull the trunk carpet 10, and the other end of the hinge assembly 21 is also typically fixed to the rear floor rear cross member 500 using a fastener such as a bolt. When the trunk carpet 10 needs to be opened, that is, the trunk carpet 10 is turned upwards, the trunk carpet 10 can be turned over by pulling the pull straps 11 on the trunk carpet 10, and the damping assembly 22 provides a damping force during the turning process, so that the trunk carpet 10 can be suspended at any position within the set opening angle range.
In this embodiment, the trunk carpet 10 can be turned over conveniently by providing the hinge mechanism 20 on the trunk carpet 10, and by providing the damping component 22 connected to the hinge component 21 in the hinge mechanism 20, a damping force can be provided during turning over the trunk carpet 10, so that the trunk carpet 10 can be suspended at any position. Like this, the opening angle of suitcase carpet 10 is selected to the size of the article that the user can get as required and put, simultaneously, suitcase carpet 10 can hover at current open position automatically after opening, need not the user and vacate a hand and support, thereby can liberate user's both hands, and then convenience of customers goes with both hands to get and puts article, and, if place article on suitcase carpet 10 lighter, then can directly open suitcase carpet 10, and need not to move the article on suitcase carpet 10, convenient operation and efficient. In addition, the hinge mechanism 20 can be used as an optional part for a user to select and install according to the requirement of the user, so that the requirement of the user for high-end personalized customization is met.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the hinge assembly 21 includes a carpet rotating shaft 211, a first hinge bracket 212 and a second hinge bracket 213, the first hinge bracket 212 and the second hinge bracket 213 are hinged by the carpet rotating shaft 211, the damping assembly 22 is disposed at the hinged position of the first hinge bracket 212 and the second hinge bracket 213, the first hinge bracket 212 is used for being detachably connected with the trunk carpet 10, and the second hinge bracket 213 is used for being detachably connected with the rear floor cross beam 500.
Specifically, when the hinge mechanism 20 is provided in plural, the carpet rotating shafts 211 in the plural hinge mechanisms 20 may be arranged at intervals, or may be connected as a whole longer rotating shaft, as shown in fig. 1. One end of the first hinge support 212 is fixed on the lower surface of the front end of the trunk carpet 10 by bolts, the other end is hinged on the carpet rotating shaft 211, one end of the second hinge support 213 is fixed on the rear floor rear cross beam 500 by bolts, the other end is hinged on the carpet rotating shaft 211, and the damping component 22 is sleeved on the carpet rotating shaft 211 and is abutted to the parts of the first hinge support 212 and the second hinge support 213 hinged on the carpet rotating shaft 211.
In this embodiment, when the trunk carpet 10 is opened, the trunk carpet 10 rotates around the axis of the carpet rotating shaft 211 and drives the first hinge bracket 212 to rotate together, the second hinge bracket 213 does not rotate, and meanwhile, the damping component 22 exerts a damping effect on the rotation of the first hinge bracket 212 to fix the trunk carpet 10 after being turned, so that the trunk carpet 10 is suspended at the current position, and thus, the trunk carpet 10 is turned to be opened and suspended at any position.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the damping assembly 22 includes a damping ring 221 and a spring piece 222, which are sleeved on the carpet rotating shaft 211, the damping ring 221 is clamped between the parts of the first hinge bracket 212 and the second hinge bracket 213, which are hinged on the carpet rotating shaft 211, and one end of the second hinge bracket 213, which is hinged on the carpet rotating shaft 211, is clamped between the damping ring 221 and the spring piece 222.
Specifically, the elastic sheet 222 is usually made of metal, and a metal spring sheet is usually adopted as the elastic sheet 222 to cooperate with the damping ring 221 to achieve the damping effect.
In this embodiment, when the trunk carpet 10 is turned over, the damping ring 221 and the elastic sheet 222 may be pressed by the hinge action between the first hinge bracket 212 and the second hinge bracket 213, so that the pressed elastic sheet 222 generates a stable pressure to press the damping ring 221 to generate a damping effect, thereby fixing the turned trunk carpet 10, and further realizing the function of suspending the trunk carpet 10 at any position; meanwhile, the damping assembly 22 is formed by the damping ring 221 and the elastic sheet 222 to achieve a damping effect, so that the structure of the damping assembly 22 can be simplified, and the damping assembly is convenient to manufacture or obtain from the market.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, an annular groove 2112 is formed on the carpet rotating shaft 211, and the elastic piece 222 is disposed in the annular groove 2112.
Thus, on one hand, the annular groove 2112 can be used for prepositioning the installation of the elastic sheet 222 on the carpet rotating shaft 211, and on the other hand, the groove wall of the annular groove 2112 can be used for preventing the elastic sheet 222 from moving along the axis of the carpet rotating shaft 211, so that the elastic sheet 222 can be prevented from falling off from the carpet rotating shaft 211.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, a positioning groove 2121 is provided on a side surface of the first hinge bracket 212 facing the damping ring 221, and an end of the damping ring 221 close to the first hinge bracket 212 is inserted into the positioning groove 2121.
In this way, the positioning groove 2121 can be utilized to pre-position the damping ring 221, and the side wall of the positioning groove 2121 can contact with the damping ring 221 to increase the contact area between the damping ring 221 and the first hinge bracket 212, thereby improving the damping effect.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the hinge assembly 21 further includes a third hinge bracket 214 and a first rotating shaft 215, the third hinge bracket 214 is hinged to the second hinge bracket 213 by the first rotating shaft 215, and the third hinge bracket 214 is configured to be engaged with an end of the first hinge bracket 212 away from the trunk carpet 10 when the trunk carpet 10 is opened.
Specifically, the engagement between the third hinge bracket 214 and the first hinge bracket 212 may be achieved by providing a tooth structure, for example, as described later, on the respective brackets, or may be achieved by providing a gear structure on the third hinge bracket 214 and the first hinge bracket 212, respectively, which is not particularly limited herein.
In this embodiment, when the trunk carpet 10 is opened, on the basis that the damping component 22 provides the damping effect, the trunk carpet 10 can be further locked through the occlusion effect between the third hinge bracket 214 and the first hinge bracket 212, so as to ensure that the trunk carpet 10 can stably hover at the current opening angle, and meanwhile, the trunk carpet 10 can have a certain bearing capacity in the opening state, so that the trunk carpet 10 can be directly opened without moving heavier objects on the trunk carpet 10, and the convenience and the practicability for taking and placing the objects in the vehicle trunk are effectively improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the hinge mechanism 20 further includes a stopper member 23, and the stopper member 23 is provided at a connection portion of the first hinge bracket 212 and the third hinge bracket 214, and is used to release the engagement between the first hinge bracket 212 and the third hinge bracket 214 when the trunk carpet 10 is closed.
Specifically, the third hinge bracket 214 is engaged with the first hinge bracket 212 during opening of the trunk carpet 10, and is disengaged, i.e., not engaged, by the stopper assembly 23 during closing of the trunk carpet 10, and after the trunk carpet 10 is closed in place, the stopper assembly 23 is deactivated, i.e., the stopper assembly 23 no longer provides a force to separate the third hinge bracket 214 from the first hinge bracket 212, at which time the third hinge bracket 214 is re-engaged with the first hinge bracket 212.
In this embodiment, when the trunk carpet 10 is closed, the third hinge bracket 214 and the first hinge bracket 212 may be disengaged by the stopper assembly 23 to separate the third hinge bracket 214 from the first hinge bracket 212, thereby facilitating smooth closing of the trunk carpet 10.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the position limiting assembly 23 includes a first stopper 231, a second stopper 232, a second rotating shaft 233, a fixed shaft 234 and a spring 235, the middle portion of the third hinge bracket 214 is hinged to the second hinge bracket 213 through the first rotating shaft 215, one end of the third hinge bracket 214, which is far away from the first hinge bracket 212, is connected to the second hinge bracket 213 through the spring 235, one end of the first stopper 231 is hinged to the first hinge bracket 212 through the second rotating shaft 233, one end of the second stopper 232 is fixed to one end of the third hinge bracket 214, which is used to be engaged with the first hinge bracket 212, through the fixed shaft 234, and the other end of the first stopper 231 is connected to the other end of the second stopper 232; when the trunk carpet 10 is opened, the other end of the first stopper 231 rotates with respect to the other end of the second stopper 232 and rotates to one side of the second stopper 232 when the trunk carpet 10 is opened to the maximum angle; when the trunk carpet 10 is closed, the first stopper 231 causes the second stopper 232 to rotate about the first rotation axis 215 until the first hinge bracket 212 and the third hinge bracket 214 are disengaged.
Specifically, the trunk carpet 10 is normally flipped within a set opening angle range, and the largest angle value within the opening angle range is the largest angle of the trunk carpet 10, which is also the largest opening angle of the trunk carpet 10, when the trunk carpet 10 is flipped to the largest angle, the first hinge bracket 212 and the third hinge bracket 214 are engaged at the extreme position, for example, when the second tooth structure 2141 (described later) on the third hinge bracket 214 and the first tooth structure 2122 (described later) on the first hinge bracket 212 are engaged at the end of the first tooth structure 2122, the trunk carpet 10 is opened to the largest angle.
In this embodiment, when the trunk carpet 10 is opened by turning the trunk carpet 10 counterclockwise (i.e., turning the trunk carpet 10 upward), the first hinge bracket 212 drives the first stopper 231 to rotate counterclockwise around the axis of the carpet rotating shaft 211 together, and the first stopper 231 rotates clockwise around the second rotating shaft 233 together with the third hinge bracket 214 by striking the second stopper 232 fixed to the third hinge bracket 214 until the second tooth structure 2141 disengages from the current tooth space on the first tooth structure 2122 and snaps into the next tooth space under the action of the spring 235 while disengaging from the current tooth space, so as to ensure that the first hinge bracket 212 and the third hinge bracket 214 keep engaged when the trunk carpet 10 is opened. When the trunk carpet 10 needs to be closed, the trunk carpet 10 is firstly opened to the maximum angle, and then the trunk carpet 10 is closed by turning the trunk carpet 10 counterclockwise, at this time, the first stopper 231 is convenient to smoothly close the trunk carpet 10 by shifting the second stopper 232 to rotate the third hinge bracket 214 counterclockwise around the second rotation shaft 233 until the first hinge bracket 212 and the third hinge bracket 214 are disengaged, and the spring 235 in the compressed state applies a pushing force to one end of the third hinge bracket 214 far from the first hinge bracket 212, so that the third hinge bracket 214 has a tendency to rotate around the first rotation shaft 215 in a direction close to the first hinge bracket 212, and thus the third hinge bracket 214 and the first hinge bracket 212 can automatically restore to the engaged state again when the first stopper 231 cancels the shifting action of the second stopper 232.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the first hinge bracket 212 has a first tooth structure 2122 at an end away from the trunk carpet 10, and the third hinge bracket 214 has a second tooth structure 2141 at an end away from the spring 235; the first tooth structure 2122 and the second tooth structure 2141 engage when the trunk carpet 10 is opened, and the first tooth structure 2122 and the second tooth structure 2141 disengage when the trunk carpet 10 is closed.
Specifically, the first tooth structure 2122 is similar to a rack structure, and the second tooth structure 2141 is generally a two-tooth structure, such that when the trunk carpet 10 is closed, the second tooth structure 2141 engages one end of the first tooth structure 2122, and when the trunk carpet 10 is opened to a maximum angle, the second tooth structure 2141 moves relative to the first tooth structure 2122 to engage the other end of the first tooth structure 2122.
In this embodiment, the first tooth structure 2122 and the second tooth structure 2141 are respectively disposed on the first hinge bracket 212 and the third hinge bracket 214 to realize the engagement between the first hinge bracket 212 and the third hinge bracket 214, so that the structure is simple and the processing and manufacturing are convenient.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8 and 9 in conjunction, the end of the first stopper 231 coupled to the second stopper 232 is provided with a protrusion 2311, and when the trunk carpet 10 is opened to the maximum angle, the second stopper 232 passes over the protrusion 2311 and moves to one side of the first stopper 231.
In this way, by providing the protrusion 2311 on the first stopper 231, the trunk carpet 10 can be closed by first opening the trunk carpet 10 to the maximum angle so that the second stopper 232 passes over the protrusion 2311 and moves to one side of the first stopper 231, and then closing the trunk carpet 10, and at this time, the protrusion 2311 smoothly closes the trunk carpet 10 by pushing the second stopper 232 so that the third hinge bracket 214 rotates counterclockwise around the second rotation shaft 233 until the first hinge bracket 212 and the third hinge bracket 214 disengage, which is simple in structure and easy to manufacture.
Further, the limiting assembly 23 further comprises a return spring, and the first stopper 231 is hinged to the second rotating shaft 233 through the return spring.
In this embodiment, the return spring is a spring structure, such as a snap spring, which enables the rotating member to rotate by a certain angle to achieve a return function, so that the first stopper 231 can be restored to an initial state under the action of the return spring after the trunk carpet 10 is closed in place, thereby facilitating the next opening of the trunk carpet 10.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the limiting assembly 23 further includes a first gasket 236 and a second gasket 237, the first gasket 236 is disposed on the second rotating shaft 233 and located between the first stopper 231 and the first hinge bracket 212, and the second gasket 237 is disposed on the fixing shaft 234 and located between the second stopper 232 and the third hinge bracket 214.
In this embodiment, the first and second gaskets 236, 237 are made of an abrasion resistant material such as rubber.
