1. A method for improving slicing control precision of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is characterized in that the method is applied to a feedback control system, the feedback control system is in communication connection with a conveying plate, a positioning measuring point, a transverse positioning plate and a longitudinal positioning plate, and the method comprises the following steps:
placing a target traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece on the conveying plate, and controlling the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece to move through the conveying plate;
when the positioning measuring point positions the target Chinese medicinal decoction pieces, controlling the conveying plate to stop moving;
setting transverse positioning pressure, and controlling the transverse positioning plate to transversely position and control the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces through the transverse positioning pressure;
setting longitudinal positioning pressure, controlling the longitudinal positioning plate to longitudinally position and control the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces through the longitudinal positioning pressure, and generating a slicing control instruction after the positioning control is finished;
controlling the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to be cut through a slicing control instruction, and performing thickness evaluation on the cut target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to generate a thickness evaluation result;
generating feedback control pressure data according to the thickness evaluation result, performing control adjustment on the transverse positioning pressure and the longitudinal positioning pressure based on the feedback control pressure data, and performing slicing on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces based on the control adjustment result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring basic attribute information of the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces;
collecting softening parameter information of the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and performing big data pressure influence matching according to the basic attribute information and the softening parameter information;
establishing influence parameters of positioning pressure and control precision based on the big data pressure influence matching result;
and matching the influence parameters of the positioning pressure and the control precision based on the thickness evaluation result, and generating the feedback control pressure data according to the matching result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the feedback control system is communicatively coupled to an image acquisition device, the method further comprising:
setting a preset standing time interval;
standing the cut target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for the preset standing time interval, and then carrying out image acquisition on the cut target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces through an image acquisition device to obtain an image acquisition result;
obtaining the thickness evaluation result based on the image acquisition result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
collecting the thickness characteristics of each slice of the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece based on the image collection result to obtain thickness collection information;
evaluating the thickness uniformity based on the thickness acquisition information to generate a thickness uniformity evaluation result;
generating a transverse positioning pressure feedback parameter according to the thickness uniformity evaluation result;
and obtaining the feedback control pressure data according to the transverse positioning pressure feedback parameters.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
evaluating the integral deviation of the thickness and the preset thickness based on the thickness acquisition information;
generating a longitudinal positioning pressure feedback parameter according to the average value of the integral deviation evaluation;
and obtaining the feedback control pressure data through the transverse positioning pressure feedback parameter and the longitudinal positioning pressure feedback parameter.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
generating a maintenance cycle of the cutting blade according to the basic attribute information;
and performing periodical maintenance on the cutting blade based on the maintenance period, and performing herbal piece slicing on the cutting blade after the periodical maintenance.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
collecting slice edge images of the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces through the image collecting device to obtain slice edge image collecting results;
performing state evaluation on the cutting blade based on the slice edge image acquisition result to generate a state evaluation result;
and generating a maintenance parameter of the cutting blade according to the state evaluation result, and performing cutting blade maintenance based on the maintenance parameter.
8. A system for improving slicing control accuracy of herbal pieces-of chinese traditional medicine, said system comprising:
the motion control module is used for placing a target Chinese medicinal decoction piece on the conveying plate and controlling the target Chinese medicinal decoction piece to move through the conveying plate;
the decoction piece positioning module is used for controlling the conveying plate to stop moving after the positioning measuring point positions the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece;
the transverse control module is used for setting transverse positioning pressure and controlling a transverse positioning plate to perform transverse positioning control on the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces through the transverse positioning pressure;
the longitudinal control module is used for setting longitudinal positioning pressure, controlling a longitudinal positioning plate to longitudinally position and control the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces through the longitudinal positioning pressure, and generating a slicing control instruction after the positioning control is finished;
the thickness evaluation module is used for controlling the target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to be cut through a slice control instruction, and carrying out thickness evaluation on the cut target traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces to generate a thickness evaluation result;
and the feedback adjusting module is used for generating feedback control pressure data according to the thickness evaluation result, performing control adjustment on the transverse positioning pressure and the longitudinal positioning pressure based on the feedback control pressure data, and performing slicing on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces based on the control adjustment result.
